Working principle of portable crusher plant from 's blog
With the continuous development of the times, in order to meet more production needs, we have introduced a new type portable crusher plant, which is widely used in many fields. The portable crusher plant is equipped with a high performance crusher and a vehicle type feeder and high strength vibrating screen with short length and light weight; strong mobility and adaptability, and a flexible combination of material transportation costs, whether rough, fine or sand making, can bring you unexpected effects.
Application range of portable crusher plant:
1. it is widely used in mines, coal mines, garbage and construction waste recycling, soil and stone engineering, urban infrastructure, roads or construction sites.
2. dealing with topsoil and other kinds of materials; separating viscous aggregate; building and blasting industry; crushing screening; quarrying industry.
3. Artificial sand making of river pebble, mountain stone (limestone, granite, diabase, andesite, etc.), ore tailings and stone chips.
Working principle of portable crusher plant:
The material is transported to the crusher evenly through the feeder. After the initial breakage of the Hubei crusher, the closed circuit system is formed through the circular vibrating screen to realize the circulation breakage of the material. The finished material is output by the conveyor, and the continuous crushing operation is carried out. The jaw type portable crusher can remove the circular vibrating screen according to the actual production needs, and realize the initial crushing of the material. It is convenient and flexible to operate with other crushing equipment.
