Red wine is very popular in the market, but to be honest, we have to pay more attention to its packaging since it is fragile.
Taste is very important which impresses us most, one thing though a not too well packaging will damage the wine which may cause a great impact on guests’ taste.
So it is important for us to choose suitable inner package and external package for wine bottle during shipping to ensure the security. Here Xiaopai could provide some useful proposals for you.Air Column Bag

l External Package
If the external package is hard enough to resist the external impact force during the shipping, it will help greatly reduce the damage possibility.
Ordinarily the external package should have good compressive strength and puncture strength which guarantee the bottle safety during the shipping or under warehousing and palletizing conditions.
Carton box is just the typical and common one and we should mark "fragile articles" and the corresponding patterns at the upper left corner of the four sides for whatever fragile items.

l Inner Package
The main function of the inner package is to provide fixing and buffering of the red wine. Qualified packaging can protect red wine from collision and vibration during transportation, and restore the original shape to provide further cushioning. Here Xiaopai recommend the 360 Degree Buffer and Seismic Protection air column bag from PackBest.

President Xi Jinping has vowed to make China a footballing force and is prepared to go to great lengths to do it, sending thousands of toddlers to “football-focused” kindergartens.

China, which has a population of 1.4 billion but has continually underachieved in football, will start trialing the kindergartens this year, state media said.Children football in Shanghai

Citing the ministry of education, Xinhua news agency said that “each provincial-level region” will have 50 to 200 football-centric kindergartens.

“The pilot program aims to cultivate interest in football in children through popular football games and create an atmosphere favorable for football culture to grow,” Xinhua said, citing a ministry directive.

“Various physical activities tailored for kids will be held, during which children are encouraged to run, jump, climb, throw and shoot balls.”

Li Jianli, director of a kindergarten in the Chinese capital, told the Global Times: “We have soccer coaches for kids who are over five and many other kindergartens in Beijing run soccer programs too.”

In October, the Chinese Football Association announced plans for 10,000 kindergartens across the country.

Football-fan president Xi has expressed ambitions for China to qualify for, host and win the World Cup.

So far China has qualified for the World Cup only once, in 2002, when it failed to win a point or score a goal.

The country languishes at 72nd in the FIFA rankings, stewing between Macedonia and El Salvador, and has lost its last three matches on the spin.

Effective organizations place a premium on talent when selecting, developing, and advancing their workforce. States and school districts tend to approach teachers from a one-size-fits-all perspective that inhibits efficient and productive workforce management. Organizing the teacher workforce for efficiency and productivity can best be done with careful management of individual talent and careers. The present practice of professional and career development too frequently fails to differentiate developmental paths for individual teachers. Not only is there a tendency to neglect identifying highly effective teachers for the purpose of retaining, advancing, and placing them in assignments that maximize the impact that they have on student learning, there is also a similar tendency to neglect identification of underperformers. Teacher training and development in China

Teacher Preparation and New Teacher Sourcing: One of the greatest points of leverage for improved performance is the investment a state, district, or school makes to ensure that teachers are well prepared. Return on investment can take the form of both increased teacher performance and increased retention of high performing teachers. Programs that are both innovative and designed to achieve long-term increases in educational productivity include those that focus their training model on the key competencies that are necessary for teachers to attain to be effective in the classroom, and use a focus on student outcomes to continuously refine and improve their training. Such models may include residencies or other programs offering a rigorous, clinical experience.

The New Teacher Project (TNTP) – The New Teacher Project is a model designed to increase the concentration of highly effective teachers in high-need schools. TNTP recruits, helps place, and trains teachers in these schools. This includes the creation and implementation of an alternative route to certification.
Urban Teacher Residency United (UTR) – This consortia of teacher residency programs includes a year-long residency program that combines a classroom apprenticeship with an aligned sequence of master’s-level coursework. Residents are matched with a mentor teacher and, over the course of the residency, progress from a co-teaching role to a lead-teaching role. After completing the residency, graduates of the program continue to serve their district for at least three years and are able to participate in an on-going induction program.
Professional Development: Nearly half of $3.0 billion in federal funding under Title II, Part A, and billions more in other federal funds goes to the professional development of teachers and leaders in our schools. There is little evidence that these expenditures produce an increase in the overall or individual effectiveness of teachers. The development of outcome-based return on investment models can help to assess the efficacy of professional development. Key investments in infrastructure and data will help to support these models and can have long term impact, yet efforts have lagged in this area.

Teacher Evaluation, Talent Management, and Career Development: The current practice of teacher evaluation does not make rigorous distinctions between the highest and lowest performing teachers. States and districts can move to systems that make well-informed decisions based on multiple forms of evidence, including evidence of student learning, to identify both the most effective teachers for advancement, and less effective teachers in need of support. Implementation of rigorous teacher evaluation systems represents a long-term investment in a more productive workforce and will support the development and adoption of new practices in talent management and career development.

The latest night of demonstrations in Hong Kong appeared to come to an early end as protesters melted into crowds of weekend shoppers and tourists after verbally sparring with police for over an hour.To get more china local news, you can visit shine news official website.

Protesters had gathered at 6pm on Saturday outside of Mong Kok police station, the site of frequent clashes in recent weeks, where they jeered at armed officers from behind a heavy line of journalists before dispersing into the night.

While the recent trend has been for protesters to reappear elsewhere in the city after brief standoffs with police, an eerie calm subsequently set in on Saturday evening. It was the first time in weeks that mass weekend demonstrations did not break out into violent clashes with teargas fired by riot police. The protest movement began in early June against a legislative bill that would have allowed for residents to be extradited to mainland China.

Police did not appear to make any arrests as they marched through Mong Kok shopping district, where they were heckled by bystanders who told them to “go to hell” and accused them of being in league with the local mafia. Some threw bags of ice and a bin at police vehicles in the latest sign the public have turned against Hong Kong police, once one of the most respected forces in Asia.

Officers have been accused of using excessive force by groups including local watchdog the Civil Rights Observer and the office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. Police have fired teargas into a subway station and nonlethal weapons at protesters from close range.

Hong Kong’s chief executive Carrie Lam has also faced criticism for failing to rein in police and blaming violence squarely on protesters.

“I am protesting because I just cannot tolerate what the police has done. It’s not right,” said Franco Fung during a march through the district of Kowloon earlier on Saturday.

“There have been multiple instances in which police have used obvious excessive force and inhumane actions to force us protesters away and justice is not given. The government is not willing to give us an individual investigation committee.”

Another demonstrator, Paul Siew, accused Hong Kong of becoming a “police state,” a refrain which has been repeated by democracy activists like Joshua Wong.I think the government is the police and the police is the government. Hong Kong is a police state,” Mr Siew said.

He added he remained angry the government had failed to meet any of protesters’ demands, including the permanent withdrawal of the extradition bill and Ms Lam’s resignation.

Saturday night’s protesters may have returned home early in anticipation of a mass rally on Sunday.

While many demonstrations have been arranged by word of mouth over Telegram and other social media apps, Sunday’s rally has been called by Civil Human Rights Front, a democracy coalition that has organised several record-shattering protesters in Hong Kong over the summer.

The protest is the first major event the group has called since 1 July, the anniversary of Hong Kong’s reunification with China. That march ended in radical protesters storming the city’s legislature after a peaceful demonstration attended by tens of thousands of people.

The weekend’s protests followed massive demonstrations at Hong Kong International Airport this week, which led to flights being cancelled for two consecutive days after protesters blocked check-in areas and departure lounges.

Advertisements promise entrepreneurs magical defenses against nightmare scenarios. To get more shanghai subway, you can visit shine news official website.
In 2018, two new poster series colorfully bursting with depictions of urbanites in extremis appeared on Shanghai’s subways. They advertise competing mobile phone apps that allow users to check out suppliers, buyers, investment companies, and potential employers to suss out the likelihood of being cheated by them.
The ads point to two particularities of the Chinese late socialist economy: a high rate of entrepreneurship, and reluctance to turn to the judicial system when something goes wrong in business or at work. I heard stories reflecting both realities from my interlocutors at Jiangnan Design, a small design and construction business outside Shanghai. These narratives often ended with an exasperated but resigned claim of moral decline. Put simply one day by Meng, one of the company directors: “China doesn’t have good people anymore.”
Narratives of moral decline often say less about actual ethical practices than they do about what people fear and value. Here, I visually examine the subway ads through my interlocutors’ experience of entrepreneurship. From this perspective, the ads interpolate Shanghai middle-class commuters as business participants who must protect and advocate for themselves, using mobile technology rather than judicial recourse, amid a pervasive sense of moral loss.
The first ad series, for the app Tianyancha, visually poses nightmare scenarios that might befall the young, white-collar, and technologically savvy. The app name means something akin to “check from the eye in the sky,” suggesting that only from an all-knowing stance outside the self can a business’s reliability be known. The subjects of these ads did not just miss warning signs—they are victims.

In one ad, a young man in business attire views his laptop screen with a pained expression. In his leather- and marble-textured office, the man is clearly a white-collar worker (bailing), likely an entrepreneur:

It was no easy thing to sign a 300,000 RMB [44,000 USD] contract. But it was only after 9 months with no payment that I learned the company’s boss is a ‘deadbeat borrower’ (laolai).Adhered to the window on the metro door, the ad reflects white-collar commuters figuratively in its depiction of professionalism and vulnerability, and it also reflects them literally, their faces hovering in the glass near the young man’s image.

The ad also mirrors a threat my interlocutors at Jiangnan Design faced: suppliers and purchasers not following through on agreements. During my fieldwork, Jiangnan Design went through a legal proceeding with a subcontractor. This subcontractor had installed a component in one of Jiangnan Design’s buildings, and had done some of the electrical wiring incorrectly. The project was otherwise concluded, but Jiangnan Design’s directors refused to make the final payment to the subcontractor until they returned and fixed their work. Now there was a lawsuit.

And now it was over—and not with an outcome my interlocutors wanted to discuss. Director Meng brushed off my questions, saying only that judges were “the worst people in China,” attributing what he sees as a judicial failure, to ethical failure. Meng would prefer to avoid such judicial involvements in the first place.

Highsnobiety aims to provide our readers with the latest updates in the sneaker world. However, we cannot verify the reliability of any unauthorized leaks or rumors unless this information is provided directly by the brands themselves.

After Kanye West was spotted in Los Angeles wearing what appeared to be an update of the adidas Originals YEEZY Boost 350, a mockup of the shoe and rumored release information have now appeared online. Rumors suggest the YEEZY Boost 350 V3 will drop sometime in late 2019 or early 2020 and will cost $230, making it the most expensive YEEZY Boost 350 yet.

The mockup (below) shows how the rubber midsole rises higher around the heel than on other versions, almost mimicking the design of the YEEZY basketball sneaker West has worn and teased previously. The ankle collar almost rises to a mid-top level, with the side stripe shortened and modified slightly.get Yeezy Boost Shoes, more order with big discount

Ever since Kanye West came out with the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 back in 2016, fans have been anticipating the release of the V3. There have been a ton of teasers and rumors over the past few months but finally, it appears as though we finally have a solid look at what the shoe will look like. Thanks to this latest Instagram post, we have a fresh idea of what the silhouette will be like and how the upper will be constructed overall.

Instead of a low top, this shoe appears to be more of a mid-cut with a stretchy elastic cuff for maximum comfort. The primeknit upper has a pattern we haven't yet seen before from a Yeezy but when you consider how the name of this colorway is "Alien," it starts to make sense. As you would come to expect, there is Boost inside of the midsole so you know these will be incredibly comfortable.
So far, release details on these are pretty scarce but it seems like they will cost $230 USD which is only $10 more than the V2.

Let us know in the comments below what you think about this shoe and whether or not this is a must-cop for you moving forward. We'll be sure to bring you all of the latest updates.get Yeezy 350 Static, more order with big discount

Apps designed to help people find their lost or stolen phones are now being used as spyware by stalkers.

There are dozens of free spyware apps in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Some are marketed to anxious parents wanting to track their children or spouses concerned about cheating partners. Others are sold as anti-theft tools to track stolen phones.

In order to get a first-hand look I decided to test one of these apps on myself, and transform my phone into a tracking device for a day.Once I discovered what the app was able to record and track I was given a chilling insight into how easy it would be for a jealous partner or vindictive ex to covertly observe their victim.

Dutch filmmaker Anthony van der Meer used the app to track my every move for a day. Mr van der Meer, who is in Australia to speak at the International Association of Privacy Professionals ANZ summit, made a documentary using a tracking app to trace his stolen phone. In less than a year it was viewed more than 6 million times.I had no idea how easily my phone could be controlled remotely to see, hear and record what I said, everywhere I went and everything I did.

I consented to having the app downloaded and I knew I could be monitored at any time, but I wasn't aware of exactly when I was being watched. And as I went about my usual morning routine, I soon forgot my phone was spying on me.While the app icon was visible on my phone, there is a disguised version available with the innocuous title "system framework". Apart from the icon there were no other signs my phone was compromised.

ABC News has chosen not to name the app used in the experiment, but it is available on the Android app store and is just one of many apps available.

The front and rear cameras, microphone, text messages and phone call logs were able to be remotely accessed.

Using nearby WiFi points and GPS data, my location could be tracked. Where I live, where I work and where I get my morning coffee was all visible.https://www.ttspy.com/remote-spy-phone-app-for-your-employees-to-monitor-their-activities.html

Every smartphone, tablet, and other smart electronic device comes with premium hardware and software features. Because of this, users tend to use their computer less to a point that some ended up not needing computers anymore.

Must Read: For the latest tips, tricks and hacks check out our dedicated section for Android Tricks.

Android devices nowadays can almost do anything that a regular Windows PC can. While smartphones are becoming similar to computers in usability, Android spyware and viruses are becoming more prevalent.

At this point, you may already possess more private information on your phone than you do on your PC. Privacy is one of the biggest issues on smartphones and if you’re wondering whether someone is tracking your phone or spying on your phone, then continue reading. There are many spying apps, and people can easily install them on the phones of other users in order to monitor them.

Understanding what these spying services can do is necessary for detecting spyware and knowing how to get rid of it. In this post, we’ll share with you several tips that can indicate that your phone is being tracked or spied on, and what can be done about it.
Unusual Strange Phone Behavior

One of the most common ways to detect spyware is to check for odd or strange behavior from your phone. If there is spyware or tracking software installed on your phone, chances are, your phone will act differently.
Unusual Battery Drain

Another useful way to find out whether someone is spying on your phone is an increase in battery usage. After using a phone for a couple of weeks, most people become familiar with battery patterns and know their average battery life. If your phone is suddenly experiencing sub-par battery life for no tangible reason, it could be spyware. Spyware and tracking apps can drain your phone’s battery, especially if they’re running constantly.
Noise During Phone Calls

Look for unusual noise or sounds during phone calls. If you hear beeps or any other sounds during phone calls, then this can mean your calls are being recorded. Call recording apps can make such noises.

Also, if the call quality has suddenly worsened, this can also mean that your phone calls are being recorded. Static or feedback can be signs. However, it might also mean that you simply have a bad connection or that your phone isn’t handling calls well. The world isn’t always a sinister place; but its parts, including carriers and cell phones, have no shortage of problems.https://www.ttspy.com/remote-spy-phone-app-for-your-employees-to-monitor-their-activities.html
