The unidentified man's prolific pilfering started in March when lifted a $2,replica cartier ladies tank watches,000 Cartier watch and a necklace and $300 from an apartment near Blossom Ave. in Flushing.
But detectives last week linked him to five other burglaries in May and June, spanning three other precincts.
After the most recent incident, on June 14, the burglar revealed a key clue: he walks with a cane and shuffles like the senior citizen he apparently is.

"A lot of people don't pay him much attention because he's walking with the cane."
The crook has covered an impressive amount of ground given his limited mobility since the first March incident:
On May 3, at 78 36 46th Ave. in Elmhurst, the bandit boosted jewelry and cash after entering through a front door.
The next day, he hobbled to Forest Hills and used his same entry method to steal more baubles and money at 110 55 72nd Road.
He resurfaced in mid June, striking two locations within the 108th Precinct. The first, in Sunnyside, occurred at 41 00 43rd. Ave. and the next was at 68 12 37th Road in Woodside.
Finally, in the incident in which he was caught on tape, the thief broke into 92 11 35th Ave. in Jackson Heights and got away with a $400 necklace and $80.
In all, the crippled criminal has hit six neighborhoods. He is still at large.
"When it comes to burglaries, it's almost always a pattern,replica cartier tank watches," said City Councilman Peter Vallone (D Astoria), chairman of the Public Safety Committee. "It's very rare that someone breaks into a house spur of the moment."
