Door to door service from China
What is a door to door service?
As mentioned above, our door to door service is the ultimate & premium service: you have nothing to do, the forwarder ( @DocShipper ) manages all operations!Get more news about Door-to-door Air Freight From China, you can vist our website!

In practice, as an importer, you indicate the origin of the goods and their destination and we take care of the rest. A dedicated DocShipper agent will process your order and will accompany you from A to Z. It will also be he who will be in charge of coordinating all the players in the logistics chain: suppliers, customs, shipping line, (aero) port authorities, etc.
When you buy products in China, your supplier will sell the goods to you under a specific incoterms. This makes it possible to define the responsibility of the seller and the buyer in the transport of your cargo.

Is your shipment not heavy or bulky? If your parcel is no more than 50 kgs to 100 kgs, you can opt for a shipment via an express company: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS… to name a few.

We have established long-standing partnerships with various Express companies in order to complete our range of door-to-door services, do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
The goods will simply be removed by our drivers directly from one (or more) suppliers in order to consolidate them in our warehouse at origin. We will also inspect the quality of the packaging and bring it up to transport standards if necessary (for example with a palletization of boxes).

Have your goods reached the warehouse in China? It is now time to check whether the products, establish the packing list which will be used for the declaration at export and customs clearance at import… Generally it is also at this time we finalize the documents to prepare the goods for export.

The cargo has arrived at the original terminal (the port, the airport or sometimes the train station), it is time to load the goods on board: the boat, the plane or the train. In this step you will find all the costs linked to the terminal (terminal charges, handling, terminal taxes, etc.)

Before the shipment of the cargo, it is essential to make what is called “export declaration” with the local customs authorities. The borders of the countries are controlled for both import and export, this allows the country in particular to have significant economic data. It is also a stage where customs officials make sure not to send prohibited or limited products.

Shipping from China can sometimes be cheap and fast, You can find many factors to take into consideration when selecting the shipping method, such as the weight and number of packages, whether they need to be shipped using air freight or sea freight and express or door-to-door delivery.

DDP shipping is an alternative to traditional methods of shipping. It’s fast and cheap, and it cuts out the middleman, which saves both time and money for the consumer. DDP is an expedited shipping service that helps you reduce the time of your delivery. Air freight, sea freight, and express are all types of shipping that take longer than DDP but can help extend the overall time it takes to ship your packages.

The cost for shipping from China to America is very affordable when compared to other shipping methods like air freight, sea freight, or express.

One important factor is whether or not you are using a container or a LCL but less time consuming method like air freight. Another factor is which freight forwarder you use to ship your goods. The final factor is how long it takes for your goods to be shipped from China to the US and this can vary depending on where in China your goods are being shipped from.

Air Purifiers And Ozone Generators: What You Need To Know

Ozone generators are one of the most common ways to quickly remove airborne contaminants and odors from homes, offices, and even cars.Get more news about ozone generator, you can vist our website!

While these machines can “shock” the air and deliver fast results, they can also be dangerous to our health, especially our lungs.

The same molecular process that makes ozone generators so effective is also what makes them dangerous. If you are considering the use of an ozone air purification to remove a strong odor or eliminate mold, you need to be fully informed on their history and proper use, as well as the alternatives to ozone generators.
What Is Ozone?
We know you didn’t come here for a chemistry lecture, but if you want to understand ozone, you’re going to have to bear with us while we get into the details a little. Don’t worry, it’s really not that complicated, and there’s no test afterwards!

Ozone is made of oxygen molecules. The type of oxygen we are most familiar with, the kind we breathe every day, is actually dioxygen, or “02,” which is made of two oxygen molecules. (Technically speaking, we don’t actually breathe individual oxygen molecules, we breathe dioxygen.)

Ozone is simply three oxygen molecules, or “O3.” In the science world, ozone is referred to as “trioxygen”. This third oxygen molecule is unstable and only shares a loose connection with the other two molecules.

Therefore, it will easily attach itself to pollution, especially high-odor pollutants like smoke. It can also attach itself to viruses, bacteria, mold spores, and organic matter. After it attaches to pollutants, the substance is destroyed. The ability to attach to other molecules, such as smoke and odor, gives ozone it’s ability to clean and deodorize indoor areas quickly.
What Is An Ozone Air Purifier?
One of the most common ways to “clean” air and remove strong odors is through the use of an ozone air generator, also known as ozone machines or ozone air purifiers. These machines are designed to create ozone through a simple process that occurs naturally in the atmosphere. However, like many things, just because it’s “natural,” doesn’t mean it’s healthy.

Because ozone is highly reactive, it is nearly impossible, at least with today’s technology and knowledge, to store it for any prolonged time. Therefore, it needs to be generated onsite through the use of high-tech machines.

Ozone air purifiers essentially take in oxygen from the air (O2) and give it a strong electrical charge. This electrical charge allows the oxygen molecules to rearrange themselves and form O3, our famous ozone. (Did you know that because of electrical charges, ground-level ozone is often present in higher levels after a lighting storm?)

Now, the ozone is released from the machine into the air. When it hits molecules like mold or smoke, the third oxygen molecule attaches itself to molecules of the pollutant and basically eliminates it.

The O3 attaches itself to bacteria, fungus, germs, odors, and other contaminants and, at the molecular level, destroys the cell wall. This process eliminates the contaminant while reverting the ozone back to oxygen.

Through this process, ozone generators can be extremely useful for cleaning pungent odors, removing the smell of smoke, and eliminating mold. They are used in hospitals, hotels, and even homes, but, as we’ll learn, they can be dangerous and must be used only by trained, qualified professionals.

How Does Laser Cleaning Technology Function?

Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation (laser) is a monochromatic and coherent electromagnetic source that propagates in a straight line with negligible divergence. Currently, lasers are used in different material processing applications in the manufacturing sector, ranging from surface cleaning to nanofabrication.Get more news about laser cleaner, you can vist our website!

Laser cleaning represents a non-destructive and non-contact cleaning method that allows the removal of surface contaminants from the bulk of the material in a controlled manner using a laser beam. Thus, laser cleaning machines are gradually becoming the equipment of choice for the containment removal process/cleaning.

The suitable laser type and optimal parameters differ for every cleaning application. The laser output parameters can be varied on a large scale in the laser cleaning method. Thus, specific laser output parameters can be selected based on the material/contaminant that has to be removed.

Steam cleaning and dry cleaning are the major types of laser cleaning methods used for surface contaminant removal. Dry laser cleaning involves pulse laser heating of a dry solid surface, while steam laser cleaning involves pulse laser heating of the solid surface in presence of a liquid layer.

Dry laser cleaning turns into evaporative cleaning when the energy of the incident laser pulse is increased. Although this technique is simple, dry cleaning is less effective compared to steam cleaning and requires a higher laser intensity. Moreover, dry laser cleaning can cause damage to the metal surface.
How Laser Cleaning Technology Functions
Laser cleaning is primarily a form of laser ablation that occurs when a material deposited on a surface or a layer of material is removed using a laser beam. Laser rust removal on steel and other materials is based on the laser ablation process.

However, laser ablation of material occurs only when the energy of the incident laser beam is higher than the ablation threshold of that material. Every material possesses a specific ablation threshold depending on its molecular bonds, and the threshold differs from other materials.

Thus, a material can be removed in a highly selective manner during laser cleaning without impacting the other material when the difference between the ablation thresholds of two materials is sufficiently large.

For instance, the ablation threshold of rust is significantly lower compared to the threshold of steel or aluminum, which allows the use of laser cleaning machines to completely vaporize the rust without damaging the underlying steel.
Although both pulsed and continuous laser beam-based cleaning processes can be used to remove a layer effectively, the speed of the process varies depending on the laser beam used for the cleaning.

The pulsed laser beam is more efficient and offers a faster removal speed compared to the continuous laser beam. Additionally, the use of a pulsed laser beam can prevent overheating of the underlying metal.

How to Remove Labels from Glass Using This Easy Method

You might find yourself in the same boat that I’m in — the kind of boat that strictly prohibits labels from being on jars and bottles? I mean, they all come with labels, but I just nervously peel off every single one while I wait for the oven to preheat or for timers to go off. It’s not a terrible idea, either, because a label-less jar has lots of potential as a drinking vessel, vase, or even glass jars as kitchen organization.Get more news about Sticky Label, you can vist our website!

Of course, this compulsive picking I (we?) do is a good way to end up with an opaque, very sticky jar. And that’s not super ideal if you want to reuse the jar. Luckily, there’s a quick and easy way to remove labels from glass, or just the residue if you’ve already peeled the bulk of the label off. Place the glass jar in a pot of water with a bit of baking soda or dish soap and that does the trick.

Fill a pot (I usually use my Dutch oven) 3/4 of the way with water and put it on the stove. Carefully put your jars into the pot. (You’ll probably need to tilt them to fill them up with water so that they sink!) Turn the burner on high and either sprinkle in some baking soda or a squeeze of liquid dish soap. I’ve had success with both methods when removing labels from glass, so use whatever is within arm’s reach.

You can let the jars simmer until the labels peel off on their own, or you can get in there with a pair of tongs and (carefully) encourage the labels to come off. Use the tongs to take each jar out and let them cool on a dish towel. If they still have traces of the label or a sticky residue on the glass, rub those parts with baking soda — the glass should come clean in a matter of seconds.
In case you’re wondering why we’re talking about this now, well, there are two reasons. For starters, Earth Day is coming up, and the best way to keep something out of landfills is to reuse it if at all possible. Also, we just decorated an Easter brunch table almost exclusively with pickle, olive, and salsa jars. And we have zero regrets.

The Dos and Don’ts of Caulking Windows

Caulking windows—to give them a finished look (inside and out) and seal out leaks and drafts—is a fairly common DIY task. But if done incorrectly, it can lend a sloppy, amateurish look. Caulk is not a design element; it should blend in with the window and be unnoticeable. “Running a bead,” as the process of caulking is known, requires applying a long, narrow strip along the entire length of the seam—and it takes a degree of skill. Keep reading to learn the techniques so you can caulk like a pro.Get more news about Windows Sealant, you can vist our website!
You’ll find dozens of types of caulk at your local home improvement store, and each type is intended for a specific situation.

Exterior windows: To stand up to the elements, exterior caulk should be impervious to harsh sun rays, water, and fluctuating temperatures. The tube of caulk should specify it’s intended for exterior surfaces; we like Sashco Big Stretch Caulk (available from Amazon).
Interior windows: Caulk used on interior windows should not emit toxic fumes, and it should hold paint well. High quality, paintable latex, such as White Lightning’s Painter’s Preferred Acrylic Latex Caulk (available from Amazon), is a good choice for interior windows.
Humid rooms: Caulking windows in a room with high humidity, such as a bathroom, calls for interior caulk that’s both waterproof and mold-resistant. Kwik Seal Ultra (from The Home Depot) works well in steamy situations.
Masonry siding: When caulking seams between windows and masonry siding, including basement windows and windows on stucco or brick homes, you’ll need an exterior caulk that’s compatible with both the window and the masonry surface. General Electric Max Flex Acrylic Urethane Caulk (available from Amazon) is a solid option for these types of uses.
Cheap caulking guns come with a ratchet-style handle that must be twisted loose to release the pressure on the caulk in the tube. With this type of gun, caulk will keep oozing out until you loosen the handle with your hand, resulting in excess caulk on the window. A better choice is a caulking gun with a thumb release you can press to instantly release the pressure on the caulk so it stops flowing when you’re done running a bead. We like Newborn’s Superior E-Z Thrust Smooth Rod Caulking Gun (available from Amazon) for its convenient thumb release.

Amorphous and nanocrystalline Cores

nanoThe improvement of electromagnetic characteristics of materials used for coils manufacturing is one of important and emerged areas in modern electronics. Among such improvement methods one can note the creation of new composite materials based on soft magnetic alloys. These material are widely applied in matching, high-frequency and power transformers, as well as in current sensors and represent complicated multicomponent system. A chemical composition of soft magnetic alloys with two -phase structure is Fe73,5CuNb3Si13,5B9. Ribbons with amorphous structure characterized by the absence of a long-range order in atoms arrangement are obtained from a material melting by spinning or a flat jet methods. The melt falling from the slot of the nozzle on the rotating drum surface, is being cooled, then it solidifies, thus forming a ribbon with an amorphous structure. The ribbon's thickness is ordinary 25 ± 5 µm. In order to achieve the required magnetic properties at the second technological stage, an amorphous ribbon is thermally being treated at high temperatures. As a result of operation carried out at a temperature of not less than 600 °C, the partial crystallization occurs and nucleating centers of the iron silicide phase (α-Fe-Si) are formed.Get more news about Nanocrystalline core, you can vist our website!

Thus, a distinctive feature of such materials is the presence in their composition of both the amorphous component and a certain fraction of the crystalline phase. The crystallites size in such alloys is 10–20 nm; therefore, these materials are often called nanocrystalline. Depending on the composition of the alloy, the percentage phase ratio may vary. As a rule, the proportion of the crystalline structure prevails.

The introduction of such addings as Si and B into alloys content allows an amorphous structure forming, while niobium ions inhibit the growth of grains at higher operating temperatures. In addition to niobium ions, additives of other metals, such as Zr, Mo, Hf, Ta, W can be used to reduce crystallites size. The introduction of copper ions leads to the formation of a large number of crystallization centers.
nanoThe figure shows a schematic representation of an alloy structure with two phases.
To improve the magnetic characteristics and significantly reduce the magnetostriction, a partial removing of iron atoms with aluminum is being carried out. Moreover, due to the distribution of nanoscale crystalline granules in the amorphous matrix in such alloys: very high values of magnetic permeability, a small values of coercive force , and the saturation induction (Bs) is 0.8 ... 1.2 T (Bs) are achieved.

DTC E-commerce boxes – the white board or kraft board question?

This is one of the most common questions we’re asked when designing e-commerce boxes. In some cases, the decision has been made well in advance, usually when the graphics are developed. On other projects, the board or substrate color can go either way. The below should serve as a guideline for e-commerce box board selection but as always, a short conversation with one of our branded packaging advisors can save you time, frustration, and money.Get more news about Packaging Boxes White Board, you can vist our website!

Colors that “POP” – Flexographic inks without costly varnishes added can look rather flat. Printing any color on white board makes the color brighter, compared to printing on kraft which can make colors look darker and sometimes “muddier”.
Color consistency, especially on flood coats – If you look at any brown (kraft) boxes you will see the brown varies from box to box. Natural kraft colored board is not consistent in color, and the difference is even greater on higher recycled content board. The result is any color printed on it, especially lighter pastels, will vary as well. White board delivers more even, consistent colors.
White board is typically a board upgrade so it may feature stronger/thicker top and bottom sheets, as well as a stronger fluted middle or medium.
How much white does your application require – you can get one side white, both sides white or for a clean, bright look, even triple white corrugated board.
For RSC style boxes, kraft in and kraft out remains the most common board combination. However, for die cut mailers which represent over 80% of our business, kraft out and white inside is unquestionably the most popular. Keep in mind we usually do not recommend spending a lot of money on exterior graphics. That outside surface gets beat up in shipment and is covered up with tape, labels, etc., which is even worse on a small box when the graphics may be obscured by the standard 4” X 6” or larger, 4” X 8” shipping label.
The best board and ink combination is what is best for you and your brand. As our tag line says, we produce “packaging that communicates” so the key question is, what do you want your packaging to say about you? Perhaps that sustainability is at the top of your list of core values? Perhaps that your products are premium in terms of quality and appearance? Or perhaps that you have invested the time and money to make sure your fragile products arrive safely to your customers?

What Is the Standard Porcelain Tile Thickness?

The thin porcelain tiles, designed with the texture of natural stone, sandstone and wallpaper, recreate the true style and feature of natural stone by using the latest stereo ink printing technology. The thickness is only 5.5mm . Lighter in weight, more excellent in performance, it can widely meet the needs of all-space decoration of indoor and outdoor walls and floors, and create a unique style of environmental protection light life.Get more news about Thin Porcelain Tile, you can vist our website!

Beautiful and easily maintained, porcelain tile is a common and practical choice in modern home decor. The standard thickness for porcelain tile is similar to that of ceramic tiles, with porcelain tile available in a slightly thicker version. Porcelain tile is sold by the square foot. Make sure your room or area measurements are accurate to purchase sufficient tile.

Standard porcelain tile thickness ranges between 1/4- and 3/4-inch thick. In contrast, ceramic tiles range from 1/4- to 3/8-inch in standard thickness. The average minimum thickness is the same for both materials, but porcelain tiles come in thicker options. Thicker tiles are less likely to break or crack than thinner tiles because they're stronger. You may want to choose thicker porcelain tiles for flooring, especially in high-traffic areas, because porcelain floor tile durability is important in preventing cracks and damage.

If you're looking for a lighter weight porcelain tile option, consider a thin-body porcelain tile. They offer a more eco-friendly option because they use less material, and they don't take as much energy to produce. Most porcelain tiles are at least 7 millimeters thick. But the thin porcelain tile is only 3 to 6 millimeters thick. That means the tiles could be as thin as 0.12 inches.

Because the tiles are so thin, they require special care during installation. They're much more likely to crack or break, so installers often use special equipment for the process, especially for tiles on the thinner end of the range.

Does it really matter how thick your porcelain tile is? Thicker tiles do tend to offer greater durability, but the thickness can also be important to make the tiles fit into your space. For example, you don't want your new tile floor to be higher or lower than the flooring in adjoining rooms. You also want doors in the space to be able to swing freely. If you get extra thick porcelain tile, the door might catch or rub on the tile. Factor in the subfloor height to choose a tile thickness.

Porcelain tiles, generally manufactured by the pressed dust method, are made from porcelain clays. Ceramic tiles are made from red or white clays. The water absorption rate of porcelain tiles is less than 1 percent, so these tiles make a good choice for outdoor areas in cold climates, as they are frost-resistant if not frost-proof. Besides being impervious to moisture, these tiles are also smooth and dense. You may purchase unglazed porcelain tiles, or choose a matte or high-gloss finish.

Glazed Porcelain Tiles
Glazed tiles have a thin glass coating applied before being kiln-fired. This type of porcelain tile, also known as vitreous tile, is available in many colors and patterns. However, if the tile chips or breaks, the damage will be noticeable and require repair or replacement. Highly glossed glaze tiles may be slippery, making them more suitable for walls and countertops than flooring. Porcelain tiles are heat-resistant for kitchen use but are not heat-proof. Glazed tiles do not require sealing.

Full-Bodied Porcelain Tiles
Full-bodied porcelain tiles, also known as through-bodied tiles, include the tile color or pattern throughout the entire thickness of the tile, no matter how thick they are. These tiles, suitable for residential or commercial use, easily hide any wear or damage. To further protect your full-bodied porcelain tiles, you may want to apply a sealer on the grout lines.

Whether you're using porcelain tile on your floors or walls, you have options when it comes to thickness. Understanding the different types and thicknesses of the tiles helps you pick the best option for your project.
