Designed by Lacoste Creative Director Louise Trotter, the shirt is named the L.12.12 Polo Merci, a solidarity product that begins retailing on May 28 in Europe; and in Lacoste stores worldwide and on the brand’s website from June 1.The new shirt plays on Lacoste’s iconic crocodile logo embroidering a heart around its instantly recognizable emblem. L.12.12 Polo Merci retails at 130 Euros.

“Reinterpreting the iconic Lacoste polo shirt by wrapping it in a simple red heart seemed to us the best way to show our admiration for those committed to saving lives during this pandemic,” said Trotter.

The turnover from each sale of the L.12.12 Polo Merci, named after its classic cut polo, will be donated in full to the Lacoste Fund, which supports the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies around the world.

Since March, backed up by voluntary work from its own employees, Lacoste has produced more than 200,000 fabric masks in its factories in France and Argentina – and distributed them to local authorities and stakeholders.

“The L.12.12 Polo Merci is in line with the brand's continued commitment in this unprecedented health crisis. This solidarity action illustrates how fashion can, at its own level, act in solidarity to serve the most exposed people," added Lacoste CEO Thierry Guibert.

Prior to its 2021-22 release date, more images of the Air Jordan XXXVI have surfaced. Though a preview was available months back thanks to Dallas Wings forward Satou Sabally, and then again when Jayson Tatum wore them in the playoffs, we’re now treated to additional colorways and possible player exclusives.Get more news about mens air jordan shoes on sale, you can vist ajsize.com!

You might notice in a few of these images a new Luka Doncic logo. Up to this point Luka has featured his “LD7” logo, a pointy vertical mirrored look. This was floated around online, and on other merchandise, but debuted on a shoe in January 2020.

But as Twitter account @LukaDonkicks notes from today’s image release, Doncic first hinted at the change in Team Slovenia’s media day photoshoot, as they prepared to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics — which they did in dramatic fashion.
This is a smoother, sleeker, effortless logo that does a better job playing on both Luka’s initials and his 77 number. It remains to be seen whether this shift will be made official anytime soon. The combination of Luka wearing them for a publicity shoot, and its inclusion with other Jordan Brand player logos, it seems likely. But one thing seems certain: as the international superstar’s game and legend continues to grow, so does his brand.

this is a documentary that only seems to wake up to its own tragic significance once it is nearly all over. Most of the time it is a celebratory account of how in the 80s and 90s a uniquely talented African American athlete became a legend, finding staggering wealth and success in America’s white-controlled worlds of sports, pop culture and commerce. But then, in its final act, the film appears to suggest that it might have got the tone wrong and this could actually be a story of something scandalous in which the athlete and his corporate sponsors are themselves complicit.Get more news about air jordan womens running shoes, you can vist ajsize.com!

In the mid-80s, Michael Jordan broke through as a breathtakingly good basketball player with superstar power. We see the glorious footage of his amazing prowess as Jordan almost seems to float through the air and even supernaturally pause in mid-flight before each shot. Nike made Jordan the branded figurehead of a new line of sneakers, the Air Jordans, which were initially banned by the NBA because of their colour scheme – and naturally only created an outlaw glamour. Witty, quirky TV ads by Spike Lee took Air Jordan-mania to new levels of delirium. From modest beginnings, Jordan became very rich indeed.

So far, so aspirational. But then, kids started killing each other for their Air Jordans, and the $140 price tag doesn’t exactly explain it. The point is – and it’s a point that the film could have made sooner – these shoes were being aggressively marketed to the kids who could least afford them. The brand was monetising a street culture created by the impoverished customer base. Nike was controlling the supply of Air Jordans as carefully as De Beers controlled the supply of diamonds, artificially assigning extreme value and desirability to the shoes. Automobiles can at least be locked and made traceable with registration plates, and TVs and VCRs can be hidden away in apartments. But the whole point of Air Jordans was that they were worn out on the street with no protection whatever.

Only over the final credits do we learn that no one at Nike or Team Jordan agreed to take part in the film. This is a heartbreaking story, but the film leaves it very late to tell it.

UEFA says it has approved Ukraine’s new national team jersey that features a patriotic slogan and an outline of Ukraine that includes Crimea, the Black Sea peninsula Russia seized control over in 2014.Get more news about Manchester United soccer jersey, you can vist futbolucl.com !

The new design, unveiled by the president of the Football Federation of Ukraine, Andriy Pavelko, has sparked anger in Russia, with one lawmaker calling it a “political provocation."

The team jerseys are for the Euro 2020 championship, which was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic and will be played from June 11 to July 11 in 11 cities including St. Petersburg, Russia.

"The shirt of the Ukrainian national team (and of all other teams) for UEFA Euro 2020 has been approved by UEFA, in accordance with the applicable equipment regulations," European soccer’s governing body said in a statement on June 7.

On Facebook on June 6, Pavelko wrote that the Ukrainian players will wear "special uniforms" and posted photos of the jerseys in the blue-and-yellow colors of the Ukrainian flag. They feature an outline of Ukraine as well as the slogan "Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!"

"We believe that Ukraine's silhouette will give strength to the players because they will fight for all of Ukraine," Pavelko said. “And all Ukraine, from Sevastopol and Simferopol to Kyiv, from Donetsk and Luhansk to Uzhhorod will support them in every match.”Donetsk and Luhansk are eastern cities held by Russia-backed separatist forces that seized them in 2014, at the beginning of a war that has killed more than 13,000 people. Sevastopol and Simferopol are in Crimea, which Russia occupied and seized in March of the same year, taking control of government buildings and staging a referendum denounced as illegitimate by at least 100 countries. Moscow claims that the peninsula is part of Russia but it is internationally recognized as part of Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova derided the football jerseys, saying that Ukraine's football team "attached Ukraine's territory to Russia's Crimea."

Russian parliament deputy Dmitry Svishchev inaccurately stated that showing a map of Ukraine including Crimea was “illegal,” and called the soccer jersey design a “political provocation."

After the Kremlin took Crimea by force, Russia tried to legitimize its actions with a referendum widely derided as a sham. This vote was conducted in a heavily militarised environment and was illegal under the Ukrainian Constitution. The result has never been unrecognized by most of the international community.

Zakharova also took issue with the slogan, asserting on social media that it echoes a Nazi rallying cry.

The wording “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!" dates back to the World War I era. “Glory to Ukraine!” became a rallying cry at the Maidan protests that pushed Moscow-friendly President Viktor Yanukovych from power in February 2014, and “Glory to the Heroes” is used in connection with victims of violence at those protests and the war against the Russia-backed forces in eastern Ukraine.

Loft on Monday faced an onslaught of criticism on social media after the apparel retailer revealed in comments that it will phase out plus sizes. Customers on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter lambasted the brand for limiting sizes, with many noting that it leaves many U.S. women unable to shop there.Get more news about cheap Plus Size Bottoms for women, you can vist 5xsize.com!

The brand and new owner Sycamore Partners didn’t immediately return requests for more information. But the brand said on Twitter and elsewhere: "Unfortunately, due to ongoing business challenges, we have had to make some difficult decisions, which does impact our plus collection. Come fall, our size offering will be 00-18/XXS - XXL. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment."

Private equity firm Sycamore last year bought the Loft, Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant and Lou & Grey brands for $540 million during a bankruptcy auction. In its explanation to disappointed customers regarding its decision to abandon more inclusive sizing, Loft cites "business challenges," likely referring to the complexity of producing clothing in a range of sizes.

For proper fit, for example, patterns must be graded properly for smaller or larger items, beyond a middle range that the industry deems "regular." Upscale workwear startup M.M. LaFleur last year provided a similar rationale when it said it would scale back its own offer for plus customers.

That reasoning ignores a significant opportunity, however. Women's plus-sized apparel represents a $9.8 billion market this year, according to data from IBIS World. The firm designated U.S. adults between 46 and 64 years old as "a key demographic for plus-size women's clothing" and said the number of adults "aged 20 to 64 is expected to increase in 2020, representing a potential opportunity for the industry."Moreover, Gen Z consumers increasingly demand size inclusivity as well as sustainability on the part of brands, according to research from retail market intelligence firm Edited. That may be leading some to boost their offer. The number of new plus or curve styles at mass retailers rose by 11% year over year in 2020, though these items still represent "a minimal proportion of the total offer delivered, expanding to 12% compared to 11% in 2019," Edited said.

Athleta, the activewear brand from Gap Inc. that is one of that conglomerate's best performers, earlier this year announced the expansion of its inclusive sizing to 350 styles across its collection. For Spring 2021, 70% of its activewear collection will be available in sizes 1X-3X (or 18-26), the brand said in January. More, the brand is avoiding what Edited called "passive aggressive" language in marketing to plus women that emphasizes "flattering" or "slimming" styling, sticking to concepts like "confidence" to market all sizes.

WoW Classic rumoured to get The Burning Crusade expansion this year

To cap off 2020, Blizzard released the Naxxramas raid for WoW Classic, setting things up for The Burning Crusade expansion to be introduced sometime in 2021. One notable WoW YouTuber, Staysafe TV, recently claimed to have leaked details from a “trusted source”.To get more news about buying gold classic wow, you can visit lootwowgold official website.

According to the source, WoW Classic’s Burning Crusade expansion update should be announced at BlizzCon, with a beta beginning shortly after, followed by a pre-patch in April and then a full release as early as May 2021.

Given that much of the WoW team has been focussed on the Shadowlands expansion in 2020 though, these early date estimates might be a bit optimistic. Either way though, we should keep our eyes on BlizzCon Online for official announcements from Blizzard – the event takes place between the 19th and 20th of February.
Without getting into the massive shift in raid composition meta from Classic to The Burning Crusade, which we will cover in another article, players can expect to see Blood Elf Paladins and Draenei Shamans everywhere and rather soon into the expansion content with guilds boosting the “new” class to get their precious raid buff utility. Now that each faction has access to all available classes, we will no longer see the unique raid compositions used by Alliance or Horde, though this was also the case during the original release of the game as well.

While we can speculate about ideal raid compositions in The Burning Crusade, this will largely depend on what patch of the expansion players receive. The early Heroic dungeons and raids were exceedingly difficult and finely tuned compared to Classic, so while right now guilds can bring basically whichever classes they want to clear raids, The Burning Crusade may require far more min/maxing to achieve the same results.

How Blizzard decides to roll out The Burning Crusade also needs to consider the aggressive way that players treat the economy compared to the original game. With the knowledge of exactly what items are needed in Classic by top guilds during every Phase, players have dominated the economy in ways that have not always been healthy for casual players, such as with the Black Lotus Mafia, which readers can click here to learn about.

The Burning Crusade would be no different. For example, we already know that Jewelcrafting will be the “new” profession added to the game, and in preparation, players are already stock piling ore to max out the skill in little time and sell in the Auction House. Unlike the original game, players will enter the The Burning Crusade with huge amounts, and this may be one reason that Blizzard is considering making players start new characters at level 1 or 58 on new servers, armed with all the information they need about what to do in the endgame, but with the playing field more even for casual or newer players who are only starting with the next expansion.

World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic Is True Nostalgia

I fought against resubbing for this. I just haven’t been into World of Warcraft like I once was. Don’t misunderstand, I was an avid player for many years and devoted way more time than I care to admit into building up these characters, especially around the release of this first major content update. I began playing the game in Vanilla, just before the Naxxramas update started. There was that rush to reach level 58 so I could join my friends in the extended content and I loved the new races. The Burning Crusade is my favorite expansion. It’s the first one where I was there from the beginning, hooked already, eager to approach the new zones, and actually armed with the abilities and knowledge of how to conquer them. I was ready for Outlands, no matter what Illidan said, I was prepared. I held out for as long as I could, fought the urges, but the call to fight was too strong and The Burning Crusade Classic gripped me once again, but would it be the same?To get more news about buy wow classic tbc gold, you can visit lootwowgold official website.

I made a few decisions before starting to make sure this experience was right and truly classic. When the original TBC launched I rushed to the new zones only to realize they were overcrowded and difficult to navigate, so I decided that I’d just start with a fresh character, a blood elf. This seemed like a smart decision because those areas had to be less occupied with the new content so full, right? So this time around, I did the same thing. Instead of bringing over a WoW Classic character I had been working on, I’d start brand new. I also didn’t download any addons to help with my progression, because I didn’t use them back then. Most importantly, I didn’t start right when TBC Classic went live on June 1. I waited a couple of days to let people level out of the areas I’d be hitting up. Finally, I put on my best 2007-ish techno playlist that I used to jam with while doing PVP and went to town on grinding.

It was all so welcoming. I rewatched the opening cutscene, felt a tiny chill, and listened to the narrator tell me about the blood elves and their addiction to magic. I looked over the gorgeous lands, impeccable architecture, stunning clothes, and just took in all of the colors and lush environments, right up to The Dead Scar. That’s when I remembered the darker side of the people I loved and their trapped Naaru they were feeding off of. I could feel that tingle of lore inspiring me again as I began questing, took in the familiar ambiance, and even found the posh complaints of my character telling me he didn’t have enough mana to be comforting. I picked the paladin class to reflect my previous choice when I originally played, but would be smart enough to know not to try and level with the holy specialization this time, for my own sanity.

What surprised me was how much I remembered about these quests, having several of them memorized without even having to read the text. My fingers were moving in this kind of serene autopilot and I find the blood elf starting area so relaxing and peaceful, even while slaughtering everything I came across. Many of my decisions seemed to have paid off. Several of the quests that would normally have caused me grief, because of so many other players being present or ridiculous drop rates, seemed to be completely in my favor this time. Painful tasks like “Lost Armaments” went by much quicker and I even found one particularly egregious quest to be so easy that I thought it had to be a trick.

“Felendren the Banished” is one of the last quests in the first small area for new blood elves and it can be a nightmare if not in a group or a little luck is involved. On the opening night of the original TBC expansion, I spent almost an hour at the top of this tower trying to kill the betrayer known as Felendren, swinging my sword with so many others, just hoping to land the first hit so I could claim the victory, take his head and be done with the assignment. Groups were forming but I couldn’t get in one, people were getting lucky with ranged attacks, but I was a melee character. It seemed hopeless and I almost left the tower to return later, but I finally had my chance. It’s a moment of gameplay burned into my memory for the pain involved and elation upon turning that severed head over and getting my XP. This time through, the place was almost eerily quiet and I only had one other person to contend with. I almost invited them to a group, to do it together, but I felt the old scars and struck first—I’m sorry.

I have run into quite a few people while out in the Eversong Woods and Ghostlands and though I’m not usually a fan of others in my video games, I realized it was part of the experience. Back when I used to play I had a lot of really cool guildmates: Fariequeene, Ulik, Gore, Zyn, Eli, people I called friends. This wasn’t the same, in fact, there was very little communication other than about where a particular target was, but it was nice and I noticed a distinct lack of assholes, which was different, pleasant. The population for the areas I was playing in these past few days has been nearly perfect and from what I’ve seen over the various channels and in major cities, there are enough people there to make some new acquaintances and get some dungeons done.
