Penn State coach James Franklin said Tuesday hes proud of kicker Joey Julius for how hes dealt with an eating disorder that kept him out of spring practice and led him to being admitted to a clinic for treatment this past summer.Julius said in a Facebook post this week that he was in therapy at McCallum Place Eating Disorder Center in St. Louis from May 9 to July 26.Were here to support Joey in every way possible, Franklin said Tuesday. Im really proud of him. Besides that, I want to make sure that were supporting Joey in every way possible -- academically, athletically, socially, emotionally, the whole package. Thats really about it. Im not going to get into it any more than that. The 5-foot-10, 258-pound sophomore from Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, has handled kickoffs for the Nittany Lions this season. Nicknamed Big Toe, hes popular with fans for the fearlessness he displays in kick coverage.Julius said he decided to disclose his eating disorder publicly after discussing it with family, friends and the team.Due to my increase in not only weight but also depression and anxiety my team physicians started to notice not only a change in my overall happiness but also my performance as a normal human being, Julius wrote. Throughout this whole process I learnedd a lot about myself. John Phillips Jersey. The 21-year-old Julius said he has endured binge eating disorder the past 11 years and also showed signs of bulimia, the binge-and-purge disorder. In order to come to this conclusion I have no one to thank except for Coach James Franklin and my training staff and doctors that stuck with me throughout this whole process, Julius wrote. They all noticed that I was not myself and that I needed extensive care such as the program in St. Louis that I attended this summer.Julius encouraged anyone struggling with an eating disorder to reach out to him and that he would help.Julius is best known for his aggressive play on kick returns -- something counterintuitive for most kickers. In the season opener against Kent State, Julius knocked Kent State return man Raekwon James backward with a hard hit. Three weeks later he took down Michigans Jourdan Lewis. Both plays went viral.Last week, Minnesota linebacker Jaylen Waters was ejected for lowering his shoulder into Julius on what ended up being a touchback. This story is part of ESPN The Magazines Oct. Barry Sanders Jersey . 12 Owners Issue. Subscribe today!Minnesota TwinsOverall: 87 Title track: 68 Ownership: 91 Coaching: 90 Players: 110 Fan relations: 91 Affordability: 52 Stadium experience: 28 Bang for the buck: 108 Change from last year: -40So ... yeah. The Twins had a surprisingly exciting 2015 season in which the team won 83 games and remained relevant well into September. Optimism abounded. Target Field never looked greener. Young talent! New coach! Prospects! What would follow a mere seven months later was a new low even for a team that, over the past five seasons, had win totals of 63, 66, 66 and 70. A 1-9 start this season would lead to a 7-18 April, and the Twins were 10.5 games back -- and entirely irrelevant -- in the AL Central by May 1, well on their way to what would ultimately become the worst season in the history of the franchise. Fifty. Nine. Wins.Whats goodThe Twins fell precipitously in each of our eight categories this year, but there are still few places more enjoyable to catch a game than at Target Field, which opened in 2010. The teams No. 28 rank in stadium experience is by far its highest rating, and the 10th-highest in baseball. And though the Twins roster is rated a dismal 110th (and no, guys, Joe Mauer is not to blame for this mess -- hes, like, the 11th-biggest problem), Minnesota undeniably has terrific young talent in Miguel Sano, who amassed a .462 slugging percentage this past season, and 22-year-old Byron Buxton, who after his Sept. 1 call-up justified his longstanding reputation as the best prospect in baseball, batting .287, with a .357 on-base and .653 slugging percentage in the seasons final 29 games. And, of course, second baseman Brian Dozier became Babe Ruth for the seasons final 60 games (1.019 OPS!). That was fun.Whats badSo, so much. Before the season, most experts predicted the Twins would sport an average offense and staggeringly poor pitching. And, boy, were they right! It was wretched. The Twins allowed an MLB-worst 5.49 runs per game, an AL-worst WHIP of 1.45, and struck out the third-fewest players per nine innings of any team in baseball. Minnesota fell 40 spots overall in our rankings, driven by a 74-spot drop in players, a 56-spot drop in coaching, and a 28-spot drop in ownership. The twist? Compared with 2015, the players are largely the same; the coach, Paul Molitor, is light years ahead of his predecessor in terms of on-the-field strategy and an openness to analytics; and the Pohlads are ... the Pohlads. The problems are the same. The team just won 24 fewer games.Whats newIn a very un-Twins-like move, the team fired longtime GM Terry Ryan in July after two stints (1994-2007 and 2011-2016) running the organization. After an exhaustive search with the help of third-party firm Korn Ferry, which helped the Timberwolves land Tom Thibodeau, the franchise hired 33-year-old Derek Falvey away from the Cleveland Indians to serve as the general manager and president of baseball operations. With a new voice, one that has experience with a winning organization and one who has worked to bridge the gap between folks who lean toward analytics in player evaluation and those who might favor scouting, the Twins are once again asking their fan base to believe. And however unwarranted that request might seem, with the young talent already on this roster and with Falvey now in the fold, its perhaps more palatable to do so now than at any time since 2011.Next: Philadelphia Phillies?| Full rankings Cornelius Lucas Jersey . MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Trailing by one point, the Memphis Grizzlies had no timeouts and little time. For the oldest player in the NBA, the obstacles were simply a welcome challenge.Thirty-nine-year-old Vince Carter tossed a perfectly timed, and expertly lobbed, inbounds pass to 7-footer Marc Gasol and he dropped in a shot as the buzzer sounded to lift the Grizzlies to a 108-107 victory over the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday night.Gasols basket came over Emmanuel Mudiay on a high-arcing pass from Carter underneath the Memphis goal. When Carter inbounded the ball there were 0.7 seconds left.I had progressions, I had a couple of options, but I just had to be patient while still keeping the 5-second violation in mind, Carter said. Its a stressful situation, but Ive been in it before. I know how to relax and take my time.Carter scored 20 points, while Gasol had 19 for the Grizzlies, who had lost two straight. Zach Randolph added 16 points.Mudiay had 23 points and Danilo Gallinari added 21 for the Nuggets.Mudiay appeared to have led the Nuggets to a victory when he stripped the ball from Mike Conley and converted a fastbreak layup with 7.9 seconds left. Memphis James Ennis followed with an errant pass out of bounds. But Conley came up with a steal in the closing seconds and drove the length of the court before the ball was knocked out of bounds by Denver with 0.7 seconds to go.That set the stage for the Carter-to-Gasol game-winner.The play was executed to perfection, Carter said. I just wanted to put it up there where only Marc could get it and let him take care of the rest.Gasol said the key to the play was the experience of CarterThe guy guarding the inbounds pass jumped too early, Gasol said. That opened up the passing angle and Vince made a great pass.Mudiay said he didnt know what the breakdown defensively was on the game-winning shot by Gasol. It just happens sometimes, Mudiay said. Some games end like that, some games dont end like that. The Grizzlies went up 83-76 early in the fourth quarter on a twisting layup by Jarell Martin and led by 95-88 following a driving layup by Andrew Harrison midway through the quarter. But the Nuggets battled back to take their first lead of the final period, 99-98, on a 3-pointer by Nikola Jokic, with 4:27 left. The lead changed hands six times in closing 5 minutes. We make it interesting, dont we? Grizzlies coach David Fizdale said. Theo Riddick Jersey. Im just really proud of my guys handling adversity. Everything that could go wrong went wrong, but they just kept staying with it. They stayed in the moment. The game was 56-all at the half. Denver shot 54 percent and outrebounded Memphis 23-17 to overcome 10 turnovers. Those Nuggets mistakes led to 16 Grizzlies points.Memphis fell behind by seven points in the opening minutes, but recovered behind a 12-0 run in which free-agent pickup Chandler Parsons, playing in only his second game, scored his first points of the season. Parsons went 0 for 8 in Sundays game against Portland, but had consecutive layups in a 26-second span of the first quarter. The Grizzlies built a 42-35 lead midway through the second quarter before the Nuggets closed to tie the game.TIP-INSNuggets: G Will Barton, who played at the University of Memphis, did not play because of an ankle injury. ... MINNEAPOLIS -- On a night when the Minnesota Vikings were once again frustrated with officials, the teams final offensive play proved to be a flash point. Mitchell Schwartz Jersey.Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Cedric Thornton hit Vikings quarterback Sam Bradford in the helmet as Bradford threw incomplete on a two-point conversion that could have tied the game, but officials did not call a penalty. After the Vikings 17-15 loss, when Bradford was asked what explanation officials had given him for the non-call, the quarterback said, He told me that I did not get hit in the face mask.Bradford punctuated his response with a quizzical shrug, but defensive end Brian Robison was more animated. At the end of the day, thats a game-changing play and youve got to make those calls, Robison said. At the end of the game, Bradford gets hit in the face. Thats an opportunity for us to score and tie the ballgame, but it doesnt get called.Referee Tony Correntes crew penalized the Cowboys 10 times, but Robison didnt back downI dont care, he said. You can look at play in and play out. The problem is the costly penalties that dont get called. When you look at the play that Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott scrambled [for 14 yards on a 3rd-and-11], there should have been penalties called on that play and they dont.It gets to a point where its too frustrating. I dont know. Im probably going to get fined for this, I understand that, but somebody has got to step up and say something. The defensive end, who forced a Prescott fumble late in the third quarter, said he tried to talk to officials, but it was to no avail. You always get the excuse, he said. I understand its a hard game to ref. I understand all that. I get that theres just so many things going on every single play, but I just feel like sometimes its just so blatant and obvious that it should be a no-miss call. ... Its just frustrating. You see it every single week. They say you can call holding every single week -- take a look at the tape. They send us stuff every single week, saying, Yeah, this should have been called. It does us no good when the games over. The Vikings became the first team to sack Prescott at least three times since Week 2, and Robisons forced fumble was one of two Vikings takeaways. The pressure created by one of the leagues best defensive fronts, though, could have teams looking for whatever edge they can find.Teams are going to do different things against us, because of what we are able to do with our front four and the blitz package we have, Robison said. Theyre going to try to establish the run, and then theyre going to try to do some max protections and things like that. You do see, a lot of times, a last-ditch effort, they just grab and hold. Its bad in a way, but at the end of the day, weve got to figure out a way to get it done. Patrick Mahomes II Jersey .In my heart and mind Im competing for India, luge competitor Shiva Keshavan told The Associated Press in an email interview. The Red Devils bid for a first top-eight finish under Marwan Koukashs regime could hinge on the outcome of the hearing, which is being held by an independent off-field operational rules tribunal of the Rugby Football League.Salford were charged by the RFL on March 4 of exceeding Super Leagues £1.825m wage ceiling in 2014 and 2015 but Koukash has consistently vowed to prove the innocence of his club. Bradford chairman Marc Green initially raised questions over the Red Devils use of the cap in the two years in question and in particular their signing of Tony Puletua from St Helens in 2014.Koukash claims Greens intervention put pressure on the RFL and at a press conference on March 10 accused the governing body of treating his club unfairly. Were going to fight this and win it together - I dont want anyone to doubt that, Koukash said.I have nothing to worry about. If necessary I will go to the highest court in the land. I have the means to do so in order to protect the interests of my club, its fans and our players. Salford are chasing a top--eight finish in Super League Koukash insisted his club did nothing wrong over Puletua and insists his actions in gifting 2015 player of the year Niall Evalds with a Maserati car were carried out within the regulations. Anthony Sherman Jersey. Salford, who are operating well below the salary cap this year, were the last club to be docked competition points but that was for inadvertently having 14 players on the pitch for a short time in a match against Castleford in 2013.There have been eight cases of points deductions for salary-cap breaches in Super League but none since 2007 following the introduction of a live cap which is monitored by a salary cap manager appointed by Super League. In the worst case, Wigan were docked four points nine years ago after going over the then £1.6m wage ceiling by £222,314 the previous season when they were fighting relegation. Since Bradford were ordered to forfeit six points after going into administration in 2012, the RFL drastically increased the sanctions and now the governing body has the power to deduct up to 20 points and impose restrictions on the ability of a club to register any new players. When news spread that Maverick McNealy, the No. Alejandro Villanueva Jersey . 1 ranked amateur golfer in the world and Stanford star, might not go pro after his college career, surprise and bewilderment were the typical reactions; at least from those on the outside looking in.To those who know McNealy best, it came as no surprise that the son of Scott McNealy, the co-founder of Sun Microsystems, was considering foregoing a professional golf career to pursue opportunities within the business world. Not just because of his fathers business acumen and success, but because the younger McNealy believes he has much more to offer than just a great golf game.Stanford coach Conrad Ray has been around McNealy since 2004, when the Portola Valley, California, native was just a young golfer who played for fun growing up around the Stanford golf course. Ray has seen McNealy grow from a golf and hockey player in high school to an elite amateur player with boundless opportunities ahead of him. When Ray found out that McNealy was considering a different route than professional golf, he was one of many on the inside that wasnt surprised.Making a living at golf is not really a motivation to play for Maverick, he plays because he loves it, Conrad said. He is driven by the highest level of performance in everything he does, so thats maybe a little different than some young guys going pro. A lot of those guys are going to sign endorsement deals and play for some serious cash, which becomes the motivator, but for Mav, I dont think hes processing it that way, because he believes he can do a lot more.McNealy is majoring in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford with a concentration on finance and decision analysis. He describes it as a major giving him tools from different backgrounds to make an effective decision, which has come in handy since he is grappling with one of his biggest life decisions to date.He doesnt feel rushed to make his choice, but McNealy has been asked so many times about going pro that he quips that if he got a dollar every time someone asked him about it, he wouldnt have to go pro.I have the chance to get a world class education and the chance to play for one of the best golf teams in the country, McNealy said. To me, ?one of the most motivating things in golf is getting better, thats a huge draw to try to play professional golf. And then probably even the bigger uncertainty, is what opportunities will be available after school.I dont know if one of my best friends from school is going to have a really cool idea that is something really interesting and a lot of possibility for social good and [maybe] I [will] want to join that company after school, or what other job opportunities will be there. One of those friends is Viraat Badhwar, who was one of the three members of McNealys recruiting class at Stanford and current teammate. The two have become close friends through golf, similar studies, personalities and interests, and have been roommates for the past year.Badhwar and McNealy have discussed the potential of playing professional golf together, but also the idea of entering the business world to create a different path for themselves. Within those conversations, Badhwar has come to know and understand what drives McNealy, which is why he, too, is not surprised that his friend could hang up his spikes for loafers. When most people see an elite athlete they believe sports is what he does best, but Badhwar believes that McNealy could do whatever he wanted and have the same amount of success. In my opinion, what drives him the most is something simple: that he likes getting better no matter what it is, whether its at golf, school, whatever he applies himself to, he wants to constantly be getting better, Badhwar said.Hes sort of addicted to the process of improving and I think more than anything else, thats what inspires him to keep improving at golf, to keep working at school and keep improving at all aspects of his life. I think thats why hes torn, because to him its not a decision he needs to make right now, because all he wants to do is get better at both and when the time comes he feels like he will be ready to make the decision.Ultimately the golf world could see McNealys decision come over this coming winter break, before the spring season starts in the next six or seven months. For now he is keeping true to form and trying to get better one step at a time. His focus has turned to the U.S. Amateur in August at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, a tournament hell tee it up at with that No. 1 ranking emblazoned on his back. There is pressure that comes along with that title, and McNealy is hoping to push that aside and perform at the highest level. He has become accustomed to shutting out the distractions, which is what he has done with all the questions about his future. If he decides to go pro or not, he will have the same drive and will to get better that has gotten him this far. Those that are closest to him wouldnt expect anything less from McNealy, and those who know him best wont be surprised either way.I think what hes kind of torn between is that he thinks he can have a pretty great impact playing golf and inspiring kids and also running a successful business, hiring a lot of people and creating an impact through that, Badhwar said. So I think thats why hes tossing between the two, and in my opinion, regardless of what he chooses, I think hes going to be very, very successful. T. J. Watt Jersey . THREE POINT DEFENCE: Needless to say, Gary Neal and Danny Green lit them up on home run balls.  That has to stop. The Heat must chase those guys off the line, fight through screens and locate them at all times. The Spurs have used the three effectively and it has to be a greater point of emphasis for the Heat to challenge all shots. No clean looks. Transition D has been lousy - sprint back, locate shooters, close out and contest. 2. REBOUNDING: The Heat have had their challenges at times this season, winning the board battles. They must be more physical with Tiago Splitter and Tim Duncan and win some 50/50 loose ball battles. Effort, and more importantly, multiple efforts must be there on each and every possession. How bad do you want it?             3. LEBRON JAMES: The Spurs have done a terrific job (particularly Kawhi Leonard) in making LeBron a volume shooter and limiting his good looks. William Gay Jersey. The Heat need to manufacture some quick hitting scoring chances for LeBron early in the game on Thursday and get him going. Set plays off of interior screens for post-ups, get him in pick and rolls as a receiver and run some screen action for him. Obviously, in transition he needs to be assertive and attack. Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade havent played to their potential. That hurts. You get LeBron going and gradually things will open up for others.                    4. BACKS TO THE WALL:  The moment of truth is at hand. Theyve responded before and that should give them great confidence. Attention to detail and willingness to pay the price to win all the mini-battles within the game has to be there.  Feed off the road crowd and shut them up. Come together and have each others backs – no finger pointing. This is the moment to cherish and enjoy. Its far from easy to win a championship. Pass the test and rise to the challenge. If Im the Heat players and coaches, I cant wait to get to the gym tomorrow to lace em up and show what Im all about. Yes, lots of it is finding ways to psyche yourself up. Shouldnt need lots to do that. All you need to do is look at how embarrassing the Game 3 final result was and vow that its time to play Heat basketball.  Bring it on... I cant wait. It should be fun.  Cheap NFL JerseysCheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

LAUSANNE, Switzerland -- The United States will host a major Olympic meeting in 2015, a boost to a potential U. Tahir Whitehead Jersey .S. bid for the 2024 Summer Games. Washington was chosen Friday to host the general assembly of the Association of National Olympic Committees, which represents more than 200 national bodies. The announcement came at ANOCs current annual meeting in Lausanne, Switzerland, following a pitch from U.S. Olympic Committee head Larry Probst. USOC spokesman Patrick Sandusky said the dates for the 2015 meeting have not yet been set. The U.S. last hosted the ANOC assembly in 1994 in Atlanta, ahead of the 1996 Olympics in the same city. The U.S. hasnt hosted the Summer Games since then. New York failed in a bid for the 2012 Olympics, and Chicago was unsuccessful for 2016. The USOC, which has worked hard to improve its international standing, is currently considering a bid for 2024. USOC chief executive Scott Blackmun said this week the committee was in discussions with about 10 potential cities, hoping to narrow the list to two or three by December. The USOC has until late 2014 to decide whether to bid. The IOC will choose the 2024 host city in 2017. Paul Worrilow Jersey . Match factsAugust 20, 2016 Start time 10.45am local (0945GMT)Big PictureWell, at least things can only get better for Ireland. It would be hard to go worse than a 255-run shellacking and they will be aiming to narrow the appreciable gap between the sides when the rematch gets underway with only 48 hours in which to recover their composure.Pakistan have had their difficulties against Ireland in the past but, on the back of Sharjeel Khans mighty hitting, they breezed to a confidence-boosting victory to start off the limited-overs leg of their tour. There is not much to be gained in the way of rankings points by beating Ireland but winning has yet to become a habit for Azhar Alis ODI side.Azhar did not gain any respite from his own trough of 50-over form but Pakistan appear to have a better balance to their side, with several allrounders and a blend of youth and experience. Mohammad Nawaz enjoyed his debut, with fifty and a key wicket, while a successful comeback for Umar Gul was also encouraging. It would be in Pakistans interests to come up against a stiffer test ahead of their five-match series against England. Ireland have stuttered through their busiest-ever home season but the incentive of a Full Member scalp remains on the table; they will certainly want to finish without chants of Pakistan Zindabad! ringing in their ears.Form guide(last five completed matches, most recent first)Ireland LWLWL Pakistan WLLLLIn the spotlightWith only one fifty in 12 innings, William Porterfield has come in for increasing scrutiny at the top of the order. The long-serving Ireland captain moved down to No. 3 for the first match against Pakistan - though he was at the crease inside the first over after Paul Stirlings two-ball duck - and he will need to draw on a decade of experience to lift a side that has just posted its lowest total at home.Sharjeel Khan became the seventh opening partner for Azhar Ali since he was made ODI captain after the World Cup and, at a stroke, the most succcessful. D.J. LIVERPOOL, England -- Luis Suarez has been seen training with Liverpools first-team squad -- suggesting that the Uruguay striker has patched up his differences with manager Brendan Rodgers after going public with his desire to leave the Premier League club. Gio Gonzalez Jersey . Rodgers said last week that Suarez would need to apologize to his teammates and the club before he could return to training after complaining about the players attitude and pre-season performances. Pictures Friday in British media showed Suarez taking part in warm-up routines and laughing and joking around with teammates at Liverpools Melwood training ground. The club hasnt yet said whether the player has made an official apology. He will miss league matches against Chelsea on Monday and West Ham on Dec.The Wayne Gretzky of Wayne Gretzky collectors has netted big bucks for old pucks after an auction of some of his choicest memorabilia closed Wednesday. Shawn Chaulk, a construction contractor from Fort McMurray, Alta., received more than $500,000 for a collection of jerseys, skates, helmets, gloves and pucks used in action by the Great One. About $350,000 came from one item alone -- the jersey Gretzky wore in the 1986-87 season when he scored his 500th NHL goal and won the Stanley Cup with the Edmonton Oilers. Chaulk said those deals may be dwarfed by those yet to come, as private buyers sniff around whats left of what was probably the greatest Gretzky collection ever assembled. "While we were busy auctioning this group of stuff out the front door, there was a lineup of people knocking on the back door looking for private deals," said Chaulk. "In one single transaction this week, I sold a group of five items for over $100,000." Chaulk, a 45-year-old quick-to-smile former Newfoundlander, had amassed a collection that made grown men weak in the knees -- memorabilia from the worlds best player from the sports last great dynasty. The items most recently on auction included pieces of hockey history including: -- The puck Gretzky shot to score his 500th goal ($22,400). -- The skates he wore for that milestone marker ($19,500). -- A Jofa helmet worn during Gretzkys last year in the Western Hockey League and first year as an Oiler ($13,000). -- A No. 99 practice bib and jersey ($14,000). -- A selection of sticks from all-star games as well as from Gretzkys time with the Los Angeles Kings and New York Rangers ($1,433 to $2,310). Bargain items? The socks he wore in the 1984 Campbell Conference all-star game could have been yours for a mere $875. Those prices dont include the 20 per cent buyers premium. Chaulk said hes generally pleased with the prices his artifacts fetched. "It was a lot of fun," he said. "I thought maybe the jersey might go higher, as did most people in the hobby. "But auctions are fickle. Youre lucky to have two people bid against each other at those levels." Still, the 500-goal jersey went bback and forth through 29 bids. Stephen Strasburg Jersey. . It may be the second-most expensive hockey jersey ever purchased. The one worn by Paul Henderson during the 1972 series against the Russians last sold for $1.2 million. The online auction opened in mid-May and closed early Wednesday as the last bids trickled in. Chaulk wasnt glued to the bidding, but those who were kept him plugged in. "I sat in my office all last night and worked," he said. "And as I was working I was fielding emails and texts from people all around the globe." Although Chaulk has a pretty good idea of who some of the bidders were, the buyers are confidential. He is pleased to note that two of the pucks -- including the 500-goal biscuit -- will stay in Fort McMurray. Chaulk doesnt plan to sell his entire stash, but he has plenty more Gretzky memorabilia for sale. The players game-used sticks alone number over 100 and range from one used in the 1978 world junior tournament from one used in Gretzkys last game with the New York Rangers in 1999. Chaulk hints one buyer is talking about picking up pretty much all thats left for $1.7 million -- about the yearly price of a third-line NHLer. Chaulk said that lot could wind up in a combination restaurant, hotel and museum devoted to The Shawn Chaulk Collection. "That would be pretty cool." Whats next? Chaulk doesnt know. His collection has already brought him all sorts of new friends, unlikely contacts and precious memories, from hanging out at the Sundance Film Festival with Gretzky fan and filmmaker Kevin Smith to touring the collection with The Great One himself. Nor have those opportunities stopped. After it heard of Chaulks hoard, a production company contacted him about getting involved with a reality TV show. Its all mushroomed pretty big for someone who just started buying game-used gear because it made him feel close to the game he loves. But there are no regrets to bidding goodbye to whats been a big part of his life. "I hold firm to the fun Ive had with this -- the challenges, the chase, the experiences, the people. Its awesome. "I cant sell that. Thatll be with me for ever." Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

CARMEL, Ind. Alexander Burmistrov Jersey . -- U.S. Open champion Dustin Johnson doesnt care about the physics behind his new putter. Seeing more putts drop is enough for him.Johnson made two eagles in a span of seven holes, shot 31 on the back nine and set the course record at Crooked Stick on Friday with a 9-under 63 that gave him a share of the lead with Roberto Castro in the BMW Championship.Johnson didnt even know he set the course record until Tony Pancake, the golf director at Crooked Stick, congratulated him on the way to the clubhouse.I guess no one was ever better than 63, Johnson said with a shrug and a smile.Castro was the first player to reach 14-under 130 on the rain-softened course. He kept bogeys off his card, rolled in a pair of 30-foot putts and had another 65 in his last-minute bid to get to the Tour Championship at East Lake, just 15 minutes from his house.Castro is at No. 53 in the FedEx Cup, and only the top 30 make it to the FedEx Cup finale at East Lake for a shot at the $10 million bonus.Paul Casey, who had the 54-hole lead last week at the TPC Boston until finishing two shots behind Rory McIlroy, had a 66 and was three shots behind.Johnson has put together one of the most consistent years with 12 finishes in the top 10, along with victories in the U.S. Open and a World Golf Championship at Firestone. Even so, frustration began to set in when the putts stopped falling, so he switched to the TaylorMade Spider.I was just struggling to get the ball to come out on the line I was seeing, Johnson said. No matter what I did, how much I practiced, training aids, whatever. It just wasnt working. So just decided to switch it up.When asked about the physics involved, Johnson said, I dont go into that stuff -- as long as it goes where Im looking. That said, he did point out he took physics in high school. I got an `A, too, bud.Johnson already was virtually assured of being among the top five going into the Tour Championship, meaning he only has to win at East Lake to win the FedEx Cup. Along with what he described as 10 million reasons why he wants to win, other rewards are available. He already is regarded a favorite for PGA Tour player of the year, and he is likely to move ahead of Jason Day in the Vardon Trophy race for the lowest scoring average.Castro opened a big lead early with three straight birdies on the front nine, and for the longest time, it looked as though no one could catch him.Johnson holed out a bunker shot for eagle on No. 9, narrowly missed a 45-foot eagle putt on the 11th hole and then surged into the lead. He made a 10-foot birdie putt on the par-3 13th, rolled in a 30-foot birdie putt on the next hole and then made an eagle putt from 25 feet on the 15th.Johnson has 11 victories on the PGA Tour, including a major and a three World Golf Championships.Castro has gone 125 starts on the PGA Tour without a victory, and he doesnt hit nearly as long as Johnson -- not many do. Crooked Stick is renowned for favoring big hitters, whether it was John Daly at the 1991 PGA Championship or McIlroy four years ago after a week of rain that made the course even longer. That didnt seem to faze Castro. Its a big course. It keeps your attention, which I think helps me, Castro said. I think if you look at the tour, it sure helps to be long. But the guy who is striping it usually wins. Couple of my best weeks have come on really long golf courses.J.B. Holmes, who finished 10th in the Ryder Cup standings and is in need of a captains pick to make his second U.S. team, shot 30 on the back nine and made a strong run at Castro until he was slowed by a bogey on the par-3 third hole and at the par-5 ninth. He wound up with a 65 and was four shots behind, along with Chris Kirk.Two-time Masters champion Bubba Watson also needs a pick, and he delivered a 67 to at least get in the top 10.McIlroy stalled with three bogeys on his back nine for a 71. Jordan Spieth shot 72 with four bogeys and a double-bogey when he pulled a shot into the creek on the 14th. He bounced back with an eagle on the next hole, but there were too many mistakes. They were at 4-under 140, 10 shots out of the lead. Day, the world No. 1, joined them after a 67. Ryan Miller Jersey . Listen to the game live on TSN Radio 1050 at 7pm et.
