Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by Bus

Singapore is much more than its numerous attractions. It is constantly evolving and reimagining itself within a short span of time. It consists of people who are passionate about thinking and creating new possibilities. Foodies, explorers, collectors, action seekers, culture shapers and socialisers all come together and form a new experience everyday. Situated on the equator Singapore is one of the smallest yet one of the most beautiful island countries which is quite known for its cleanliness and safety. It is also one of the most modern cities of South East Asia known to be flourishing for decades together. Tourism is one of the most effective means of boosting the economy of the country. However, when you are on tour make sure to pay heed to the local laws of Singapore or you may end up paying a severe fine.

It is a perfect blend of culture, cuisine, arts and architecture. From its ethnicity to the peaceful gardens everything in this city has made my tour worthwhile. State of the art infrastructure, crystal clear beaches, theme parks makes this country one of the preferred choices for families. After spending almost a month here it was time for me to head to my next destination which is the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. I booked my bus tickets from this website https://www.redbus.sg/and was quite happy with the experience. As per the website there were about 6 operators plying on this route. The One Travel and Tours, Trans Star Express, Seasons Express, Konsortium, First Coach and KKK Travels were some of them. All these Operators had buses plying right from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm. There were about 25 buses departing in a single day from each Operator. The cost of the tickets start upwards of SGD30 and go up all the way to SGD55 depending upon the class of buses you book.

There are about 20 to 25 seats in each bus making room for comfortable traffic. I booked my Bus tickets with Star Mart Express like i usually do. The Operator is quite punctual and the buses are equipped with a wide range of amenities. Star Mart Express is an Executive coach Operator. However, if you are a luxury seeker you can book your bus tickets with the One Travel and Tours. A single ticket with this Operator will cost you around SGD53. I would recommend you to book your bus tickets atleast a week in advance in order to avoid last minute rush.

Kuala Lumpur: The most popular and iconic attractions of Kuala Lumpur are known to define the city as a true tourist destination. The huge Petronaus Twin Towers as well as the Standing Buddha Image found outside Batu Caves are known to be some premiere destinations worth a visit. Kuala Lumpur is known to be full of greenery, lake gardens, homw to popular bird and deer parks that you can freely visit. Make sure to visit the I-City Shah Alam to capture some beautiful pictures of the colourful display of LED lit attractions.

Naik Bus dari Semarang Menuju ke Palembang

Semarang

Bus to Johor Bahru from Klang

A few years ago, Johor Bahru served only as a Gateway to Singapore. However, in recent years, the city has seen plenty of infrastructure development and this is exactly what has led to a rapid growth to tourism in this city. The moment you step your foot into the city you will come across tall skyscrapers standing right beside each other. These huge towers are beautifully lit at night and are an amusement to watch. Most of the nightlife destinations here are located on the roof top allowing you to gaze at the magnificent skyline of the city while sitting on a drink. Quite classy isn’t it?

After a night of good sleep, you can head to signature landmarks like Johor Zoo, Lego Land Malaysia and the Angry Birds Activity Park. These 3 places are considered to be the best when you are travelling along with your kids. There is literally no end to the cultural attractions in Johor Bahru. Make sure to visit the Glass Temple, the Sultan Mosque, some of the old Chinese Temples, the Chinese Heritage Museum and the Kuso Trick Art Gallery.

If you are looking forward for some relaxation time, you can head to the Danga Bay and Gunung Pulai, which are some of the best recreational forests where you can relax amidst a lot of greenery and come back to your hotel room completely rejuvenated. However, if you are hyperactive and are not the one who sits still you can head to the KSL City Mall which is one of the best options in the vicinity. After a night of drinking and partying and spending the next day relaxing amidst greenery it was time for me to head to my next destination, which was Klang, a small town in Selangor. Right from my phone, I visited this website https://www.redbus.my/bus-tickets/johor-bahru-to-klangand booked my Bus tickets in less than 2 minutes. As per the website there were only 3 popular Operators having daily buses on the route between these two cities.

City Express, J.B. Transliner and Causeway Link were the Operators plying on this route. Causeway Link had 3 buses plying in the day the first one being at 12:30 am in the midnight, the second one at 7:30 am in the morning and the last one at 9:30 am. The total duration of the journey is about 5 hours however, if you book your tickets on a 12:00 am bus you can complete your journey in about 4 hours. If you book your tickets on the 7:30 or the 9:30 bus, it will take you about 5 hours to reach Klang. The cost of the tickets start from MYR38 and go up all the way to MYR50 depending upon the class of Bus you book. J.B. Transliner was the only Operator having the highest number of buses plying every day on this route. The Operator had buses scheduled right from 12:30 am in the midnight to 2:15 pm in the afternoon.
