Smith surge ahead in second round of Zurich Classic

AVONDALE, La. Jonas Blixt and Cameron Smith posted a 10 under 62 in Friday's four ball format to move into the lead at the Zurich Classic, which is in its first year of a new team format.

Blixt and Smith have a two day total of 15 under 129 to lead by one over Patrick Reed and Patrick Cantlay.

The four ball format has each member of a two man team playing his own ball throughout a round, with only the best score on each hole recorded. The same format will be used Sunday. The first and third rounds have an alternate shot format.

"Jonas is playing really well at the moment," Smith said. "You know he's going to make a birdie or par, so I'm just playing aggressive and letting it all fall into play."

The change from the alternate shot approach produced much lower scores Friday, even as heavy winds impacted the TPC Louisiana course.

The Blixt Smith, Reed Cantlay and Merritt Streb duos were among five teams to post a 62. Tyrone Van Aswegen and Retief Goosen teamed up for a 60 to get to 11 under for the tournament.

"We just blended so well today," Van Aswegen said. "I made birdie and then he made birdie. It was great. It was a privilege out there."

Those extraordinary low scores caused the two first round leaders to fall off the pace a bit.

Jordan Spieth and Ryan Palmer had posted a 66 in the first round to share the lead with the Ryan Ruffels Kyle Stanley duo. Both teams posted a 66 again Friday and fell into a six way tie for fifth place.

Canadian pair Graham DeLaet and David Hearn shot a 66 in the second round to enter a tie for 32nd at 7 under par. Countrymen Nick Taylor and Mackenzie Hughes Missed the cut at 2 under despite shooting a 67 on the day. They weren't able to overcome their first round score of 75.

With strong winds expected again as the tournament returns to alternate shots, the scores likely won't be nearly as favourable.

"Certainly off of (Thursday's) round, we know that we can have success in that format," Spieth said. "We also know we need to set expectations a bit different. We had prime scoring conditions yesterday, and tomorrow it best imitation Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet will be a bit like today or even more challenging. Anything under par in alternate shot is a great score tomorrow."

The Zurich Classic was a standard individual tournament until changing formats this year. This marks the PGA Tour's first official team event since the 1981 Disney Classic.

Two of the higher profile teams in this new format weren't able to advance to Saturday's third round. Justin Rose and Henrik Stetson ended up at 6 under to miss the cut by one shot. Jason Day and Rickie Fowler also missed the van cleef jewelry replica cut at 5 fake vintage alhambra necklace under.

"I think the format is a unique format," Day said. "Missing the cut is not what we wanted, but walking away from this, I think they're heading in the right direction with regards to a different format that adds more flavour to the PGA Tour."

SUV meets minivan

The Rendezvous doesn't just cross over it zigzags among several categories. Buick hopes it will compete with luxury crossovers Lexus RX300 and Acura MDX. The smooth ride, while not as silky as the Lexus or the Acura, does indeed feel almost car like. But an optional third row of seats and potentially big cargo space make it seem more like a minivan. Parked on a suburban shopping street, the Rendezvous fit in seamlessly with all the vans and SUVs parked around it. And that's just where it belongs not on an off road trail through the woods or up in the mountains. In other words, you can get ride, hauling capacity, and gas mileage worthy of a minivan, but you can still call it an SUV. Buick certainly does. The new Rendezvous starts at $25,624 including destination charge for the front wheel drive model and $28,152 with all wheel drive.

Like its corporate stablemate, Pontiac Aztek, the Rendezvous is a mechanical descendant of the General Motors minivans hence the nice ride and big hauling capacity. The original 2001 Aztek (now being, mercifully, redone) strove for an outdoorsy look but veered into ugliness. Rendezvous's styling is much improved over Aztek's. You have to look twice to see the resemblance. Rendezvous elements like the sloping side windows at the rear of the vehicle and the headlight treatment echo the more expensive Lexus RX300 the alhambra style necklace replica first SUV to be a crossover hit. The plastic cladding on the Rendezvous's lower van cleef and arpels imitation necklace body is an unfortunate carryover from the Aztek, but on the Buick it's more smoothly done. The side ridges and husky front fenders (and hinged, not sliding rear doors) van cleef copy necklace wholesale say "SUV" instead of "minivan." Overall, the Rendezvous looks pleasant and just rugged enough.

The one engine in Rendezvous, a 3.4 liter, 185 horsepower V6 previously used in GM minivans, produces smooth acceleration in normal highway passing situations and when maneuvering through suburban traffic. But when you need to hit the accelerator hard let's say trying to merge into fast highway traffic from a congested, stop and go entrance ramp the Rendezvous engine seems sluggish. For quickness, the Rendezvous just doesn't stack up against the Lexus RX300, with a 220 horsepower V6 or Acura MDX with 240 horsepower. Many family buyers, however, will find the acceleration fine in most of their driving.

The power assisted rack and pinion steering on Rendezvous provides crisp response for quick lane changes or parking lots maneuvers. Even on curving back roads the Rendezvous acquitted itself reasonably well for an SUV. If you opt for all wheel drive, you get the so called GM Versatrak system. Most of the time, the Rendezvous operates in front wheel drive. But on highways slippery from rain or snow, the system shifts power to the back wheels if they are slipping. That's all most SUV owners really want even those who have manually controlled four wheel drive.

Independent rear suspension as opposed to the truck derived solid rear axle on a traditional SUV helps deliver a smooth highway ride. With its commodious, well padded seats and lack of highway noise, I would be quite happy to take the Rendezvous for a vacation size drive. A large storage bin between the front seats provides plenty of room for everything from cell phones to small toys. An optional third row of seats (which folds flat for cargo carrying) provides minivan style seven passenger capacity. Removing the second row of seats and folding the third gives a whopping 108.9 cubic feet of hauling capacity. (Compare that, with 75 cubic feet in the Lexus and 81 cubic feet in the Acura.)

Lexus and Acura shoppers who want that luxury brand cachet even in an SUV won't buy the Rendezvous. But many other buyers will see a lot of comfort and hauling capacity plus all wheel drive for a better price. An all wheel drive Rendezvous CX model starts at $28,152 and is selling with typical options for around $31,200 some $4000 below the recent selling prices for comparably equipped Lexus RX300 and Acura MDX. If you opt for the high end CXL model, however, and load it with options, you are the in the same $35,000 range as the luxury brands.

The gold medalists on Day 7 of the van cleef and arpels imitation necklace London Games

Cuba's Idalys Ortiz, bronze medalist four years ago, won the women's Olympic +100kg category judo title on Friday.

Ortiz, 22 and world number six, beat Japan's Mika Sugimoto in the final after she was awarded the win by the referee and two judges as the fight finished scoreless after extra time.

Cuba's Leuris Pupo proved he had the steadiest arm in the Olympic men's 25 meter rapid fire pistol final on Friday, grabbing gold with a record equaling total.

The 35 year old hit 34 of the 40 targets to finish ahead of Vijay Kumar of India in second with 30. Feng Ding of China was third on 27 before being eliminated after 35 shots.

The Cuban, ranked 21 in the world, showed little emotion as he shook hands and calmly embraced his five rivals after securing victory by matching the finals world record.

He had showed great consistency in hitting all five targets three times in the eight round, time constrained final in which shooters were eliminated as the competition went on.

Having started poorly by hitting three in the opening round, Pupo regained his composure and, after his run of fives, finished with four scores of four to claim victory.

The many Indian supporters at the Royal Artillery Barracks were rewarded for their support when 26 year old Kumar claimed a surprise silver.

There was big disappointment for Russian Alexei Klimov who had scored 592 to improve his qualifying world record mark by one but was eliminated in fourth place after hitting 23 of 30 targets.

Hamish Bond and Eric Murray of New Zealand dominated their rivals by nearly five seconds to win gold in the men's pair at the Olympic rowing regatta, maintaining their three year unbeaten run in the event.

Bond and Murray, one of the most dominant crews in the sport, won in a time of 6 minutes 16.65 seconds. France was two lengths behind to take silver and Britain won bronze.

The Kiwi pair haven't lost a race since joining forces after the Beijing Games in 2008, where they were part of a quadruple sculls boat that failed to reach the final despite being gold medal favorites.

They gained redemption at Dorney Lake, however, and will go down as one of the best crews of their generation.

Oh Jin hyek won South Korea's first Olympic gold in the men's individual archery Friday for a near clean sweep for his country in London.

Oh's comfortable 7 1 victory over Japan's Takaharu Furukawa claimed a third title out of four at Lord's cricket ground for the dominant South Korean archers.

The country also won gold in the women's individual and women's team events and was the bronze medalist in the men's team.

Oh's victory in the last archery match at the London Games ended a long wait for South Korea's first individual men's Olympic title and delighted Korean fans after top seed and favorite Im Dong hyun was surprisingly knocked out earlier Friday.

"My dream was to compete at this Olympics. On top van cleef and arpels alhambra necklace replica of that I have a gold medal, so I am very happy man," said the third seeded Oh, who was at his first games. "If you talk about the secret to strong archery in Korea, I don't know. But many Koreans are very strong at perseverance and I am one of them."

Dai Xiaoxiang of China took bronze with a come from behind 6 5 victory over Dutchman Rick van der Ven in the third place match following a shoot off. Having been 4 0 down, Dai hit a 10 in the sudden death shoot off at the end of the tense contest, piling the pressure on Van der Ven, who only managed an eight.

Dai had just missed out on a chance at gold, however, when he fell in a shoot off to Oh in the semifinals.

"This is not what I wanted," Dai said of his bronze.

Top seed and new world record holder Im was beaten by Van der Ven in the last 16 earlier on the final day. Im set a 72 arrow world best in the Olympic ranking round last week but slipped up against Van der Ven, losing 7 1.

But Oh's win continued South Korea's dominance after Ki Bo bae took women's individual gold Thursday to follow up on the gold and bronze in the team events. Oh was part of South Korea's men's team

Dutchman Van der Ven exceeded all expectations to make the last four after he only qualified for the Olympics in June.

He took an early lead in the bronze medal match, but China's Dai stormed clover necklace imitation van cleef back to win the third and fourth sets. The players shared the fifth, forcing the shoot off, where Dai edged it for China's second medal in the archery.

Spring Fever Returns Next Weekend

Predicting a Milder, Springier 7 Day Outlook

"It's tough to make predictions, especially about the future" said Yogi Berra. When I was at WCCO TV I encouraged Mark Rosen to predict final scores for Minnesota's teams; I politely implored Don Shelby to forecast what would lead the newscast tomorrow. "You can dress a monkey in a sport coat to report on what already happened!" I complained, to no avail. Predicting the future is an odd career choice.

And why do meteorologists consistently over predict snow amounts? Shy of missing a tornado our biggest mortal fear is forecasting flurries, then waking up to a FOOT of flurries. People never forget a bust like that. So we overcompensate, as a profession.

Then again if I predict 2 5 inches people remember 5.

Snow tapers to flurries today; this same Alberta Clipper is about to unleash 1 2 feet of snow on the coastal northeast a full blown blizzard by Tuesday.

A higher sun angle melts most of our cosmetic snowfall by midweek as the sun returns. Expect 40s to 50F next weekend; your faith in a Minnesota spring partially restored.

Oh, the future is truly unknowable but trending milder.

Classic Nor'easter. The biggest storm of the winter (which isn't saying much it's been a very tame winter east of the Rockies) is shaping up from the Mid Atlantic into New England. later today; a surge of wind whipped snow spreading up the coast Tuesday, a 10 12 hour "burst" of heavy snow, ice, thunder and lightning as winds gust over 50 mph a full blown atmospheric "bomb" spinning up off the coast of Cape Cod by Tuesday evening. Travel will be shut down Tuesday into much of Wednesday with conditions improving by late week.

Blizzard Criteria for Boston. Sustained winds top 35 mph Tuesday midday and afternoon in Boston with gusts over 50 mph, creating white out conditions. If you can't get into KBOS today you may have to wait until late Wednesday or Thursday. Predicted winds: NOAA and AerisWeather.

NAM Guidance. area, where 6 12" of slush may pile up. The area forecast to be impacted by a foot or more is impressively large. Beware the Ides of March.

Praedictix Severe Weather Briefing: Issued Sunday afternoon, March 12, 2017.

Clipper to drop 2 4" Twin Cities to Madison, 1 3" for Chicago and Des Moines the storm that will fuel a big East Coast blizzard.

Biggest storm of the winter season brewing for Midatlantic, Northeast and New England Monday night into Wednesday.

50 million+ Americans under Blizzard Watch or Winter Storm Warning.

Tuesday will be the worst of the storm with heaviest snow and ice, strongest winds, lowest visibilities and most airline cancellations and treacherous driving conditions Philadelphia and New York to Boston.

Nor'easter forecast to be a "bomb" with very rapid strengthening, capable of 30 60 mph winds. I could see coastal flooding ann power outages at the height of the storm, especially Long Island to Cape Cod.

Alberta Clipper Strikes the Match. The same clipper dropping a band of 3 6" snow over southern Minnesota with potentially plowable amounts Des Moines and Madison to Rockford and Chicago will energize an area of low pressure festering off the Atlantic coast, spinning up an intense Nor'easter.

European Solution. We look at as many model solutions as we can, but often assign more weight to ECMWF, the "Euro", Van Cleef butterfly Ring replica which has potentially superior data assimilation (the fuel that goes into the models) and better vertical resolution. ECMWF still hints at 2 foot snowfall amounts over much of eastern Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey, with 12 20" from New York City to Boston. may see less, closer to 6 8", but still probably enough to plow and temporarily shut down the city. Map credit: WeatherBell.

GFS Solution. NOAA's GFS model shows the heaviest snow bands (well over 1 foot) from northern Virginia into Maryland and south Jersey, with closer to 8 12" from New York City to Boston. To be perfectly honest, at some point the inch amounts don't matter much. There isn't much difference between a foot of snow and 18" of snow, especially when whipped along by 30 40 mph winds. A white out is a white out, and that's what much of coastal New England is facing.

Most Likely Snowfall Amounts. Heaviest snows fall Monday night, possibly mixed with sleet, keeping total amounts down somewhat. and Baltimore area will be impassable Monday night into most of Tuesday. Graphic replica Van Cleef and Arpels ring courtesy of NOAA.

Timing. Our internal model ensembles suggest a foot of snow in New York City by 1 PM on Tuesday. Graphic courtesy of Aeris Enterprise.

Philadelphia. Up to a foot is possible in the City of Brotherly Love with the worst conditions (heaviest snow/sleet and lowest visibility) coming Tuesday morning.

New York City. As much as 18" may still fall in Midtown Manhattan, but I suspect totals will be a lilttle less than that by Tuesday night. Don't be mistaken: this will be a paralyzing snowstorm for the Tri State Area, with blizzard criteria shutting down travel Tuesday.

Boston. The Nor'easter intensifies as it approaches Nantucket and Cape Cod Tuesday night; a tight pressure gradient whipping up 30 60 mph winds. In addition to blizzard conditions, Van Cleef butterfly Ring copy minor wind damage and sporadic power outages can't be ruled out with this storm, especially over the Cape.

A True Blizzard. With sustained winds over 35 mph falling/blowing snow with visibility forecast to be under 1/4 mile (or closer to zero much of the time) this storm fits the definition of a blizzard, especially for coastal communities. Operations will be impacted Monday night into Wednesday.

Summary: Big snowstorms in March aren't that unusual, but a relatively mild, quiet February lulled many of into thinking winter was over. Not. Quite. Accelerate preparations during the daylight hours Monday, because a surge of heavy snow and ice blossoms over the Mid Atlantic Monday night and surges up the coast late Monday night into Tuesday. Snow will fall at a rate of 1 3"/hour with thunder and lightning possible, due to intense upward motion in this strengthening blizzard. Heaviest snows are over by Tuesday night but travel may not return to normal until Thursday, especially New York to Boston. Good luck out there!

The best countryside holidays in Britain

Kenmore is a gaggle of whitewashed houses, just where the River Tay flows out of its eponymous loch, a stretch of water which, Replica Van Cleef Pink Gold Ring on a summer day, shifts from its default gunmetal grey to a Mediterranean blue. The village has its own lochside beach and you can also hire a boat for a day sailing or fishing. Cast for trout or salmon on the Tay upper reaches, or take a gentle canoe float or a kayak slalom. do not know, John Ruskin commented, all my own country, still less in France or Italy, a place more naturally divine. And then there Lancashire proliferation of farmers markets, farm shops and food festivals. Follow the Ribble Valley Food Trail and the Lancashire Cheese Trail.Fiona DuncanI always loved limestone in the summer: the soft white of outcrops between pale grass, convex hills curving from wooded valleys, the magic of streams appearing from its depths. Limestone makes some famously British landscapes, not least the Derbyshire Dales, the most perfect of which, for me, is Lathkill Dale.Reaching the head of the valley is a great walk itself; starting in the village of Youlgreave, you take the Limestone Way west over open hills, past Calling Low farm (just the names make me wish I was there) then down into wooded Cales Dale. You can turn right and follow this down to the valley, but better to climb out the other side and keep going to the head of Lathkill Dale itself. That way you get the full geological joy of it: a dry valley at first with rocky outcrops and hawthorns all around; then, gradually, the grasses and plants become lusher until you hear water gently bubbling somewhere beneath. Before you know it a perfect stream is flowing fully formed, the water clear and delicious, filtered through the cool rock behind you.The geography textbook pages turn to show spurs, meanders and waterfalls. Dimly remembered biology lessons come back too the thickness of the lichens and mosses on tree trunks show the air you breathing must be some of the cleanest in Britain. The Lathkill is home to some of the country finest brown trout, too, but you be lucky to spot one on a hot day.The stream becomes a river below Haddon Hall, and you can start thinking about turning back up to Youlgreave at Conksbury Bridge or keep going a bit farther to Alport.I lived near Cleobury Mortimer in the early Eighties and try to revisit at least once a year. It is officially the smallest town in Shropshire, with lovely classic English architecture, a crooked spire, Van Cleef & Arpels ring knock off an excellent second hand bookshop, a tea room and five pubs. It also has proper local shops; butchers, bakers and ironmongers. I bought my best and most hard wearing pair of woolly gloves in Cleobury in 1993 and they are still going strong.Make sure you try the locally brewed Hobsons Ale and work off the excellent pub food with a walk to the summit of Brown Clee, which in the summer affords spectacular views across many counties: Staffordshire to the north, Leicestershire to the west, Cardigan Bay to the east and sometimes, when it is particularly clear, as far as the Bristol Channel to the south. Mind you, on even the hottest of days, the summit can be very windy so make sure you take those high quality woollen gloves. Cleobury and the Brown Clee are less than an hour from Birmingham but you would never know it. You are in the very heart of England. When dragonflies have gone to bed and barn owls have finished vole hunting, the darkening floodplain meadows of Nene Washes become the mating ground of one of our rarest birds the corncrake. You probably won see one, but visit the Washes on a summer evening and you may well hear one. Practically vanished from mainland Britain decades ago, the corncrake was reintroduced here by the RSPB a few years back. Now doing relatively well, this is the only place in England where you hear them. As twilight melts into night and the River Nene falls into shadow, the male corncrake begins his mating call. Its raspy is more froglike than bird. Not beautiful like the nightingale, the corncrake call is nonetheless symbolic though a sign that some copy Van Cleef ring of Britain wild places are becoming that little bit wilder.Take a blanket and a picnic to nibble while you wait to hear and relish the sound of the crakes. My favourite afternoon is one spent on the hills above Uffington, at the site of The White Horse that gallops across the Downs. I like the walk across country from here to Lambourne if I without the children. If they come along too, they prefer playing tag under the beech trees at Wayland Smithy, the Neolithic long barrow shimmering with ancient mystery just up from the horse.

Stop Stressing at the Gas Pump and Start Saving

Almost everybody is trying to save money on gas these days. With gas prices rising faster than both employment rates and household incomes it is a hot topic for everybody. Focusing on saving money for gas is always a good idea, but how many of us focus on how to also save gas in general? Let's throw around a few averages that many people don't consider before we get to the saving tips. The average American gets 22.4 miles to the gallon in their vehicle. The average cost of gasoline as I am writing this article is $3.80 a gallon with the average person driving 1,000 miles per month. households have two or more cars with two drivers. That takes the cost of fuel to upwards of $4,000.00 a year for many households that don't have the income to balance out a figure like that. The problem is compounded because of the added costs that come with high fuel prices like some of the rises that we are seeing at the grocery store. So what can we do? Lots!1. Avoid prolonged warming up of engine2. Accelerate slowly when starting from dead stop.3. Buy fuel during coolest time of day early morning or late evening is best. During these times gasoline is densest. Gas pumps measure volumes of gas, not densities of fuel concentration. You are charged according to volume of measurement.4. Different brands of fuel can provide you with greater economy because of better quality. Research and use the brands which are most beneficial.5. Traveling at 55 mph give you up to 21% better mileage. So leave the house a few minutes earlier and slow down. Not only will you save gas, but you will van cleef ans arpels clover diamond necklace replica be less stressed, and safer!6. Keep the windows closed when on the highway. Open windows cause air drag, reducing your mileage by 10%.7. Automatic transmissions should van cleef ans arpels Pendant replica cool down when your car is idling at a standstill, like railroad crossings, long traffic lights, etc. Place gear into neutral position. This reduces transmission strain and allows transmission to cool.8. Regular checks, tune ups, and oil changes will keep your car running efficiently saving you gas.9. Be sure you don't have any excess wait in the car that doesn't need to be there like in the trunk or back of a truck or van.10. Keep tires inflated to the maximum level.1. Many places that we shop everyday have some kind of fuel points reward system. Look into the ones in your area and take advantage. A lot of these perk programs allow customers to build up to .30, .40, and van cleef replica necklaces .50 off per gallon.2. Many of us have daily access to the internet, research your local gas prices daily and go where it is cheapest along your normal route. Avoid going out of your way to the point where it is no longer worth it.

Stats and tidbits as European leg ends

It officially began on March 18, 2012 at the Philips Arena in Atlanta. More than 16 months and 129 shows later, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's Wrecking Ball Tour finished its European leg in Kilkenny, Ireland last Sunday.

The tour is not officially over yet. There are still a few Wrecking Ball shows scheduled for South America in September. shows in 2013.

A big question going into this tour was how Bruce was going to replace Clarence Clemons, who passed away in 2011. The answer is you don't. But what Bruce did do was bring in a five piece horn section that included Clarence's nephew Jake Clemons. The horn section and Jake were magnificent.

I was trying replica van cleef & arpels alhambra bracelet to write how this tour progressed since March of 2012 to now, but I saw something posted on the BTX fan internet board by "Luckytwn" who summed it up better than I could:

". Unlike other Springsteen tours, on an emotional level, this one peaked right around the time of Helsinki last year (July 2012). markets and Europe with the show that was so focused on loss and recovery, as we've discussed before, the tour lost something as he started to pull back on that element.

"There were some amazing shows last fall in the States and by the look of it, there were some amazing shows the last three weeks, but the show was never as emotionally connected as it was during April July of last year. That's partly understandable because obviously life goes on and you can't grieve van cleef & arpels necklace replica forever.

"Plus, I suspect they really won't be gone for that long because I think Bruce realizes at this point, that if there is a huge gap where the band does not play, it may be hard to get the engine back up to full speed again."

So let's hope we'll see Bruce back in some fashion in 2014.

But for now, let's take a look at some tour statistics.

Bruce performed an incredible 223 different songs in the 129 shows. A full list is at the end of the blog.

Songs with perfect attendance (all 129 shows):

"Tunnel of Love" missing in action

Only two songs were played from 1987's "Tunnel of Love" album: "Brilliant Disguise" was played three times and "Tougher Than the Rest"six times.

"All That Heaven Will Allow" was played at the pre show on April 29, 2013 at Telenor Arena in Olso, Norway, but that doesn't count.

"One Step Up" was soundchecked but never played.

"Human Touch" and "Lucky Town" albums well represented

It's always a treat to fake van cleef alhambra White Gold Pendant hear the E Street Band put its mark on the 1992 albums which they did not tour behind.

"Human Touch" songs played: "Human Touch," "Roll of the Dice," "Real World," "Man's Job" and "I Wish I Were Blind."

"Lucky Town" songs played: "Better Days," "Lucky Town," "Local Hero," "If I Should Fall Behind," "Leap of Faith," "My Beautiful Reward."

"Local Hero" from the July 24 show in Leeds, England. Go horns!:

"The Promise" CD gets some play

Fans were hoping that much of this album would get played regularly. That wasn't the case but the following songs from the 2010 double album were played:

"Gotta Get That Feeling," "One Way Street," "Because the Night," "Rendezvous," "Save My Love," "Ain't Good Enough for You," "Fire," "Spanish Eyes," "Talk to Me" and "The Promise."

Biggest surprises from Europe 2013

Just a few from the past few months, there were many this tour.

1. "My Kind of Town," Lilyhammer is.

Steve Van Zandt, after missing the Australian leg of the tour in March due to filming commitments for "Lilyhammer," returns for the start of the European tour at the April 30, 2013 show in Olso, Norway. Bruce opens the show with Steve, in character as Frank "The Fixer" Tagliano, singing "My kind of town, Lilymammer is."

2, "New York City Serenade" with strings in Rome

This song is not played often and, when it is, it's always special. The July 11 show in Rome featured a stunning version performed with a string section of seven violins from Roma Sinfonietta Orchestra. It was the first time "New York City Serenade" was played outside the United States.

The Best Workout for Men Over 50

Testosterone levels drop as a man gets older and hits his 50s and beyond. Excess weight is piled on, particularly around the belly and chest. The Mayo Clinic believes excess fat carried around the midriff increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, some cancers and type 2 diabetes. Any exercise program that helps improve health and reduces the risk of Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet copy developing these diseases can be construed as the best exercise for men over 50. According to a study by the Laboratory of Sports Medicine, the Pennsylvania State copy Van cleef arpels alhambra bracelet University, reported in the February 1998 issue of the "Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research," intense resistance training that engages sufficient muscle mass can increase testosterone levels. Focus on exercise such as the bench press, military press, lat pull downs, squats or leg presses, which work the larger muscle groups. Start with light weights for 15 to 20 reps.
