The dry grinding application for the production of finished cement from cement clinker involves of two-compartment tube mills and the air separators. It is not uncommon to produce the cement in an open circuit. Cement production process typically involves:

1.Grinding limestone (and other raw materials to achieve the right chemical composition) to about 90% passing 90 microns in a dry circuit,

2.Making cement by the chemical reaction between the components of the ground mixture. This chemical reaction occurs at high temperature in a rotary kiln,

3.Grinding the cement clinker nodules to 100% passing 90 microns in a dry circuit.

Vertical Cement Grinding Mill Features

1.Very compact and simple installation – one single machine for grinding, separating and drying;

2.Improved versatility and optimization in a multi-product situation, lower material retention time;

3.Less sensible for higher moisture-contents in raw materials, if sufficient drying energy is available;

4.Lower noise levels;

5.High levels of energy efficiency and production capacity.
