If the cooler is blocked by scaling, the effective treatment method is to acid clean the cooler before summer every year; If the cooler is improperly selected and the cooling effect cannot meet the requirements, the cooler shall be replaced in time or a new cooler shall be installed in parallel.
If it is not handled in time, it will reduce the service life of the vertical roller mill bearing, increase the maintenance cost, even cause the bearing to burn out, affect the operation of the whole concentrator system, and cause economic losses to the concentrator.
There are many reasons for the excessive temperature rise of vertical roller mill bearing. It is necessary to analyze and find out the reasons and "suit the remedy to the case" to ensure the continuous and safe operation of ball equipment.
The vertical roller mill bearing is poorly lubricated, and the lubrication system can protect the vertical roller mill bearing from metal modification and foreign matter intrusion, which can play a sealing role; It can eliminate friction heat, reduce friction and wear, prevent excessive bearing temperature rise and prolong bearing life.
