Use a VPN When It's Unsafe
There are some very obvious instances when it's a good idea to use a VPN. When you're traveling, for example, you don't have a lot of choices about where you'll get your internet, and a VPN is a necessity.
Coffee shops are the preeminent example, but really any place where you don't control the Wi-Fi network isn't really safe. I'm talking about airports, airplanes, busses with fancy Wi-Fi connections, hotels, AirBnBs, libraries, and anywhere the network isn't directly controlled by someone you personally trust. Wi-Fi networks in public spaces may not be correctly configured, or not be serviced often. That gives attackers ample opportunity to take control of these naturally occurring honeypots and intercept whatever data is moving across the networks.
Of course, there's no reason why a bad guy would need to bother attacking an existing Wi-Fi network. They could simply set up shop nearby and create their own network with a name that closely resembles the real network. Who among us can say that they have never, in desperation, clicked on a shady looking Wi-Fi network?
Use a VPN When You Only Think It's Safe
Ideally, your office is probably one of the safest, best-run networks you'll encounter. At the PCMag labs, our IT guys will track me down less than an hour after I connected some unauthorized devices for completely legitimate purposes. Despite, or rather because, of that, you should definitely use a VPN on your personal devices in the office. It's the prerogative of your employer to monitor its networks. That means the company can monitor the traffic from your personal devices if you connect to the company's network.
Many devices will automatically connect to Wi-Fi networks they've seen before. When you take your laptop home, it seamlessly finds and connects to your home network. Unless you periodically prune the list of networks on your device, you probably have a few easily guessable network IDs in there. Boingo runs Wi-Fi networks at many airports across the country, and many of those networks have exactly the same name. All an attacker would have to do is set up a rogue access point with the same name as one of these commonly found networks and devices will quietly connect, sometimes without the owners even realizing it.
A more exotic attack relies on "overly chatty" devices that advertise what networks they're looking for. Instead of having to guess an SSID, the attacker can use a specialized device that pretends to be whatever network a device is looking for. I was shown one such attack in progress at Black Hat. The company that spotted it estimated that the rogue network had fooled some 35,000 devices.
Use a VPN When You're Safe
A solid quarter of PCMag's readers use a VPN service to stream video, so it's safe to assume they're using a VPN at home. If they're not, they should be. But that's not the reason why I use a VPN in the comfort of my mist-shrouded Hudson Valley mansion. I do it because I loathe my internet service provider.
There are two halves to my hatred: the first is the generalized anger most people have towards a faceless corporation that milks me for cash on a monthly basis. I'll never have warm and fuzzy feelings toward a company that routinely raises my rates, provides crummy service, and tacks on unnecessary "features" to my bills.
The other (and more relevant) half of my tumor of ire is that, despite all the ways my ISP is already sucking my wallet dry, it's also selling my data. There was a time, not long ago, when ISPs were forbidden from selling anonymized user data, but they wanted a piece of the surveillance capitalism pie that has served Google, Facebook, and sundry ad networks so well for the past decade and a half. Congress gave it to them, and now my data (along with a bunch of other people's) is lumped together and sold off for ad intelligence, or who knows what big data grift.
I'm not a fan of paying for things with my data, but at least in the case of Facebook and Google, their services don't cost anything. I'm already paying my ISP, and the company still feels entitled to make even more money off me. Moreover, I could theoretically do without Google or Facebook but I don't have a lot of choice in my ISP. In fact, some people in the great city of New York have only one broadband provider to choose from.
If that's not a good enough argument for you, consider the lengths that law enforcement and governments have gone to to intercept people's data. From the NSA to your local police, there are plenty of powerful organizations eager to get a peek at what you're doing. Maybe you have nothing to hide, but laws can change and I, for one, would like the people performing domestic surveillance to actually have to work at it.

What little privacy people don’t give away, companies tend to take.

Given this unfortunate reality, to get complete privacy you’d need to install a labyrinthine series of software tools that make the Internet slow and unusable—think specialty Web browsers, encrypted email and chat, virtual private networks, and security-focused incognito operating systems. Or you’d need to stay off the Internet altogether.

But don’t lose hope. Although total privacy is all but unattainable, you can protect yourself in two ways: Lock down your devices and accounts so they don’t give away your data, and practice cautious behavior online.

Getting started is easy. By making a few simple changes to your devices and accounts, you can maintain security against outside parties’ unwanted attempts to access your data as well as protect your privacy from those you don’t consent to sharing your information with. You really can take back some control over who has access to your data. Here’s how, according to the experts at Wirecutter.

1. Secure your accounts
Why: In the past decade, data breaches and password leaks have struck companies such as Equifax, Facebook, Home Depot, Marriott, Target, Yahoo, and countless others. If you have online accounts, hackers have likely leaked data from at least one of them. Want to know which of your accounts have been compromised? Search for your email address on Have I Been Pwned? to cross-reference your email address with hundreds of data breaches.

How: Everyone should use a password manager to generate and remember different, complex passwords for every account—this is the most important thing people can do to protect their privacy and security today. Wirecutter’s favorite password managers are 1Password and LastPass Free. Both can generate passwords, monitor accounts for security breaches, suggest changing weak passwords, and sync your passwords between your computer and phone. Password managers seem intimidating to set up, but once you’ve installed one you just need to browse the Internet as usual. As you log in to accounts, the password manager saves your passwords and suggests changing weak or duplicate passwords. Over the course of a couple of weeks, you end up with new passwords for most of your accounts. Take this time to also change the default passwords for any devices in your house—if your home router, smart light bulbs, or security cameras are still using “password” or “1234” as the password, change them.

Everyone should also use two-step authentication whenever possible for their online accounts. Most banks and major social networks provide this option. As the name suggests, two-step authentication requires two steps: entering your password and entering a number only you can access. For example, step one is logging in to Facebook with your username and password. In step two, Facebook sends a temporary code to you in a text message or, even better, through an app like Google Authenticator, and you enter that code to log in.

2. Update your software and devices
Why: Phone and computer operating systems, Web browsers, popular apps, and even smart-home devices receive frequent updates with new features and security improvements. These security updates are typically far better at thwarting hackers than antivirus software.

How: All three major operating systems can update automatically, but you should take a moment to double-check that you have automatic updates enabled for your OS of choice: Windows, macOS, or Chrome OS. Although it’s frustrating to turn your computer on and have to wait out an update that might break the software you use, the security benefits are worth the trouble. These updates include new versions of Microsoft’s Edge browser and Apple’s Safari. Most third-party Web browsers, including Google’s Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, also update automatically. If you tend to leave your browser open all the time, remember to reboot it now and again to get those updates. Your phone also has automatic-update options. On Apple’s iPhone, enable automatic updates under Settings > General > Software Update. On Google’s Android operating system, security updates should happen automatically, but you can double-check by opening up Settings > System > Advanced > System Update.

For third-party software and apps, you may need to find and enable a Check for updates option in the software’s settings. Smart-home devices such as cameras, thermostats, and light bulbs can receive updates to the app as well as to the hardware itself. Check the settings using the device’s app to make sure these updates happen automatically; if you don’t find an automatic-update option, you may have to manually reboot the device on occasion (a monthly calendar reminder might help).

3. Protect your Web browsing
Why: Companies and websites track everything you do online. Every ad, social network button, and website collects information about your location, browsing habits, and more. The data collected reveals more about you than you might expect. You might think yourself clever for never tweeting your medical problems or sharing all your religious beliefs on Facebook, for instance, but chances are good that the websites you visit regularly provide all the data advertisers need to pinpoint the type of person you are. This is part of how targeted ads remain one of the Internet’s most unsettling innovations.

How: A browser extension like uBlock Origin blocks ads and the data they collect. The uBlock Origin extension also prevents malware from running in your browser and gives you an easy way to turn the ad blocking off when you want to support sites you know are secure. Combine uBlock with Privacy Badger, which blocks trackers, and ads won’t follow you around as much. To slow down stalker ads even more, disable interest-based ads from Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter. A lot of websites offer means to opt out of data collection, but you need to do so manually. Simple Opt Out has direct links to opt-out instructions for major sites like Netflix, Reddit, and more. Doing this won’t eliminate the problem completely, but it will significantly cut down the amount of data collected.

You should also install the HTTPS Everywhere extension. HTTPS Everywhere automatically directs you to the secure version of a site when the site supports that, making it difficult for an attacker—especially if you’re on public Wi-Fi at a coffee shop, airport, or hotel—to digitally eavesdrop on what you’re doing.

Some people may want to use a virtual private network (VPN), but it’s not necessary for everyone. If you frequently connect to public Wi-Fi, a VPN is useful because it adds a layer of security to your browsing when HTTPS isn’t available. It can also provide some privacy from your Internet service provider and help minimize tracking based on your IP address. But all your Internet activity still flows through the VPN provider’s servers, so in using a VPN you’re choosing to trust that company over your ISP not to store or sell your data. Make sure you understand the pros and cons first, but if you want a VPN, Wirecutter recommends IVPN.

It is true that Mozilla is finding ways to monetize its Firefox web browser. Last year, it partnered with a VPN service provider to provide VPN services for its users. Recently this year, it launched Firefox Private Network to push further in monetizing Firefox.
Included into the Firefox web browser, Firefox Private Network functions similarly to a VPN service. It hides your IP address from the spying eyes online and protects your browsing activity from eavesdroppers. It is a browser extension that focuses on user privacy online. With it, not only websites and advertisement companies can hardly customize ads for you but also hackers and cybercriminals can’t get easier access to your sensitive information.
Firefox Private Network is currently free to US desktop users. It is extremely easy to install it on your Firefox. As long as you reside in the US, you can access Firefox Private Network and use it for free. Open Firefox browser, go to its official website and click on “Add to Firefox”. If you are visiting it from outside the US, you are not allowed to install it. After installing it, you need to sign in via your Firefox account. Then, activate Firefox Private Network and you will be able to browse anonymously on the Internet.
Besides, you can disable this browser extension as you like. Because you may not able to access certain websites with it. And it is very convenient for you to protect traffic through Firefox only.
Compared to a VPN, however, it only encrypts Internet traffic through the Firefox browser. Internet connections through other programs are still vulnerable to cyber attacks and online spies.
If you want to protect all your traffic through all programs, you should turn to the best VPN for help.

Hulu is a US-based online streaming service that relies on a user subscription model. It is definitely the service for those who prefer instant gratification as Netflix keeps subscribers waiting a year before seeing new seasons of shows. Hulu is a paid service, which means that you must first sign in to access the online video library.
However, Hulu content is available only to US Internet users. If you try to access it with a foreign IP address, you will receive an error message. So you should always sign up for a VPN service  with dedicated IP address VPN services in the United States.
According to our guide on unblocking websites, Hulu is easily accessible outside of the US using a VPN. With a VPN at your side, you can escape geographic restrictions and unblock the streaming service from anywhere.
But Hulu now blocks connections from popular VPN servers along with many other online streaming services and has turned off hundreds of IP addresses.
A Hulu VPN is a great way to unlock the service. You need to get the best Hulu VPN to connect to its US servers rather than a random VPN.
We recommend RitaVPN as the best VPN for Hulu. RitaVPN comes with its US VPN servers, which allow you to unlock a variety of content providers in the US, including Hulu. It still works very well after Hulu's VPN ban.
Besides, it helps to anonymize your traffic, which is of great value at a time when governments, corporations and copyright trolls are increasingly interested in monitoring our online activity.
Another added benefit of using RitaVPN for Hulu is that it also works on the major platforms, including Mac, Windows, iOS and Android.
For these reasons, RitaVPN is an easy choice for users who want to unlock Hulu from anywhere in the world. All you have to do is open the RitaVPN app, find a US server that you can connect to, and once connected, you can enjoy Hulu like a breeze.

A yob defecated on a Children football in Shanghai display during a night of chaos at a scarecrow festival in Bolton.

Reckless vandals also damaged a number of displays at Kearsley Scarecrow Festival, leaving the community in 'utter outrage'.

People had spent 'months' preparing their scarecrows, only to wake up and find their displays damaged on Sunday morning.

It is understood the incident happened on Saturday night, and anyone with information or CCTV is urged to contact police immediately.

A post put up on the GMP Bolton South page on Sunday afternoon said: "The Kearsley Scarecrow Festival is a fantastic event which every year brings the community around Kearsley, Prestolee and Stoneclough together."This morning the community has awoken to find mindless vandalism has occurred throughout the area and many of the displays the community have spent months working on have been damaged.

"These displays were for the enjoyment of the community and in particular our young children who have so much fun both creating and viewing these displays.

"Someone even found it funny to defecate on a kids football team's display. This has only brought the community together again, no longer in celebration but now in utter outrage.

China’s electric vehicle maker NIO landed on the New York Stock Exchange a year ago when investors were pouring billions of dollars into China’s electric car industry. But it’s since become obvious that China’s EV startups are money pits, not quick profit generators. To get more china news, you can visit shine news official website.

The carmaker today (Sept. 24) reported a larger-than-expected loss of 3.3 billion yuan ($462 million) for the three months ended June, more than 80% higher than in the same period a year earlier. The number, which was also worse than the $390 million loss it weathered in the first quarter of the year, came as it faced a recall of about a quarter of its flagship ES8 SUVs over fire concerns.
Bloomberg noted the company’s total losses have crossed $5 billion in its short five-year life—a milestone it took Tesla 15 years to pass. The company, which canceled its earnings call scheduled for today, has seen its stock drop more than 70% since it listed. (The company later announced it would hold an earnings call on Wednesday.)

While NIO doesn’t have a lot of room to streamline manufacturing costs—the EV maker will rely on its state-owned carmaker partner JAC Motors at least until 2021—it has already started cutting headcount, including shutting down its San Francisco office. The company will have 7,500 employees by the end of September, or 20% fewer than at the start of the year. It’s also selling the electric-car racing team that helped it make its name.

NIO has had a tough year since listing—from dropping its plans set up its own factory in home base Shanghai, to the recall it announced in June after three incidents of the ES8’s battery catching fire or emitting smoke. Because of the recalls, its vehicle margin, a gauge of how much the company makes on each car it sells, plummeted to negative 24%. Meanwhile, Tesla is gearing up to start delivering cars from its new Shanghai factory.

While NIO has had an impressive sales record compared with other Chinese EV startups, the 21,670 units it’s sold as of the end of August are far from enough to sustain a cash-burning business that saw Tesla—a firm NIO’s been often compared to—post heavy losses despite record sales of more than 95,000 deliveries in the second quarter.

The fourth quarter of 2018 is the only time the company achieved a positive vehicle margin of 3.7%, when it delivered close to 8,000 cars in an effort to win a bet with rival EV startup. This year those numbers slowed significantly. In the second quarter, NIO delivered 3,553 cars compared with close to 4,000 in the first quarter, even though it began delivering its cheaper compact sports utility vehicle model in June.
Given the hundreds of millions of dollars it spends on marketing, such as the costly NIO Houses it’s set up in some of the most pricy areas of China’s largest cities, that could be another area ripe for cost-cutting.

Bringing in cash is even more challenging, given venture capitalists are no longer keen on pouring money into EV makers as China moves away from heavy subsidies to a credit-trading system to encourage more energy-efficient EVs. The company raised $650 million just months after listing through convertible bonds. This month, it issued another round of convertible bonds to raise $200 million—with Tencent buying half of them while co-founder William Li bought the rest. That could be read as Li’s continuing confidence in the business—or a worrying sign that no one else is subscribing.
Beijing has also offered a helping hand—a state-owned fund signed up to put $1.45 billion into a joint venture set up by NIO and the fund.

It’s far from clear these steps will be enough to get NIO through the winter of China’s auto industry. After years of high-speed growth, EV sales, which at first seemed to be bucking the trend of China’s overall auto sales, are declining by double digits. Many EV companies won’t survive to see another spring.

Ghrp-6 Peptides 10mg/Vial Weight Loss Muscle Growth Powder

GHRP-6 powder,GHRP 6 powder is an injectable peptide in the category of growth hormonereleasing peptides, or GHRP's. The most common use of these peptides isto increase GH production. Other peptides in this category include GHRP-2, hexarelin, and ipamorelin.

GHRP6 is most generally used for the same purposes that GH might be used, but may be chosen where a cost advantage exists favoring GHRP6, GH is not available, or the individual prefers the idea of stimulating his own GH production to injecting GH.

Function of GHRP6?
GHRP6 is one of several synthetic met-enkephalin analogs that include unnatural D-amino acids, were developed for their grow-th hormones (GH) releasing activity and are called GH secretagogues. These secretagogues are distinct from grow-th hormones releasing hormones GHRH in that they share no sequence relation and derive their function through action at a completely different receptor. This receptor was originally called the GH secretagogue receptor, the hormones ghrelin is now considered the receptor's natural endogenous ligand. Therefore, these GH secretagouges act as synthetic ghrelinmimetics.

How does it work?

GHRP-6 directly stimulates the anterior pituitary gland which subsequently leads to an increase in the release of hormones in the body. As GHRP-6 directly affects the feedback loop which triggers changes in inhibition of the release of Hormones, it can be used to restore the natural manufacturing of the Growth if natural secretion has been impaired because of long term artificial use. GHRP-6 also reportedly has an impact on our nervous system. They are potentially capable of protecting neurons and increasing the strength of a person. The functioning of GHRP-6 is strikingly similar to the working of several steroids in the DHT family.

Benefits of GHRP-6

As discussed earlier, GHRP-6 is a newer drug in the market, but it has caught on the fancy of many who are looking for a shortcut to performance enhancement. The following benefits come after GHRP-6 administration:

Lowers body fat: GHRP-6 administration has the reputation of lowering fat, making it a good option for bodybuilders in their cutting cycles. It is also extremely attractive to those people who are weight conscious and are looking to shed those extra pounds without working hard at the gym.
Increase muscle: GHRP-6 administration also has the reputation of facilitating an increase and development in muscles.
Increase stamina: Those users who are vouching for the drug claim improvement in stamina levels post the administration of GHRP-6.
Protective and anti-inflammatory: GHRP-6 administration initiates better protection of the muscles and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent which is crucial in the muscle recovery process and synthesis.

Dosing and Usage

Despite it being third in class as far as strength of GH release, GHRP-6 is still a potent GHRP and can be taken 2-3 times per day. Though there is a slight issue, GHRP-6 has been shown to not be as effective in the presence of elevated blood glucose levels. As a result, I believe the best practice for GHRP-6 dosing is to dose 2 hours after your last meal and 30 minutes before you take in any food, so that no interactions weaken the effect of GHRP-6. Taking this into consideration, GHRP-6 can be taken 2-3 times a day (approximately 3 hours in between injections) for maximum effectiveness with a range of 100mcg-200mcg per dose

An analysis of phase 3 trial data for the investigational type 2 diabetes (T2D) drug oralSemaglutide Reviews shows the glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist does a better job reducing blood sugar than empagliflozin, a leading sodium glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor and the first T2D drug shown to offer cardiovascular benefits.

Other phase 3 results presented Saturday at the 79th Scientific Sessions of the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in San Francisco, California, show that oral semaglutide would produce more weight loss than liraglutide, the daily injectable GLP-1 receptor agonist sold as Victoza. Novo Nordisk makes both products.

In March, Novo Nordisk filed a new drug application for oral semaglutide, and also sought cardiovascular indications for both the oral and injectable form of the drug. FDA approved the once-weekly injectable formulation of semaglutide, sold as Ozempic, in December 2017. Cardiovascular results for oral semaglutide will be presented Tuesday at ADA and are among the most anticipated results of the meeting.

In a statement, Novo Nordisk said results from PIONEER 2, comparing oral semaglutide and empagliflozin, and PIONEER 4, comparing oral semaglutide to liraglutide, are based on the secondary statistical approach. The approach, the statement said, “is known as the trial product estimand and is used to assess the effect of oral semaglutide, assuming all patients remained on trial product and did not use rescue medication.”
Results for PIONEER 2 show:
Oral semaglutide produced statistically significant reductions in glycated hemoglobin (A1C) compared with empagliflozin, which is sold by Eli Lilly and Boehringer Ingelheim as Jardiance. Results at 26 weeks showed that oral semaglutide produced an A1C reduction of 1.4% compared with 0.9% for empagliflozin; the results were sustained at 52 weeks, with A1C reductions of 1.3% vs 0.8%, respectively.
More patients taking oral semaglutide achieved an A1C <7.0% than with empagliflozin. PIONEER 2 also showed that oral semaglutide demonstrated weight loss of 4.2 kg compared with 3.8 kg for empagliflozin at 26 weeks. A statistically significant difference in weight loss was seen at 52 weeks: 4.7 kg for oral semaglutide vs 3.8 kg for empagliflozin. Results for PIONEER 4 show: Oral semaglutide produced statistically significant reductions in A1C compared with both liraglutide and placebo, at both 26 and 52 weeks. A1C reductions at 26 weeks were 1.3% for oral semaglutide, 1.1% for liraglutide and 0.1% for; at 52 weeks, A1C reductions were 1.2% for oral semaglutide and 0.9% for liraglutide, while placebo showed a 0.2% increase in A1C. Oral semaglutide demonstrated statistically significant weight loss compared with both liraglutide and placebo, at both 26 and 52 weeks. Weight loss at 26 weeks was 4.7 kg for oral semaglutide, 3.2 kg for liraglutide and 0.7 kg for placebo; at 52 weeks, reductions were 5.0 kg for oral semaglutide, 3.1 kg for liraglutide and 1.2 kg for placebo at 52 weeks.

Ipamorelin Raw Peptide Powder for Body Growth Weight Loss With Top Quality

Ipamorelin,Ipamorelin Reviews is a fascinating new muscle building discovery that is getting a lot of attention in the bodybuilding world. It is a synthetic peptide that has powerful Growth Hormon releasing properties. And these GH releasing properties are what is of interest to athletes and bodybuilders since they can make a tremendous difference in the amount of muscle you can grow and how quickly you burn fat.
Ipamorelin is a penta-peptide.(Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D- Phe-Lys-NH2) And, the strength it displays may very well make regular old Growth Hormon (GH) obsolete. But what athletes and bodybuilders really want to know is what is this wonder peptide capable of doing, how is it used, and how does it compare to the other GHRP peptides?
Athletes are taking Ipamorelin in a 200mcg -300mcg dosage, two or three times daily, using a tiny needle to inject. They usually start with the lower dose since side effects can include headaches or what feels like a head-rush.Ipamorelin can be taken at anytime but taking it about 30-45 minutes before a workout would seem ideal because of the pulse in Growth Hormon (GH) it creates allowing for maximum growth.
Studies on the effects of Ipamorelin on bone growth, body weight, and GH release showed some interesting conclusions. In one experiment, various doses were administered over the course of 15 days to test the group's reactions.
There was a distinct and dose-dependent effect on body weight gain however, the treatment group did not show a change in total levels.Nor did the treatment group produce serum markers of bone development. For example, the number of cells in the wide portion of the tibia (the shinbone) did not change significantly. This is a good thing because it suggests muscle growth with less potential for deformity of bone or cartilage.
The reaction of the pituitary to an aggressive i.V.Dose of Ipamorelin showed that plasma GH levels were notably reduced whereas they were unchanged after a comparable dose of GHRH.This is actually a good thing as it suggests that Ipamorelin may not decrease your body's natural GH production - further demonstrating that Ipamorelin is a selective GH releaser.
Ipamorelin does not induce hunger making it advantageous to those on a restricted calorie diet. And obviously, Ipamorelin's side-effects are enhanced when combined with since they too influence Growth Hormon/ release and production.
Application :
Ipamorelin is an interesting peptide taken 300mcg twice daily or you could lower the dose for 3 times daily, side effects are head rushs, I would recommend taking this 30 minutes before workout ,with gear, Ipamorelin is a new and potent synthetic pentapeptide which has distinct and specific (GH)-releasing properties. With the objective of investigating the effects on longitudinal bone growth rate , body weight , and GH release, Ipamorelin in different doses (0, 18, 90 and 450 μg/day) was injected three times daily for 15 days to test subjects, After intravital Tetracycline labelling on days 0, 6, and 13, LGR was determined by measuring the distance between the respective fluorescent bands in the proximal tibia metaphysis. Ipamorelin dose-dependently increased LGR from 42 μm/day in the vehicle group to 44, 50, and 52 μm/day in the treatment groups . There was also a pronounced and dose-dependent effect on body weight gain. The treatment did not affect total levels, or serum markers of bone formation and resorption. The number of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-positive multinuclear cells in the metaphysis of the tibia did not change significantly with treatment. The responsiveness of the pituitary to a provocative i.v. dose of Ipamorelin or GHRH showed that the plasma GH response was marginally reduced , after Ipamorelin, but unchanged after GHRH. The pituitary GH content was unchanged by Ipamorelin treatment. Before closing Ipamorelin is the most selective GH releaser you can get.
