A large number of Internet users hide their IP addresses to achieve anonymity online. That’s definitely true. But hiding your IP address does more than what you think.
Now that we’ve talked about what is an IP in our previous articles, this article will walk you through 6 reasons to hide your IP address.
Mask your location
Your IP address is closely related to your location. Where you are now or where you have been to can be tracked through your IP address. Thus, to hide your IP address is to mask your physical location.
Avoid online tracking
You probably have no idea how advertising companies, marketers and websites track you by your IP address. But the most important thing you should know is to avoid such kind of tracking by hiding your IP address. It’s quite easy and we have instructions for you to follow.
Avoid ISP throttling
Like advertising companies, marketers and websites, your ISP also track your online activity through your IP address.
If your ISP detects large downloading or torrenting, it will slow down your Internet connection. You can hide your IP address to enjoy unlimited bandwidth.
Unblock content and websites
You may not be surprised that you are unable to access certain content or websites in your home country. Here we offer you the best way to handle this. Using a VPN service to hide your IP address! If you choose RitaVPN, you can unblock content and websites with just one click.
Keep search history private
It’s true that Google knows much about you. Google search is one of its common ways to collect your information. Other search engines also keep a track of your searches. Want to keep your search history private? Try hiding your IP address from them.
Stay secure on public WiFi
Without any protection, you are extremely vulnerable to hackers, especially on an unsecured public WiFi network. Therefore, it’s essential to prevent hackers from accessing your sensitive data by masking your IP address. If you run a VPN on your device to hide your IP address, you will be more secure on the Internet.

Have you ever tried to watch a YouTube video and just got an error saying “The uploader has not made this video available in your country”? That’s because YouTube enables its uploaders to geo-block their videos. Yes, this is what we call geo-blocking.
When you travel abroad, you may not able to access content that is available in your home country due to geo-blocking. It is the biggest restriction on the Internet. May it be a blocked streaming service, news site or TV show.
If you know little about geo-blocking, you’ve come to the right place. This article will teach you the definition of geo-blocking and how it works.
What is geo-blocking?
Geo-blocking, also known as geographical restriction, is a practice used by governments, schools, business and big tech companies to restrict access to certain regions.
For example, the BBC iPlayer, available to British citizens, doesn’t allow streaming services being accessed from outside the UK.
How does it work?
Generally, whether a user is allowed to visit a website depends on where the user sends the request from. That is to say, it’s the user’s geographical location that determines if the website is available.
Therefore, the IP address is used to implement geo-blocks. Every device that connects to the Internet has to have a unique IP address. Websites are able to restrict your access based on your IP address.
Let’s put it simply: when you ask the website for permission to pay a visit, the website will receive your request that includes your IP address. Then, it can decide whether to approve your permission or not according to your IP address.
Geo-blocking is annoying. If you want to stream your favorite sports live, you need to bypass geographical restrictions with the VPN,such as one of the best VPN like RitaVPN for live stream.

A district in Sacramento, California, is paying up to $10,000 in bonuses to attract bilingual teachers, while others are hoping extra training will push educators toward finishing the bilingual certification they may have started.bilingual teacher qualification
According to a new paper in Education Next, those are among the strategies districts the state is using to meet the demand for credentialed educators, spurred by a 2016 ballot measure that repealed a proposition requiring English-only instruction. In addition, many bilingual programs are taking the form of dual-language immersion programs, which require teachers to have more advanced skills in the second language as well as in English.
In higher education, some universities stopped preparing bilingual teachers when Proposition 227, which required English language learners to be taught only in English immersion classrooms, passed in 1998. Those that continued their programs, however — such as San Diego State University — are working to increase the supply by partnering with community colleges to shorten the length of time it takes earn a degree and the credential.
Dive Insight:

Dual-language immersion programs are gaining in popularity among English-speaking — and often more affluent — families as the workforce increasingly values bilingualism and research points to the academic benefits of such programs. True immersion programs typically begin in kindergarten, with only 10% of instruction in English and 90% in the second language, and gradually reach 50% for each language by the upper elementary grades.

Advocates for these programs argue students can become fluent and literate in two languages. But parents of English learners are sometimes less enthusiastic because they worry their children won’t learn English quickly enough. And in some urban areas, such as Washington, African-American parents have expressed concerns that the programs mean increasing gentrification that is pushing their children out of neighborhood schools.

Almost 40% of California’s K-12 students enter schools as English learners, according to the Education Next article, making the demand there especially pronounced. But other states are also experiencing shortages of bilingual teachers. One contributing factor is states’ licensing requirements often don’t match up, making it hard for teachers credentialed in one state to go where the demand is greater, according to a 2015 New America article about Connecticut’s efforts to address similar challenges. The state passed legislation that, among other provisions, reduced the time an out-of-state teacher could qualify to teach in Connecticut and allowed for 90-day temporary certificates in shortage areas.

The Education Next paper says that expanding dual-language programs in California “will require many more well-trained, bilingual, and biliterate teachers and sustained attention to maintaining quality and equity.” However, that could probably be said about many states.

After Facebook, WeChat is the most popular social media service in the world. The company now boasts more than 1,0825 billion individual users, along with more than 20 million registered public accounts. These public accounts are where many people in China get their everyday news and information. While many news outlets still maintain their own websites, virtually all media in the country also use WeChat as a publishing platform. Some publish their stories only to their WeChat pages, where followers can comment or discuss the stories of the day.To get more wechat news, you can visit shine news official website.

But of course, not all comments — or even media stories — are permitted to stay online. With its massive user base and powerful social influence, WeChat has become a major implementer of China’s rigorous censorship regime. What is published on WeChat — and what the company censors at the state’s behest — is a powerful indicator of government concerns about sensitive political issues.

With no transparency about what is censored or why, citizens and researchers are left to speculate and guess where the red lines are drawn.

A group of researchers at the University of Hong Kong have been working to track technical censorship on WeChat, using an innovative Web “scraping” system that captures millions of posts from the platform’s most popular public accounts and makes them available to others in formats that can be visualized, mapped and understood in the context of time.

Summarizing the WeChatscope project in a story for Global Voices, Marcus Wang and Stella Fan explained their approach:

“Our team tracked more than 4,000 public accounts covering daily news through our computer program which visits (and periodically revisits) published articles and records the contents. When the system sees that a post has disappeared, it is detected as censored. A copy of the post is then restored in the database and made available for public access.”

What do Xi Jinping and Winnie the Pooh have in common? They’re both flagged by Chinese censors, Shan Wang, Nieman Lab, 2018

By the end of 2018, the group had identified roughly 11,000 posts that had been censored. These posts reflected some of the hottest and most controversial media stories and scandals of the year, ranging from the China-US trade war, to tax fraud allegations against X-Men actress Fan Bingbing, to the #metoo movement at universities across China.

Explaining the context and possible reasons for censorship to a global audience is the subject of an article series on Global Voices, written in English and translated into multiple languages by volunteers. The stories describe in vivid detail how online speech in Chinese platforms can often initially be as vibrant, argumentative or controversial as elsewhere — despite censorship.

The WeChatscope project sheds light on what often feels like a black box of censorship policies and practices that are crafted and carried out by the Chinese government — and the companies required to comply with state demands. It also offers new possibilities for tech experts inside and outside the country to seek new ways to circumvent censorship in China.

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates – If one strains hard enough to listen in the humid heat of this oil-rich kingdom, one can hear the rumblings of the most profound event for global energy markets and the world economy, not only for this year but perhaps for this era:To get more chinese world news daily, you can visit shine news official website.

It is the decoupling of the world's two weightiest economies, that of China and the United States. The process seems as inescapable as its extent and global impact remains incalculable.

This week's news that President Trump was delaying by two weeks a tariff increase on $250 billion of Chinese goods planned for October 1, the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China, is unlikely to slow this trend, and neither will China's responding exemption of pork and soybeans from new tariffs.

The most knowing delegates at this year's World Energy Congress, who met here this week, continued to worry about the US-Chinese trade war. It has slowed growth and placed the biggest drag on oil prices. At the same time, however, they were shifting focus to the more momentous and generational event of decoupling.

They saw it in the Liquified Natural Gas contracts that the world's fastest growing LNG exporter, the United States, wasn't signing with the world's fastest growing importer, China. They recognized it in the recent Chinese deal to take an equity stake in Russia's Arctic LNG 2 project taken by China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) and China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC).

Delegates also heard decoupling in the only four LNG vessels that have sailed from the United States to China this year, according to the US Census Bureau, down from 32 in 2018 and 23 in 2017.

LNG has transformed global gas markets dramatically in recent years, driven largely by significant demand in China and the rest of east and southeast Asia. However, in a market where financing is driven by long-term contracts, often even before construction begins, American suppliers are already gauging the potential costs, until recently unanticipated, of lost Chinese buyers. One can also see decoupling in the oil deliveries not made to China from the United States this year, even though the U.S. has become the world's largest oil and gas producer and a net exporter. Whereas US shipments of crude oil to China reached half a million barrels a day in summer 2018, they averaged only a third of that in the spring of 2019.

Though delegates had come here to focus on energy markets, the implications of decoupling have begun to touch almost all economic sectors, from aviation to automobiles, from finance to farmers, and from cell phones to semiconductors.

The tit-for-tat tariffs and accompanying Trump tweets have been driving markets all year, but what traders haven't even begun to price in is the longer term, structural impact of this decoupling and its particular danger to individual companies.

Wary that U.S. leaders fundamentally want to undermine their country's rise, Chinese leaders increasingly are dissuading or outright preventing their companies from dealing with American partners. Meanwhile, chastened U.S. companies are rethinking supply chains and relocating Chinese-based manufacturing.

If nothing interrupts this process, it will reverse 40 years of increased trade, financial and economic integration of the two countries. Other nations' companies won't follow the American lead but rather look to pick up lost U.S. opportunities among China's 1.4 billion consumers.

Encouraged by his trade advisor Peter Navarro, President Trump made his own decoupling druthers clear in a late-August tweet: "Our great American companies are hereby ordered to immediately start looking for an alternative to China, including bringing your companies HOME and making your products in the USA."

President Trump's trade policies are resulting in an economic slowdown that could endanger his re-election and thus his revived efforts toward a solution. Yet, it remains unlikely that any major deal can reverse this downward trajectory in bilateral relations in any lasting manner, even as China and the United States open the 13th round of trade talks in October (no specific date set yet).

Beijing remains eager to see the U.S. remove its tariffs. Trump administration negotiators continue to want China to commit to structural changes in how it does its business, ranging from intellectual property protections to state subsidies.

How long does it take for Female Viagra to work?

Unlike men, women didn’t always have a ready medication to go to for their sexual dysfunction treatments. Lovegra (Female viagra) 100mg, as we know today, has actually been approved by FDA in the last couple of years. Of course, the good news made millions of women around the world take a sigh of relief. But there are questions yet to be answered.Flibanserin powder

Thanks to #Feminism and #Self-awareness! Women are having a life-changing experience about their identity, rights, and most importantly sexual needs. And this does create a buzz around the interesting market around viagra for women. So, no matter if you are a 20-something seeking for an interesting sexual experience or a 40 year old woman losing out on the exciting days of your relationship – the pink pill is a sign of hope that something might change. But what’s important here is to be realistic. In fact, very cautiously and mindfully realistic!

For a long time, Sprout pharmaceuticals, the developers of Viagra pills for female, had a tough time explaining the effects of it. They had developed and named their drug Flibanserin, which is now called ‘Addyi’! The path, however, to make the medication approved by the FDA was a difficult one. It took almost three trials for the drug to get a green signal.

FDA had its own concerns in regards to the drug used. This medicine was supposed to increase sex drive which included both psychological and physiological component. And thus, understanding the complication of getting arousal because of a medication was quite an issue with the association. This involved creating effects in the brain which indeed was a tough call to take. However, as there weren’t any medications available with the same effect – the approval was made.

And so emerged a ready market of viagra for women! There are some with prolonged effects leading to an increase in sex drive during a course of time, while there are other medications developed for providing immediate effects too.

But now the question is does pink viagra work?

To be very honest, yes it does. The need of pink viagra emerged because of the hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD). It’s a psychological problem in women which make them feel uninterested in sex for no apparent reason.

Well, you must be thinking – What’s this HSDD disorder?

Let it be clear. HSDD is the state of imbalanced dopamine and norepinephrine. These are the neuro-chemicals that in fact make any woman crave nooky. Pink viagra makes these brain chemicals balance by tweaking them. Hence, pink viagra enhances the sex interest in women and proves itself to be working.Sexual arousal in women is important to enjoy the intercourse in a relationship. But when there is loss of sex drive, the arousal becomes difficult. This is common in women of age above 40 years. Some women experience this sexual disorder in as early as in their 20s. And therefore, Lovegra has been medically proven to bring about an arousal in women of all ages.

Dutasteride Linked to Adverse Sexual Side Effects

A new observational study supports a link between long-term Dutasteride powder treatment and sexual side effects, including worsening erectile dysfunction (ED) and reduced testosterone levels. Use of the 5-alpha reductase inhibitor (5-ARI) was also associated with several parameters of metabolic dysfunction, including increased glucose and hemoglobin A1c and lipid abnormalities.

The findings suggest that long-term dutasteride may harm men’s overall health, corresponding author Abdulmaged M. Traish, MBA, PhD, of Boston University School of Medicine told Renal & Urology News. “The increase in blood glucose and A1C may predispose men to diabetes and the increase in lipids may predispose them to NAFLD [non-alcoholic fatty liver disease]. Most importantly, this agent worsens sexual function and reduces quality of life.”
Using a registry from a single urology office, Dr Traish and colleagues compared data from 230 men (aged 47 to 68) taking dutasteride (0.5 mg/day) and 230 men (aged 52 to 72 years) taking the alpha blocker tamsulosin (0.4 mg) for lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) related to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Dutasteride significantly improved LUTS over 36 to 42 months, according to results published in Hormones Molecular Biology and Clinical Investigations. It reduced prostate volume, International Prostate Symptom Score, and PSA. However, the 5-ARI also was associated with increased blood glucose, hemoglobin A1c, triglycerides, and low-density lipoprotein levels over the long term. In addition, dutasteride appeared to increase liver transaminase activity and Aging Male Symptom score, which indicates inflammation and reduced quality of life.

The team also found reduced testosterone levels and worsening ED as assessed by the International Index of Erectile Function questionnaire. Investigators observed no such relationships in the tamsulosin group.“We have to re-think more seriously about the metabolic adverse effects of drugs that inhibit 5-alpha reductases and their negative impact on men’s health” Dr Traish said. “We strongly recommend that physicians discuss with their patients these potential serious adverse effects of long-term dutasteride therapy prior to instituting this form of treatment.”

(finasteride) Film-coated Tablets

PROPECIA (Finasteride powder) tablets contain finasteride as the active ingredient. Finasteride, a synthetic 4-azasteroid compound, is a specific inhibitor of steroid Type II 5α-reductase, an intracellular enzyme that converts the androgen testosterone into 5α-dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

The chemical name of finasteride is N-tert-Butyl-3-oxo-4-aza-5α-androst-1-ene-17β-carboxamide. The empirical formula of finasteride is C23H36N2O2 and its molecular weight is 372.55. Its structural formula is:

Finasteride is a white crystalline powder with a melting point near 250°C. It is freely soluble in chloroform and in lower alcohol solvents but is practically insoluble in water.

PROPECIA (finasteride) tablets are film-coated tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 1 mg of finasteride and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, talc, docusate sodium, yellow ferric oxide, and red ferric oxide.
In general, daily use for three months or more is necessary before benefit is observed. Continued use is recommended to sustain benefit, which should be re-evaluated periodically. Withdrawal of treatment leads to reversal of effect within 12 months.

Women should not handle crushed or broken PROPECIA tablets when they are pregnant or may potentially be pregnant because of the possibility of absorption of finasteride and the subsequent potential risk to a male fetus. PROPECIA tablets are coated and will prevent contact with the active ingredient during normal handling, provided that the tablets are not broken or crushed [see WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS, Use In Specific Populations and Patient Counseling Information].

Because clinical trials are conducted under widely varying conditions, adverse reaction rates observed in the clinical trials of a drug cannot be directly compared to rates in the clinical trials of another drug and may not reflect the rates observed in clinical practice.

Clinical Studies For PROPECIA (Finasteride 1 mg) In The Treatment Of Male Pattern Hair Loss

In three controlled clinical trials for PROPECIA of 12-month duration, 1.4% of patients taking PROPECIA (n=945) were discontinued due to adverse experiences that were considered to be possibly, probably or definitely drug-related (1.6% for placebo; n=934).

Clinical adverse experiences that were reported as possibly, probably or definitely drug-related in ≥1% of patients treated with PROPECIA or placebo are presented in Table 1.
