Butt Hinge
The most common type of hinge used on doors is the butt hinge. It’s so named because the two leaves are mortised into the door and frame, allowing the two to butt up to each other. There are three different types of butt hinges: plain, ball bearing, and spring-loaded.
Builders generally use plain butt hinges for lightweight interior doors. A pin, that may or may not be removable, joins the two leaves (or plates) at the hinge’s knuckles.
Ball Bearing Hinge
The ball bearing hinge has lubricated bearings between the hinge’s knuckles to reduce friction caused by heavy doors. These durable hinges are ideal for heavy entryway doors or those that sustain frequent use.
Spring-Loaded Butt Hinge
To assure a door closes behind you, use a spring-loaded butt hinge. Often used on screen doors, you can calibrate these hinges to open or close with varying degrees of tension.
Rising Butt Hinge
A rising butt hinge raises the door ½-inch to clear a thick-pile carpet or threshold. When closed, it looks like a regular hinge.
Barrel Hinge
For specialty woodworking projects, like a box or small cabinet, use the barrel hinge. This small hinge is ideal for projects where you want the hinge concealed from view. To install, simply drill holes the right size to accommodate the barrels and insert the hinge. Typically made of brass, barrel hinges are not designed for load-bearing applications.
Concealed Hinge
Designed to be unseen, concealed hinges don’t detract from the beauty of fine furniture or cabinetry. They can be self-closing and, with the aid of a couple of screws, adjusted. Knife (Pivot) Hinge

Amorphous metal – A technological advantage Amorphous metal (AM) enables a significant reduction in no-load losses as compared to RGO, up to 70 percent lower as noted in the table for representative liquid-filled transformer designs.
Studies have also shown benefits from AM in the presence of harmonics or integer multiples of the power frequency (50 or 60 Hz). When non-linear loads (eg, rotating machines) are present, they cause the current and voltage waveforms to distort, causing harmonics which increase losses in the transformer and reduce power quality. So, the amorphous transformer manufacturers call the amorphous metal distribution transformer as the Metallic Glass Transformer as well. When the metals used for the core are crystalline, they produce more heat. With the specially made amorphous alloy distribution transformer, the core is not crystalline. This means, the transformer produces less heat during load. When the loss is super low, this type of transformer is called super low loss amorphous transformer.
The applications and advantages of an amorphous distribution transformer are ample. Amorphous iron transformer core has high magnetic susceptibility and high electrical resistance. Amorphous transformers in India are either imported or manufactured locally by amorphous core transformer manufacturers in India. These are made with a ferromagnetic amorphous metal as the core. The mixture of iron, silicon and boron give the core very low coercivity. The two kinds of losses are heavily reduced with an amorphous core transformer. When there is no load, the loss is called the no load loss. This is mainly due the core of the transformer heating up.
With the non-crystalline metal alloys, the loss is reduced to more than 70%. The other type of loss is called the copper loss; this is when the transformer is under heavy load. A typical amorphous core transformer (AMT) has less copper than the conventional transformers. Due to this fact, an AMT can have less efficiency at full load. To compensate this, more copper and core materials are added to making energy efficient AMTs. This is why they are expensive than the traditional ones. The present invention relates to a parcel of a deoxidizer and, more particularly, to a parcel which contains a deoxidizer for long preservation or package of goods such as foodstuffs, garments and drugs.
2. Description of the Related Art
In recent years, a method has been used widely for storing and preserving various goods such as foodstuffs, garments and drugs, by keeping such goods in a sealed system together with a deoxidizer which removes oxygen in the sealed system.
Usually, the deoxidizer in such a sealed system is contained in a small sack or parcel with gas-permeable wall. It is preferred that the material of the parcel enables the gas- or oxygen permeability to be adjusted as desired.
To comply with such a demand, various parcel materials have been proposed hitherto. For instance, Japanese Utility Model Post-Examination Publication No. 44-20879 discloses a laminated sheet material composed of a paper having a large gas-permeability and a polyethylene film having a multiplicity of tiny pores, the paper and the polyethylene film being heat-bonded together. On the other hand, Japanese Patent Post-Examination Publication No. 60-37791 discloses a laminated sheet material composed of two plastic films with tiny pores superposed on each other through the intermediary of a sheet of water-proof paper.
These known materials, which employ plastic films and paper sheets bonded together by heat and pressure, suffer from a common disadvantage in that the tiny pores in the plastic film are refilled or deformed by the heat and pressure applied during the bonding with the result that the gas-permeability of the sack fluctuates greatly. Another problem is that the laminated sheet materials exhibit only a small resistance to any force which acts to delaminate the plastic film and the paper sheet from each other.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a deoxidizer parcel made of a laminated sheet material which experiences only a small fluctuation, if any, in the gas-permeability and which has an improved strength against any delaminating force.
To achieve this technical object, the present inventors made an intense study to reach a conclusion that a deoxidizer parcel, which enables an easy adjustment of gas-permeability and which has a large strength against delaminating force, can be obtained by using, as the sack material, a laminated sheet composed of a gas-permeable sheet and a plastic film bonded together, wherein, the plastic film is irradiated with a laser beam after the bonding so that only the plastic film is perforated.
Thus, according to the present invention, there is provided a deoxidizer parcel having a parcel body and a deoxidizer contained in the parcel body, at least a part of the parcel body being made of a composite sheet, the composite sheet comprising: a gas-permeable sheet; and a plastic film laminated on and bonded to the gas-permeable sheet and having a multiplicity of minute pores; the pores having been formed by subjecting the plastic film already bonded to the gas-permeable sheet to irradiation with a laser beam.

The U.S. Forest Service recently awarded grants of more than $15 million to fund 60 projects. These grants will help develop and expand the use of wood products, strengthen emerging wood energy markets, and protect community forests. Matching funds and partner funds of $30 million bring the total to $45 million.
China has promised to plant nearly 9 million acres of new forest each year - an area larger than Belgium - from now through 2025 to combat climate change and protect natural habitats. The plan is described as "land greening" by China's State Forestry and Grasslands Commission.
A new study shows that tropical mountain forests in Africa store about 150 tons of carbon per hectare. This is significantly more carbon than previously thought and is more per unit area than the Amazon rainforest. However, nearly one million hectares of forest have been lost in the region in the past 20 years.
Taking this into account, it's not at all surprising that World of Warcraft fans have a very clear idea of what the next expansion might entail, even if it hasn't yet been announced by Blizzard Entertainment. According to the vast assortment of leaks and rumors that came out in the past few months, it is a common belief that the next World of Warcraft expansion is going to be set on the Dragon Isles, and a recent update to Dragonblight's mini-map only further strengthens this idea.
To cut straight to the point: while the mini-map for Dragonblight has indeed been recently updated, there have been no tangible changes to the location compared to a work-in-progress version uploaded to the game's database as far back as 8.2 during Battle for Azeroth. That being said, given that the mini-map for this version of Galakrond's Rest has been regenerated, and comparing it with the previous leaks pertaining to a potential Dragon-themed expansion, there are a lot of coincidences at play.
The main differences this version of Dragonblight has over its predecessor (shown on the right) is that any Titan architecture has been scrubbed out, including the iconic Wyrmrest Temple overlooking the zone. Furthermore, the bones of Galakrond are missing, as well as the Ruby, Bronze, and Obsidian Dragonshrines.
The implications of these omissions point towards a fascinating possibility – a new Caverns of Time instance featuring the defeat of Galakrond by the primordial, early versions of the original Dragon Aspects: Ysera, Nozdormu, Malygos, Alextrasza, and Neltharion. For an expansion allegedly themed around dragons and their future, going back to the past to observe one of the most pivotal moments in their history would be a great concept for World of Warcraft to tackle.
Given the poor reception the ending of Shadowlands received, as well as the fatigue the players have had over World of Warcraft's focus on its cosmic lore, scaling it all back for a simple expansion built around thwarting a resurrected Galakrond could be the breath of fresh air World of Warcraft's story sorely needs.
