In 2000, the rolling bearing was chosen by metallurgy and mining industry. In China, our company is the first to adopt the rolling bearing in 32003600 aggregate mill and its operation has been excellent since July 2005. In 2006, our company successfully changed the two movable bearings of the 5500x1800 wet-type autogenous grinding mill into rolling bearing.
At present, the hundreds of thousands of aggregate mills in our country adopt rolling bearing and every aggregate mill is able to save electricity worth billion yuan every year without influencing the ore grinding efficiency.
In recent years, there are more and more research on the improvement of the aggregate mill at home and abroad and the analysis of the main technical factors of the improved bearing technology is as follows:
1. Factors of the spherical roller bearing:
The spherical roller bearing has many features such as high load ability, suitable for heavy load and vibration load, good adjustable spherical ability and low limit rotary rate. The aggregate mill will produce huge deflection under heavy workload.
2. Sealing of the bearing:
The bad working environment of the aggregate mill has high requirements for the sealing of the bearing. If the sealing of the bearing is not tight and foreign matters and dust go in, the particle of the bearing rolling pipe will be abraded and the bearing will become warm, as a result, the stickiness of the lubricating grease will decrease and the lubricating effect will be reduced. If water and harmful gas go into the bearing, the spare parts of the bearing may be eroded and the service life of the bearing will be decrease. For the above-mentioned reasons, the sealing of the bearing has great importance.
