For people who missed it, once the Buy fortnite materials time arrived, a rocket blasted off to the sky only to split apart as it got high in the atmosphere. A bit broke off and landed elsewhere on the island, but then things got really weird. As a friend and I watched, we saw a laser being fired out of the sky down to Tilted Towers, and then we all witnessed the rocket (or a different rocket?) Go directly to your popular landing place and disappear to a portal.

A few minutes went by, then a rocket warped into the world only to fly and warp out again, as though it was leaping between dimensions. At length, a rocket flew directly up into the sky and struck the"ceiling" of the world, producing giant luminous cracks and possibly dimensional rifts.

There's a giant crack in the sky, but what is going to occur when Season 5 starts? Epic Games released a few screenshots to tease what is next, but Fortnite equipment they do not tell you much except the rifts could deliver things from another time on the island.

Since the event, the Fortnite world has been shifting gradually. The crack in the sky has been getting bigger, and other small rifts have appeared in various places around the island. In certain places, items (from another dimension?)

The giant signs in both Lonely Lodge along with the motel in the northwest portion of the map have been consumed by smaller portals in these areas.
