Steep price to cover the OSRS gold from Limm's blog
However, you'd be so objectivly wrong that your oponion does not have any worth. Even if it were , $10 a month is a steep price to cover the OSRS gold low cost"gameplay" and"neighborhood". Runescape has content for hours of grinding you need to do in order to reach its number. That is not content, that's a slog.
So tell me : Why does it take a million hours for in most stats to 99? Why are the drop rates for good gear low? Is the econamy STILL broken? Is Runescape so blatantly mind-numbingly dull? Money. Money is the answer. To access 90% of the material, you want to pay a monthly fee. This single fact essentially discredits the whole game; Why does OSRS cost you based on time and simotaniously wase your own time? Because, of course, it wants to sink in it's skinner-box claws to your mind and see how much time it may take you (and your wallet) for a ride.
MMOs don't need to do that, and they shouldn't. Don't do it as awful as how to buy gold in runescape. Whenever I see some brainwashed soul shield Runescape, I am reminded of somebody with stockholm syndrome, or even someone at a toxic relationship with an abusive spouse. OSRS has trapped you in the fiscal ploy of it, holding your lender hostage and your character . It states you so the short jingle of the level up audio is the only way that you can extract happiness.
They have conditioned you into believing you enjoy doing the same thing over and over again. Nobody is like this. It does not make sense; it is irrational to do exactly the exact same thing a lot of times.
