Jordan Retro Shoes has invited select media to a special event in Los Angeles to preview upcoming footwear releases around All-Star Weekend as well as the 30th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 3. Our preview starts with a first look at the Air Jordan 3 "Tinker Hatfield", a realization of the legendary footwear designer's early sketch of the Air Jordan 3. Tinker's original vision for his first Air Jordan shoe did indeed have a swoosh and Nike logos on the upper, but the final product obviously shed the branding for a simpler aesthetic.
New Jordans 2018, The 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan 3 is celebrated in a big way this year, as we are already going to see the return of the iconic White Cement and Black Cement colorways. This time, a new addition will be added with the release of this special edition Air Jordan 3 Tinker NRG silhouette. With the shoe basically designed by Tinker Hatfield, the shoe features a mixture of the iconic white cement and black cement hues, as it pays tribute to Tinker Hatfield's original Air Jordan 3 sketch which now comes to life to celebrate 30 years of the iconic sneaker. Swoosh logos are the highlight on the sides, "NIKE" branding on the medial side of the collar. Nike Air branding on the heels, sketched graphic insoles and Tinker's signature behind the tongues. The shoe will also come with a Tinker Hatfield hangtag and a special Tinker Hatfield box.
New Jordans 2017, It's the thirtieth anniversary of the Jumpman's third signature model, and along with the forthcoming Black/Cement colourway and new Flyknit AJ3, Nike will be releasing an extra-special edition of the silhouette that pays homage to its maker, Tinker Hatfield.
