I'll begin by answering the question and then reply with my views. The discussion is meant to be open for everyone. For simplicity's sake I'll use the term pf2p to refer to pure free play. This is a player who has never been an RS member. RS.
Do you believe that players who have earned the same level of skill as pure f2p's merit more recognition than those who achieve the same skill in less time. This is just for the skills that f2ps and members have access too and comparing it is a bit silly. Additionally, I do realize that players who are free need to pay 6 bucks for their skillcape. Pf2P refers to someone who has earned a 99 but only pays 6 dollars to purchase the skillcape. Not one who waits until they are 90 before becoming a member for faster leveling.
It's a reality that there are always people who try to downplay others' achievements by labeling them as 'nolifers' or "nerds". This is an interesting question as it requires more time and effort for the same level of skill as a player than a member Buy RuneScape 2007 Gold. Unless an unfair comparism is created.
