A Riverside woman was charged with child abandonment Thursday after she left her 2 year old daughter in a grocery store over the weekend, officials said.
Chiengkham Vilaysane, 31, faces a felony count of child abandonment and a misdemeanor count of child endangerment, said John Hall, a spokesman for the Riverside County district attorney's office.
