Maybe 'I'm Marrying a Jackass' Didn't Test Well
BAM MARGERA, the professional skateboarder imitation cartier ring trinity and ''Jackass'' star, is used to making appearances at his hometown courthouse, but on this frosty Wednesday morning he was here of his own volition, more or less. He had arrived at a sterile and totally not rad government office (just across the hall from the tax cartier love ring diamond fake claims and liens bureau) with his fianc? Missy Rothstein, an MTV camera crew close behind recording Mr. Margera, the scruffy 27 year old daredevil, as he took the biggest plunge of all: applying for a marriage license.
Before the young couple could qualify, however, they had to answer a series of seemingly perfunctory questions posed by a clerk, who addressed the groom to be by his given name, Brandon. Were either of them afflicted with any transmittable diseases? Were they under the influence of liquor or other intoxicants? Were they weak minded or insane? Mr. Margera thought long and hard about each of these inquiries before answering no to all.
Finally cartier diamond rings replica the clerk asked if they had fully contemplated the responsibilities of marriage and were certain they wanted to go through with it. Ms. Rothstein, a slender, 26 year old West Chester native who works at a nearby sign shop, was first to respond. ''If I wasn't sure,'' she said, ''I would have run away a long fake ring cartier time ago.''
Then she waited for her betrothed to pay the $50 cash application fee, but Mr. Margera had forgotten to bring any money. Instead their camera crew pooled their resources and bought the couple their ticket to a future of connubial bliss, dirty diapers and equitable distribution laws.
The singles scene's loss is cable television's gain. Beginning on Tuesday the unorthodox, mostly unscripted preparations for Mr. Margera and Ms. Rothstein's wedding will provide the raw footage for a new MTV reality series, ''Bam's Unholy Union,'' the third MTV show on which Mr. Margera has played a prominent role.
Those viewers who were unaware of his skateboarding exploits were introduced to Mr. Margera on ''Jackass,'' the stunt show that featured him running amok at a rest stop while dressed as an escaped mental patient and setting off fireworks in the bedroom of his sleeping parents. A spinoff, ''Viva la Bam,'' followed Mr. Margera, his family and friends as they wreaked havoc on the Pennsylvania estate near here that he built from endorsement deals for skating gear, apparel and Right Guard deodorant.
Last January Mr. Margera and Ms. Rothstein were shopping at the Cartier store in the King of Prussia Mall when they discovered a diamond engagement ring that happened to fit Ms. Rothstein's finger perfectly. Mr. Margera took it as a sign and decided to propose on the spot.
''I was like, 'Now's the time,' '' Mr. Margera recalled over lunch at a local pub, swigging Strongbow cider while Ms. Rothstein sipped unsweetened iced tea. ''We just sat there and drank three bottles of Champagne. Then we forgot to get gas on the way home, and we straight up ran out of gas on Route 202.''
After celebrating the good news with Ms. Rothstein's family, Mr. Margera reached out to MTV. ''Bam called up and said: 'Hey, I'm getting married. Is that a show?' '' Lois Curren, the network's executive vice president for series entertainment and programming, recalled in a telephone interview. ''And we thought, 'Yes, we believe it is.' It offers this different prism for our viewers to look at things like marriage for the first time. It's tender and it's torturous at the same time.''
The same could be said for Mr. Margera and Ms. Rothstein's tumultuous courtship. Though they had been friends since they were in sixth grade together, by 2001 they were dating other people who would not allow them to see each other. (''They must have been jealous for a reason,'' Ms. Rothstein said.)
But two years ago they found themselves available again after Ms. Rothstein parted ways with her boyfriend and Mr. Margera endured a particularly nasty split from his former fianc? the actress Jenn Rivell, against whom Mr. Margera would later seek an order of protection. ''Sometimes when you're with somebody, and all their stuff is at your house, it's so hard to break up with them,'' Mr. Margera explained. ''You don't know what they're going to wreck and destroy.''
After reuniting and embarking on a relationship of their own, Mr. Margera and Ms. Rothstein discovered they were a perfect match. ''I love his spontaneity, even though it drives me crazy sometimes,'' Ms. Rothstein said. ''I'd be bored if he was normal like everyone else.''
Mr. Margera said: ''If it's Valentine's Day, I don't want her to expect flowers from me just because that's what you're supposed to do. My Valentine's Day is May 5.''in regards to cartier necklace white gold clou fake The late

WHAT IS BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS?Bacterial vaginosis (BV) causes unusual vaginal discharge, but not soreness or itching.

Vaginas have five different strains of bacteria, with the Lactobacillus species typically being the most dominant.
There is general consensus among sexual health researchers that vaginas are healthiest when dominated by the L. crispatus strain.
This helps to keep the intimate area at a healthy pH, as well as fighting off bacteria, yeast and viruses before they establish.
Indeed, studies have shown that women with high levels of L. crispatus have a lower risk of all infections including HIV.
Yet, this can be easily thrown off kilter, as semen and even menstruation can classic Perlée bracelet fake reduce Lactobacillus numbers, allowing BV causing bacteria to thrive.
The new study by Melbourne's Monash University showed condom less sex with a new partner significantly drives up levels of two dangerous bacteria: Gardnerella vaginalis and Lactobacillus iners.
To reach this conclusion, the research team tracked the bacteria living in 52 women's vaginas for a year.
Each woman swabbed her vagina every three months and kept a record of any sexual activities.
They also made a note of whether a condom was used during penetrative sex.
Overwhelmingly, women who had unprotected sex with new partners ended up having higher concentrations ofGardnerella vaginalis and Lactobacillus iners in their vagina than women using condoms or women in long term relationships.
Lead investigator Lenka Vodstrcil, a research fellow at the university's sexual health center, said the findings suggest high levels of bacteria are sexually transmitted, just like any other STI.
The findings are not unprecedented;Dr Janneke van de Wijgert, professor of infection and global health at University of Liverpool, went at far as to call sex with a new partner 'a microbial assault on the vagina,' according to New Scientist.

'So many years I thought that I have no more scars, no more pain when I'm in heaven. But now heaven on earth for me!' Phuc says upon her arrival in Miami to see a dermatologist who specializes in laser treatments for burn patients.
Late last month, Phuc, 52, began a series of laser treatments that her doctor, Jill Waibel of the Miami Dermatology and Laser Institute, says will Hermes Kelly bag copy smooth and soften the pale, thick scar tissue that ripples from her left hand up her arm, up her neck to her hairline and down almost all of her back.
Even more important to Phuc, Waibel says the treatments also will relieve the deep aches and pains that plague her to this day.
Kim Phuc, here in 1996, looks at a photo of herself holding her sleeping son, her back still bearing scars from the napalm burns, during a visit to the photography exhibit, 'Eyewitness 1996,' at the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles.
With Phuc are her husband, Bui Huy Toan, and another man who has been part of her life since she was 9 years old: Los Angeles based Associated Press photojournalist Nick Ut.
'He's the beginning and the end,' Phuc says of the man she calls 'Uncle Ut.''
'He took my picture and now he'll be here with me with this new journey, new chapter.'
It was Ut, now 65, who captured Phuc's agony on June 8, 1972, after the South Vietnamese military accidentally dropped napalm on civilians in Phuc's village, Trang Bang, outside Saigon.
Ut remembers the girl screaming in Vietnamese, 'Too hot! Too hot!'
He put her in the AP van where she crouched on the floor, her burnt skin raw and peeling off her body as she sobbed, 'I think I'm dying, too hot, too hot, I'm dying.'
He took her to a hospital. Only then did he return to the Saigon bureau to file his photographs, including the one of Phuc on fire that would win the Pulitzer Prize.
Phuc suffered serious burns over a third of her Hermes handbag imitation body; at that time, most people who sustained such injuries over 10 percent of their bodies died, Waibel says.

While she spent years doing painful exercises to preserve her range of motion, her left arm still doesn't extend as far as her right arm, and her desire to learn how to play the piano has been thwarted by stiffness in her left hand.
Tasks as simple as carrying her purse on her left side are too difficult.
'As a child, I loved to climb on the tree, like a monkey,' picking the best guavas, tossing them down to her friends, Phuc says. 'After I got burned, I never climbed on the tree anymore and I never played the game like before with my friends. It's really difficult. I was really, really disabled.'
Triggered by scarred nerve endings that misfire at random, her pain is especially acute when the seasons change in Canada, where Phuc defected with her husband in the early 1990s.
The couple live outside Toronto, and they have two sons, ages 21 and 18.
Phuc says her Christian faith brought her physical and emotional peace "in the midst of hatred, bitterness, pain, loss, hopelessness,' when the pain seemed insurmountable.
'No operation, no medication, no doctor can Hermes Kelly handbag copy help to heal my heart. The only one is a miracle, (that) God love me,' she says. 'I just wish one day I am free from pain.'
Ut thinks of Phuc as a daughter, and he worried when, during their regular phone calls, she described her pain.
When he travels now in Vietnam, he sees how the war lingers in hospitals there, in children born with defects attributed to Agent Orange and in others like Phuc, who were caught in napalm strikes. If their pain continues, he wonders, how much hope is there for Phuc?
