Sona sweetens proposed capital repayment

KUALA LUMPUR: Sona Petroleum Bhd, which is making its second attempt at a qualifying acquisition (QA), has sweetened its proposed capital repayment that is conditional on shareholders approving its US$25mil (RM96.9mil) purchase of Stag Oilfield assets in western Australia.

The special purpose acquisition vehicle told Bursa Malaysia that under the revised plan from the management team, the proposed cash distribution had been fixed at 8 sen per share compared with 0 to 7.1 sen previously. This time the amount does not vary based on the level of share repurchase.

This means the total amount to be distributed will range from about RM68mil (in the case of 25% share repurchase) to RM90mil (without repurchase of Sona shares from dissenting shareholders) compared with 0 to RM80mil previously.

There is no share repurchase threshold condition unlike under the original proposal, whereby the capital repayment would not be done if total payment for share repurchase exceeds copy van cleef turquoise necklace RM60mil.

The source of funds for the repayment may not only be the remaining 20% of the trust amount. It may also include proceeds from the conversion of warrants by Platinum Autumn Sdn Bhd, the company owned by Sona management team.

The new plan requires at least an additional layer of approval that of the Securities Commission to exempt Platinum Autumn from the obligation to undertake a mandatory takeover offer on Sona.

As Platinum Autumn may exercise up to 193.5 million warrants to fund the proposed revised capital repayment, it proposes to vary the timing for the release of the moratorium securities 34% of the securities by Sept 30, 2016, and 66% by Aug 31, 2019 (the one year aniversary of the van cleef and arpel clover necklace knock off renewal of the production licence).

Sona shareholders had on March 30 adjourned its EGM that was supposed to decide on its proposed qualifying acquisition Stag Oilfield assets in western Australia after a request was made to the board to sweeten the proposed capital repayment,

On Wednesday, Sona also announced that the adjourned EGM would be held on April 26 or any further adjournment thereof.

For the deal to pass through, the company must obtain the approval of shareholders representing at least 75% of its issued shares.

This is Sona second attempt after having abandoned its earlier plan to buy a stake in London based Salamander Energy Plc Thai oil and gas blocks for US$281.2mil.

proposed revised capital repayment is intended to reward the company shareholders for their support to the company and the proposed acquisition in an equitable and transparent manner. It provides vintage alhambra necklace knock off upfront value to investors in the form of an immediate cash payment of 8 sen per share or about 17% return based on the share price of 46 sen per share, Sona said.

It added that the exercise of warrants by Platinum Autumn to facilitate the proposed revised capital repayment would involve additional financial commitment by Platinum Autumn, hence showing the management team commitment towards the company and the success of the proposed acquisition.

The proposed revised capital repayment is expected to be completed by the third quarter of this year, subject to all the relevant approvals being obtained and the completion of the proposed acquisition.

Social Network Tools Have Two Edges

Officer Trey Economidy of the Albuquerque police now realizes that he should have thought harder before listing his occupation on his Facebook profile as "human waste disposal."

After he was involved in a fatal on duty shooting in February, a local television station dug up the Facebook page. Officer Economidy was placed on desk duty, and last month the Albuquerque Police Department announced a new policy to govern officers' use of social networking sites.

Social networking tools like Facebook and Twitter can be valuable assets for law enforcement agencies, helping them alert the public, seek information about crimes and gather evidence about the backgrounds of criminal suspects. But the Internet can also get police departments into trouble.

Public gaffes like Officer Economidy's his cynical job description on Facebook was "extremely inappropriate and a lapse in judgment on my part," he said last week in an e mail are only one of the risks. vintage alhambra necklace knock off A careless posting on a networking site, law enforcement experts say, can endanger an officer's safety, as it did in Santa Monica, Calif., last year when the Police Department went to great lengths to conceal a wounded officer's identity and location, only to have a retired officer inadvertently reveal them on Facebook.

In an Arkansas case, a federal appeals court cited as evidence of a police officer's character photos he posted on MySpace showing him pointing a gun at the camera, flanked by a skull and the legend "the PUNISHER."

The problem is serious enough that departments across the country are scrambling to develop rules to govern what officers can and cannot do online.

"This is something that all the police chiefs around the country, if you're not dealing with it, you better deal with it," said Mark A. Marshall, chief of police in Smithfield, Va., and the president of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, which has developed its own model policy.

Most social media policies try to balance a police department's interests against First Amendment protections for the officers. Many include prohibitions against posting any statements that could replica van cleef and arpels necklace clover discredit or reflect badly on a department, that illustrate reckless behavior or that disparage people based on race, religion or sexual orientation. Posting crime scene photos or other evidence from criminal cases online is also prohibited by most policies.

Others go further. Albuquerque's policy, for example, prohibits officers from identifying themselves as employees of the Police Department or posting van cleef and arpel clover necklace knock off photos of departmental insignia badges, uniforms, cruisers without permission. And a recent policy by the Police Department in Pueblo, Colo., bans gossiping online with outsiders about department affairs.

Police officials say that the courts have generally upheld restrictions on the speech of government employees when the speech is job related.

But David L. Hudson Jr., a scholar at the First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt University, said the lower courts were still sorting out the implications of the Supreme Court's decisions involving job related speech.

"The question of when employees can be disciplined for off duty speech is hazy," he said. "Part of our core nature is what we do for a living, and to prohibit somebody from engaging in any kind of expression related to their job is arguably too broad."

"You need to get a handle on this very quickly, because this has the potential to damage the reputation of the organization and also adversely affect you in the courtroom," Chief Schultz said, adding that some social media sites appeared to be "like the bathroom wall of 20 years ago, except now the entire world can see it."

His department, he said, has hired a compliance officer to investigate the online presence of any police officer "who comes to the attention of the department," by examining social network pages and running the officer's name through Google.

You can also get yourself into legal hot water by making threats, using harassing or abusive language, making collection calls at odd hours or too often, or by making false statements about what will happen if the debtor doesn't pay.
Who will reign in Flanders

The race around the region of Flanders in northern Belgium has almost a mythical status in road cycling. Many races take in the area and it's a staple of any preparation for the monument to include the cobbled semi classics. Races like E3 Harelbeke, Gent Wevelgem and Omloop het Nieuwsblad take on extra significance as indicators for the 'Ronde van Vlaanderen'.

The 2017 Tour of Flanders will be broadcast 2 April on SBS Viceland and streamed live on Cycling Central from 9.20 pm AEDT.

All the climbs that make up the Tour of Flanders route have been seen before already and the course has largely remained the same from last year's race. The final 75 kilometres is exactly the same as last year and again, it looks like the double punch of the Oude Kwaremont and Paterberg is again set to be the scene of a lot of the action. It is the Tour of Flanders though and attacks can come at any moment and inattention is punished severely.

It seems crude and simplistic to break down a race that contains 18 climbs, 260 kilometres total distance covered and 202 riders as a race between two. Nonetheless, the dominant narrative heading into the Ronde has been the anticipation of the rivalry between the Olympic champion Greg van Avermaet (BMC) and World champion Peter Sagan (Bora Hansgrohe).

Sagan will clip in at the start as defending champion after out duelling Fabian Cancellara last year in a performance for the ages and as always comes into the race seemingly in a great position to win. Of course he is a perennial contender to win any race that he lines up in and it seems that he has been feeling that pressure more in recent weeks.

At Milan San Remo, he remarked that Michal Kwiatkowski (Team Sky) owed him a beer after sitting on his wheel in the final kilometres to take the final victory in the sprint before getting worked up over Niki Terpstra's (QuickStep Floors) lack of cooperation at Gent Wevelgem when van Avermaet and Jens Keukeleire (Orica Scott) made the race winning move.

Van Avermaet is a very different character to the bombastic Slovak, as reserved as Sagan is out going, but he comes into the race with supreme confidence after taking out a unique triptych of semi classic races. Omloop het Nieuwsblad, E3 Harelbeke and Gent Wevelgem have all ended up in wins for the Belgian star and he's coming into the Ronde van Vlaanderen with arguably the best form of his life.

Last year's race ended in tears by the side of the road, nursing a broken collarbone and shattered dreams. He'll get a chance to make amends this year and looks in supreme shape to do so. Going up against Sagan won't faze van Avermaet, he is one of a select few that will back himself in a sprint after 250 hermes mens belt replica kilometres against the world champion and by no means will he just sit back and wait for a bunch kick.

The problem that both the favourites will share is that they are 200 other riders on the startlist equally keen to see themselves win the race and they don't have the strongest teams to support their bid. Other riders will feel that they have a great chance at causing an upset as van Avermaet and Sagan can't afford to chase down every move and it could well be a surprise winner that spoils the party for the big names.

Luke Durbridge (Orica Scott) is the great Australian hope in the race, his form in the last month of classics has been nothing short of outstanding and he's confirmed that he deserves to be mentioned in the top echelon of contenders for the race. A sixth at Strade Bianche was followed by two fourths in Dwars dor Vlaanderen and E3 Harelbeke and his form is topping off nicely with a series of strong showing in Drieesdage de Panne over the last few days.

The power which once saw Durbridge regarded as one of the top time triallists going around has been put to good use with his improved grit and endurance and it's got to the point where he could spring a surprise over the more established classics stars. He will have to arrive at the finish solo, the Australian has never been renowned as having a great turn of pace in a sprint.

The strongest team in the race will be the Belgian squad QuickStep Floors who boast former three time winner Tom Boonen along with a squad of hopefuls. Boonen is reaching the end of his career but still has plenty of fight left in him and it would be folly to expect anything less than a full gas effort from 'Tommeke'.

He will be aided by Niki Terpstra, who finished second in 2015 and has been in the Top 10 four times in the past five editions. Terpstra is arguably the most consistent rider in Flanders, a race where ill chance and missed opportunity mar even the most blessed riders. Yves Lampaert, Zdenek Stybar and Phillipe Gilbert are all other potential winners and the QuickStep Floors squad will be very unhappy if they aren't at the pointy end of the race with multiple options for the win.

The other Belgian squad, Lotto Soudal, will be keen to show their numbers in any final split as well. They don't quite have the pedigree or sheer numbers of QuickStep but they have a bit more of the surprise factor about them and an aggressive mindset that should serve them well. 23 year old Tiesj Benoot came from nowhere in 2015 to finish fifth as a neo pro and will deservedly take leadership into the race here after consistent showings so far this season. With names like Jurgen Roelandts, Andre Greipel and Jens Debusschere alongside him, expect the red colours of Lotto Soudal to have a significant impact in shaping the race, particular if they work with QuickStep.

2015 winner Alexander Kristoff (Katusha) may not be the rider everyone is talking about heading into the race but that is when the big Norwegian performs at his best. He surprised to win his first monument at Milan San Remo then caught everyone except Niki Terpstra napping with a superb attack in Flanders to win in convincing fashion.

He looks Hermes replica belt paris to be coming into good form, his fourth at Milan San Remo has been franked with good showings at Drieesdage de Panne and he'll be a dark horse. He's said in the past that he prefers the hellingen of Flanders over the pave of Roubaix in a week's time, so it would be little surprise if Kristoff is aiming to peak his form here.

The other sprinter come classics specialist is John Degenkolb (Trek Segafredo). Conversely to Kristoff, he's a bigger fan of the Northern France cobbles than the ones in Belgium but it wouldn't be smart to hermes brown belt imitation write him off either way. His comeback from the horrific collision with a car in early 2015 has been slowly gaining momentum and this will be the first proper peak of form for the German. He'll be utterly determined to make up for lost time and there are few as gritty and determined as Degenkolb in the hard races.

The 153.3 kilometre women's event will have its own live stream and hopefully the host broadcaster switches over to live pictures whilst the men's race is still getting going to watch the decisive kilometres in the finale. From an Australian perspective, it Hermes belts replica paris should prove to be great viewing as Orica Scott has been racing with a very attacking mindset over the spring classics season.

The field is without a standout favourite this year, Boels Dolmans haven't been the dominant powerhouse of previous years and there isn't the domination of a name like Marianne Vos (WM3 Energie) or Lizzie Deignan (Boels Dolmans).

Elisa Longo Borghini (Wiggle High5) probably deserves top billing as a former winner and one of the most consistent performers in Flanders over recent seasons. Her dramatic Strade Bianche win was a while ago however, and she hasn't been in quite the same form since.

That will open the race up for names like Katarzyna Niewiadoma (WM3 Energie), Ellena Cecchini (Canyon SRAM) Ellen van Dijk and Lucinda Brand (both Sunweb). Maybe even a strong sprinter like Lotta Lepisto (Cervelo Bigla), Amalie Didereksen (Boels Dolmans), Chloe Hosking (Ale Cippolini), Jolien D'Hoore (Wiggle High5) or Coryn Rivera (Sunweb) can survive the cobbled climbs and make everyone else in the field nervous about taking them to a reduced bunch finish.

Regardless of the name that crosses the line first, the Ronde van Vlaanderen always throws up action, melodrama and nail biting racing and is rightly regarded as one of the best days of racing on the calendar.
Understanding Myron May and Other Targeted Individual

For this post, and maybe several more to follow, I'd like to take the time to talk about a little known subculture in the internet conspiracy theory world known as Targeted Individuals, or TI's for short.

First, allow me to get you all up to date on the jargon used by them so that there isn't any misunderstanding later on. A Targeted Individual is a person who believes, for whatever reasons, that they are being targeted by a group of people who conspire to make their lives a living hell. They call these people Gang Stalkers or Organized Stalkers.

TI's usually believe that the gang stalkers are apart of an even bigger conspiracy involving the Illuminati, New World Order, CIA, NSA, Homeland Security, and so on. Some even believe that these stalkers are supernatural, and work for Satan personally.

A lot of them believe cartier fake style ring that the gang stalkers have access to exotic military grade weaponry capable of beaming voices into their heads, known as V2K (voice to skull ), or are "zapping" them with EMF, which stands for Electro Magnetic Frequency.

A few of them even suggest the use of aluminum foil on their heads as shielding from these weapons, even though an MIT study has proven that their protective head gear might in fact amplify some frequencies.

Some even go further than that, and deck the entire cartier fake mens ring diamond house with various metals and aluminum foil to protect themselves from electronic attack, like this individual known on youtube as Vulcan Wolverine.

Targeted Individuals rarely, if ever, believe only in just this single conspiracy theory. A belief in a global conspiracy to rule the world is almost always a prerequisite to being a targeted individual.

Quote from the article: "The views of these belief systems are like a shark that has to be constantly fed," Dr. Hoffman said. "If you don't feed the delusion, sooner or later it will die out or diminish on its own accord. The key thing is that it needs to be repetitively reinforced." And that is exactly what this conspiracy theory subculture does. They even go so far as to actively discourage others from seeking psychiatric help, because they believe that the psychiatric industry is in on the conspiracy.

This can have a negative effect on the TI's relationships with family and friends. Because they believe that everyone is against them somehow, the ones who genuinely are concerned and want to help them as much as possible will be considered enemies.

Trying to reason with them can often be counter productive, and might lead to the TI burying themselves even further into paranoia, and might make them refuse to communicate with you further, making any attempt to help them nigh impossible unless you can prove they are a danger to themselves or others.

(testimonial from a person whose wife believes in gang stalking)

(a targeted individual talking about how his immediate family member.)

Conspiracy theorists in general typically react to anyone doubting the theories in a similar way, accusing them of being paid agents/provocateurs and so on. The difference is, the conspiracy theorist is protecting their ideological beliefs, the targeted individual is protecting their paranoid delusional perceptions of reality.

Sometimes it is a lot easier to convince yourself that you are the target of a vast conspiracy, than it is to simply admit you might be wrong.

So how does a TI deal with their persecution delusions? Some handle it by going on the internet and joining the various online communities that focus on "supporting" targeted individuals. Some write blogs, some make videos, some make comic strips, some write e books, and some make websites. being committed to a mental institution.

He goes love bangle cartier replica out into his front yard and begins shouting about how his neighbors are attacking him with stolen military equipment. The gentleman in question previous to making this video had a gun pulled on him by his neighbor for pulling similar stunts, and to be honest, I can't blame the neighbor for doing that.

I can't recall the exact videos, but this guy claimed before that he had been committed to a mental institution at least twice in the past. Some of these people can and WILL get violent, which I will show examples of later in this post.

Before I get into the meat of this post, I just want to make one thing clear. Gang stalking DOES exist, but not in the type of way these people are talking about. In the past, the KGB and the Stasi used similar tactics on their political opponents. COINTELPRO was also very similar. There is also work place mobbing, members of street gangs who will harass, stalk, and kill former members, and generally spite filled people who don't like you and want to pick on you for some percieved slight against them.

For instance, Christian Weston Chandler, an internet personality known for being a whacky autistic man with a heart of gold, was the target of a conspiracy organized by trolls to ruin his life. Except, the majority of the people making gang stalking claims now rarely, if ever, have proof that this is indeed happening to them. Somehow, through impressive mental gymnastics, the lack of evidence proves that powerful forces are seeing to it that evidence never sees the light of day.

If evidence surfaces that proves their claims wrong, they see this as further evidence that powerful forces are fabricating plausible, but still false, data. Myron May claimed he was a targeted individual. He belonged to a Facebook group named "Targeted Individuals International". He recently asked the group a question that SHOULD HAVE set off red flags for everyone in that group.

Apparently, not one person in that group thought that question was an odd one to ask. Soon after this he sent out various packages to people, and then after conducting his preparations, Myron May went to Florida State University with the intent to kill. He wounded three, and was killed by the police. One of the people he sent a package to was . She also considers herself to be a Targeted Individual. Hours before he opened fire at the Florida State University library,Myron May left a desperate voicemail for her with this plea: "I do not want to die in vain." She said that after their initial conversations, she became wary of Myron May, concerned that he might be what she called an "impostor." Instead of getting Myron May the appropriate help he needed, she in. Perhaps she could've prevented this somehow if she didn't assume that he was an impostor, rather than a person crying out for help. Included in the package she and nine others received, was a letter.

In this letter, he implied that he intended to die, and become a martyr for targeted individuals when he said, "Lastly, please whisper a prayer for my soul. I am still a believer and honestly feel there is no hope for me. Consequently, I am making a sacrifice so that others in my same position might have a chance at a normal, harassment free life. I realize that my methods are not the best selection and probably will not be perceived as the selection of a Christ follower. But I have prayed incessantly for months to no avail. There are targeted individuals that have endured this torture for decades without any relief. And what targeted individuals need more than anything is media attention."

I can not imagine why none of the recipients of this letter didn't do or say anything to anyone about it. Renee Pittman Mitchell also hosts the public Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance conference calls on . I recommend listening to it if you have about 4 5 hours to kill.

The members of that group have now erected an "RIP Myron May" page, full of martyr worship by the targeted individual community. A large portion of them believe this event was an 'inside job', perpetrated by the very same people who are targeting them. They aren't alone in this belief, because now there is cross pollination between the TI community and conspiracy theorist communities as a whole. If you type "Myron May" into the YouTube search bar, you will find that the majority of the videos in the results are conspiracy theory oriented. The only ones that aren't conspiracy oriented are the clips of news reports about the event. Before the dust has even settled, conspiracy theorists leapt on this like white on rice. And as usual, no evidence is provided, only speculation presented as if it were fact.

(Here's a drinking game, take a shot every time he makes a claim without providing evidence. On second thought, don't do it. You will 100% die from alcohol poisoning)

while 'Rocky' Schlein sees red against Redcar

You wouldn't want our luck right now, would you?

Injury and illness seem to have followed us wherever we have gone since the start of the season and the latest poor fella to suffer is Nico Covatti.

Nico suffered a terrible wrist injury at Redcar last week in a big crash. We all knew it was bad straightaway, he was in huge distress, it was horrible to see and hear him like that. Most of us riders stayed away while the medical people looked after Nico.

He has a badly broken wrist and no idea when he will be back.

It leaves us with six riders and although we say goodbye and thanks to James Sarjeant, whose loan spell with us ended this week, we welcome back Kyle Newman into the team.

It will be great to have him with us at last, although I think it's fair to say we must be a bit patient with Kyle. While we have all been racing loads, he hasn't had one full meeting yet.

In saying that, he's a quality buy fake cartier ring rider and I think he may come back with a bang tomorrow against Berwick.

So, tomorrow night it's Berwick at Foxhall, and it's been a busy week.

Last Wednesday, I rode at Poole for Coventry in a challenge meeting. I tried a few things out and was pleased with how they went. I should have got a couple more points than I did after messing up in heat 15.

On Thursday we were well beaten at Redcar, but all thoughts were with Nico to be honest, while poor Cameron Heeps spent most of the night with his head in a bucket being sick those cheap takeaways!

Only kidding! But poor old Cam really was ill from start to finish. Don't know what bug he got, but it was pretty nasty. I felt sorry for him and he sensibly took the weekend off.

So, after all that, the next night I rode for Leicester at Belle Vue.

We should have won. The Lions were six points up with three heats to go and we conceded a 5 1 in every flippin' race!

GRRRRR! And that isn't a Lions growl either, it's a hacked off growl.

Still, love replica ring cartier we picked up a point, something many teams won't do at Belle Vue. Leicester are a good side, we just need a bit more track time at home to get used to our own place.

So, after a disappointing Friday, it was at least a very happy Saturday.

Redcar were back at Foxhall and despite having to use rider replacement and guest Josh Bates, we were excellent and I'm glad the fans responded with some superb support.

Now, there are a few things about this meeting I need to bring to your attention.

1. Josh Bates was brilliant. I like Josh a lot, he can be a bit mad, but he's a quality rider. You don't win cartier replica ring women British U 21 titles as he has done if you lack quality.

2. Rider replacement got a max. Yes, with Ritchie Hawkins having caught Cam's bug (goodness knows how he did that! Ha! Ha!), It was Chris Louis who took over as team boss against Redcar and duly slotted the right pegs in the right holes. What a genius. (Is that OK, Chris?).

3. We have a new nickname for one of the riders in the Witches camp. It's not Rory Schlein, but 'Rocky' Schlein! Yes, Rory, sorry 'Rocky', was in fighting mood after a little 'altercation' with Redcar's Ben Barker in heat 15. It all kicked off for a while as 'Rocky' was held back, but order was soon restored.

So, next day we headed north to Newcastle and again our injury jinx struck.

Josh Bates, who was so brilliant for us the night before, damaged his wrist in his first ride and suddenly we were down to five fit riders!

We battled on and our two reserves, Connor Mountain and Danyon Hume were again excellent.

In fact I think we put on quite a good show to be honest. We were only four behind with six heats to go, but we ran out of riders in the final few races.

What a few days. And I'm back to Newcastle on Sunday in the British semi finals where I'll be looking to start the defence of my British title. Can't wait.

As the crowd erupted, Davis knocked the ball off the glass and back into his hands. With 1:14 to go in overtime, Davis sixth block also became his 17th rebound. That, along with his 32 points -- which tied a career high -- proved too much for Denver to overcome, and the Pelicans held on for their third straight victory, 111-107 on Sunday night. http://www.cheaptimberwolvesjerseys.com/ . The next step is a better finish. Bae played bogey-free Friday on another gorgeous day at Riviera for a 5-under 66, giving him a one-shot lead over Aaron Baddeley and Robert Garrigus going into the weekend. (STATS) -- Any deficit in the FCS playoffs was going to trouble unbeaten Sam Houston State considering it had trailed against only one opponent all season -- for a mere 3 minutes, 14 seconds of first-quarter clock. So the Bearkats werent prepared for the kind of lead James Madison built against them Friday night. No team would be.Fourth-seeded James Madison scored early and often while eliminating the fifth-seeded Bearkats 65-7 in the national quarterfinals at Bridgeforth Stadium in Harrisonburg, Virginia.James Madison (12-1), which won the CAA Football title under first-year coach Mike Houston, advances to the FCS semifinals for the third time in program history. It will play next weekend against the winner of Saturdays matchup between No. 8 seed South Dakota State and No. 1 seed North Dakota State. The Dukes previously reached the semis in their 2004 national title season and in 2008.Their point total was the sixth-highest in playoff history and the winning margin was the second-biggest to Montanas 70-7 win over Troy in the 1996 semifinals. While game temperatures were in the mid-20s, and not to the liking of the visitors from Texas, James Madison was red-hot in the teams first-ever meeting, taking a 21-0 lead in just over 11 minutes of action and extending it to 35-0 within the first five minutes of the second quarter.Sam Houston (12-1), top-ranked in the STATS FCS Top 25 to end the regular season, hardly resembled the team that entered the game No. 1 in the FCS in both points and yards per game. Jeremiah Briscoe, who had thrown for 4,459 yards and an FCS single-season record 57 touchdown passes, completed only 13 of 44 pass attempts for a season-low 143 yards, throwing two interceptions (Raven Greene and Curtis Oliver) in the third quarter. The junior also was called for intentional grounding in his end zone, resulting in a safety. We had a great week of practice, there was no doubt in my mind that we were going to come out and play well tonight, Houston said. Defensively, that was as impressive of a performance Ive seen in a long time. It speaks to the improvement of the secondary of the past several months. I thought we clicked in all phases -- offensively, defensively and special teams. Very proud of the kids and coaches. We got beat by a really good football team that I thought played at a very high level, Sam Houston coach K.C. Keeler said. We feed off our offense and our point production has been off the charts. Cheap Swingman Timberwolves Jerseys. Jeremiah really struggled. He didnt take a single snap the entire week of practice (because of an elbow injury). We didnt know if he was going to play until game time. His elbow, he injured in last weeks game, so I thought our timing was off. I thought he threw the ball OK, but the timing was off. Its a shame, but we got beat in all three phases.JMU quarterback Bryan Schor threw for 236 of his 251 yards in the first half, with both a touchdown pass and run. Khalid Abdullah rushed for 141 yards and three touchdowns, and Trai Sharp gained 144 yards and two touchdowns on the ground as part of the Dukes 607 total yards. In the first quarter, Abdullah capped an early drive in which he gained 52 rushing yards by scoring from 14 yards out. Schor then completed a 64-yard pass to Domo Taylor to set up his 1-yard touchdown run. After a Sam Houston possession quickly stalled, Rashard Davis weaved his way for a 72-yard punt return for a touchdown -- his fourth of the season.A lot of people may overlook special teams, but its one of the biggest on the field, Davis said. We look at special teams for momentum-boosters and we feed off of them when big plays happen. They play a key role in big games like this. It was the first time Sam Houston hadnt scored in the first quarter since falling to Jacksonville State in last years playoff semifinals. It only got worse when the Dukes special teams delivered again early in the second quarter as Robert Carter Jr. blocked a punt and freshman Bryce Maginley scooped up the ball for a 20-yard touchdown return. On their next drive, Schor hit tight end Jonathan Kloosterman for a 10-yard touchdown pass, making it 35-0 with 10:40 remaining in the second quarter. It was exactly what Sam Houston had been doing to many opponents in the first half of games. The Southland Conference champion had been seeking to reach the national semifinals for the fifth time in six seasons.James Madison hasnt lost to an FCS opponent, only to ACC member North Carolina. The Dukes will host their national semifinal if South Dakota State wins Saturday, otherwise theyll go on the road to face North Dakota State, the five-time reigning FCS champion. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

ST. Nike Air Vapormax Mujer . AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Reggie Baker had 21 points, Brandon Tabb scored 20 on 8-of-12 shooting and Bethune-Cookman cruised to an 82-52 win over Trinity on Friday night.Jeffrey Altidort had eight assists and eight steals and Ulmer Manzie scored 10 points for Bethune-Cookman.Quinton Forrest had a steal and then converted a three-point play to cap a 10-3 run to open the game and the Wildcats (2-1) never trailed. Baker had a steal and a breakaway layup and then, after Houston Smiths steal on the other end, hit a 3-pointer to cap a 14-2 run that made it 40-21 with 33 seconds left in the half.Trinity, a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association, made just 4 of 14 from 3-point range and committed 33 turnovers which led to 42 Bethune-Cookman points. The Tigers used a 15-7 edge on the offensive glass to outscore Trinity 20-5 on second-chance points. Nike Classic Cortez Hombre . After all, the bowler gets to dictate some of the terms too. KL Rahul listened to them patiently, respected them when they made good points but did not cede his upper hand. His career-best 158 thrust India into the lead.At the other end was Cheteshwar Pujara, who spent a full hour running away from making runs. He was 18 off 57 overnight and stayed on 18 until he faced his 92nd ball of the match. Much was made of his run-out after lunch. Facing 159 balls and being dismissed in that fashion evokes critique but there were mitigating circumstances.Runs and records awaited anyone willing to show a little application on this Sabina Park pitch. But like a grandparent doting on their favourite grandkid in the middle of a party, it did embarrass them on the odd occasion. Notably, when Pujara nudged a short delivery from Jason Holder into the leg side. He meant for it to go a lot finer, but the ball had come onto the bat slower than expected and went off it in the same way, allowing Roston Chase, who was in front of square, to cut across and throw the stumps down. Pujara, who was face-down on the ground at the non-strikers end, knew all his hard work had come undone by one dreadful mistake.Meanwhile, Rahul kept cruising. He had driven extremely well and by now wasnt afraid to extend the arms and hit over the top. A good IPL - whether it makes one ready for international cricket or not - certainly does wonders to his confidence. Rahul had outshone Chris Gayle in the last season and his attacking game was on point in Kingston.West Indies, it seemed, were at the other end. There was no ambition. They did not take the new ball when it was available and instead fed a new batsman with spin. Considering that new batsman was Virat Kohli, who is susceptible to the seamers outside the off stump, it was quite baffling. With very little resistance, a ninth - out of 14 - Indian partnership crossed 50 in this series.Things changed after tea. West Indies took the new ball and put it in Shannon Gabriels hands. With him coming back from an ankle injury, it seemed like his team was perennially juggling chances of victory with those of him going out of commission again. Hamstring trouble for Miguel Cummins complicated matters further; the debutant was the only one to consistently aim at the stumps. Ask Pujara, who was beaten on the inside edge, outside edge and rapped on his top hand.Gabriel had had nine overs downtime when the new ball had become available, but the additional respite seemed to have helped since he took out Rahul and troubled Kohli too. The India captain had been perturbed by outswingers - 8 off 33 at one point - and while his guard was up for that, he couldnt prevent an inswinger thudding into the pads. Heighht saved him in umpire Aleem Dars judgment. Nike Air Vapormax Baratas. West Indies got Kohli and R Ashwin in the final hour of play but Ajinkya Rahane took the lead past 150.Things were better in the morning. There werent many runs scored - 59 in 26 overs; there werent many fans around - sad for a Sunday; there were no wickets but there was a contest. With clear skies welcoming the players on the second day, the likelihood of the ball seaming about had reduced. It was time to go back to camping just outside off stump for as long as it took to spot the rare, flirty Indian outside edge. Gabriel found one in his second over, but it didnt carry to second slip.Rahuls scariest moment came when the length was much shorter, a 144 kph delivery that seamed in at his ribs. He probably assumed the line was a lot wider and committed into a cut shot and only barely avoided being caught behind. Gabriel was the aggrieved bowler, and fit the profile too, with a look that loosely translated to where are my *$&#^ wickets? His first spell was five overs - the longest he has bowled on the trot in this series - and gave away only three runs. The last time India played in Jamaica a Rahul scored a century. So it was again when this Rahul came down the track and smacked the offspin of Chase into the stands at long-on. It was a shot definitive of the knock, showing how the batsman had read the threat of the ball early and how firm he was with his footwork. The only thing it didnt make clear was how effective he had been in keeping the good ones out. A delighted fist-pump, an authoritative raise of his bat and a hug from M Vijay, who came out with drinks, were part of the celebrations.Coming into the Jamaica Test, Rahuls top five scores in descending order read: 110, 108, 16, 7, 5. Symptoms of a good player, but a nervous starter. So even with the 75 runs he had overnight, there were questions that needed answering. West Indies had a set plan at the start - the extra pace of Gabriel allied to Holders wide-outside-off lines to restrict run flow and create pressure. An anxious batsman could have been led into a mistake, but Rahul was careful. And decisive too - when he went back, he went right back. When he went forward, he was more or less meeting the ball on the half-volley. Not since Mohammad Azharuddin in 1984-85 had an India batsman converted his first three fifties into hundreds.Rahul is working towards making himself undroppable. Vijay, currently injured, Kohli and Rahane are Indias best Test batsmen. Shikhar Dhawan has shown an improved judgement outside his off stump, an area he had previously struggled with. Pujara hits big hundreds, his inability to do so on Sunday hurt him. Will it hurt his chances for the next too? One of them cant make an Indian XI with five bowlers. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

Hi Kerry, Heres an interesting one. I know its common knowledge that all players are responsible for their sticks. We witnessed that when Zack Kassian hit Edmontons Sam Gagner in the face after a missed check. How high are expectations for the revamped New York Knicks? New point guard Derrick Rose curiously said some people have put New York in the same super team class as the Golden State Warriors. With these teams right now, theyre saying us and Golden State are the super teams, and theyre trying not to build that many super teams, and [commissioner] Adam Silver came out with the statement and this and that, Rose said during a recent interview with NBA.com.And the expectations I think of us, we just want to win. Talking to [Carmelo Anthony] and all the guys whove been around. Youve got Brandon [Jennings] who just signed for one year, hes got to show why hes there. Ive got to show why Im there. Joakim [Noah] has to show why hes there. Everybodys trying to prove themselves.Rose added that expectations for the Knicks are high for the coming season, but he didnt specifically identify who has put the Knicks in the same class as the Warriors. The comparison to Golden State, however, would be a clumsy one, considering the Warriors are comingg off of a 73-win season, have reached back-to-back NBA Finals and signed free agent Kevin Durant this summer. Cheap Bulls Jerseys. The Knicks, coming off of a 32-win season, added Rose, Noah, Jennings and Courtney Lee in the offseason. New York has an improved roster but likely not one that many would put in the same class as Golden State. In addition to talking expectations for the Knicks, Rose said hes looking forward to his opportunity to play in the New York market. The former MVP has been limited to playing in just 40 percent of his games since the start of the 2013-14 season because of various ailments, including two significant knee injuries.Im going into a great market, Rose said. Im going into a city where they love basketball -- basketball is a culture there, and they love players that play hard. And I think I fit that. ... I think this is a huge opportunity for me, and Im preparing myself right now. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '
