Among the emails Brown received in relation to the deal was a URL for a website under Palmer name. That site, Brown eventually discovered, was a knock off of the one owned by Yousefi firm in Vancouver. site and his investor may be part of an elaborate fraud. It has the same photos and layout of Yousefi site, but most of the names and numbers have been changed to fit a Richard D. Palmer of 580 South High Street, Suite 250, Columbus, Ohio.
It is unclear whether Palmer is aware that his name is being used on the website or that he is in any way involved. Extensive attempts to reach Palmer failed.
There are a few things on the website that don make much sense. who is one of Yousefi former clients.

The manager and owner of the building where Palmer office is listed did not return a call. An employee who works on the same floor as the Palmer office (suite 250) said he was not part of her group. She said she thought suite 250 might be under construction but she, as well as another employee one floor up, declined to Hermes birkin bags fake check.
Brian Montague, a VPD spokesman, said the story has some of the hallmarks of a type of fraud similar to that attempted by CRA replica birkin handbags scammers.
