"What's amazing about Johnny Pesky is you think about the different time periods he was involved with this franchise going back to the 1940s when he was a player and then coming back as a coach and then almost as an ambassador to the team all the way through the 2004 to 2007 championship series, fake rolex submariner womens," said David Hunt, president of Hunt Auctions.

Pesky was a player, manager, coach and broadcaster in a career with the club that spanned over 60 years. He died in 2012 at 93.

"I think that's what makes him so special and beloved by so many Boston fans. He really spanned time he might have been someone who was followed by their grandfather, their father and know themselves. He really bridges all those times together," Hunt said.
