Jordans 2017, The Air Jordan 1 High OG "Homage To Home" Sample combines two classic colorways in the Air Jordan 1 High "Chicago" and the Air Jordan 1 High "Banned" into one silhouette. This Air Jordan 1 is split down the middle, the medial side represents the Chicago colorway which was made famous at the '85 Dunk Contest and the lateral side represents the Banned colorway that was made famous by MJ wearing them and getting fined every game.
New Air Jordan Shoes, Dubbed "Homage to Home," the shoe is split to showcase the Banned look (famously worn by MJ in the '85 dunk contest) on the lateral side and the familiar Chicago makeup on the medial side. Continuing the recent trend of amalgam sneakers, the upcoming colorway references the color schemes found on the Air Jordan 1 "Banned" and "Chicago," respectively. Combining two of Jordan Brand's classic looks, the "Homage to Home" was designed to pay homage to the history of the shoe that started it all, while providing a new generation with a bold new colorway. The lateral sides of the sneaker feature a familiar white and red look while the medial sides express the iconic black and red look. Additionally, retro Nike Air branding on the tongue serves to highlight the High OG construction of the shoe.
