How to farm breach rings efficiently in PoE 3.27 from 's blog

Path of Exile still gives players one of the clearest ways to earn large amounts of PoE 1 Currency. Breaches drop Breach rings and a pile of splinters that players trade or use to force bosses. The league tools and map choices in 3.27 make focused Breach farming a solid path to profit.

Move fast and keep the Breach alive. You must open many Breach zones and clear them quickly to raise your odds of finding Breachlords and good rings. Choose maps with wide, open layouts so you can sweep the area without backtracking. Maps like Jungle Valley, Dunes, City Square, and Strand let a fast clear build cover more ground and hit more breach hands in a single spawn. Use a clear build with high movement speed and wide area damage so you can click hands and kill monsters before the breach closes.

Your Atlas choices also matter. You should spend Atlas passive points on nodes that raise monster count, splinter drops, and Breach duration. Increasing monster count raises the number of splinters you earn and the chance that a Breachlord will spawn. Increasing splinter quantity lifts your steady income, since splinters can be sold or used to fight Breach bosses later. Adding a few nodes that extend Breach time gives you room to loop the zone and open extra hands without losing the event. If you hunt for specific high-value rings like Chayula, take nodes that bias toward that Breach type.

When a Breach appears, focus on the hands. The hands sit around the edge and they widen the Breach area when you activate them. Each hand you open brings in more monsters and slightly refreshes the timer. You should run a steady loop around the breach center, click new hands as they spawn, and clear monsters enough to keep the Breach active. Do not stay in one place for too long. The fastest farmers keep moving so they can click more hands and stack more monster density before the timer ends. The higher the density, the better the chance the Breachlord will spawn and drop rings.

The economic side is the conversion loop. You will pick up a lot of mixed splinters and lower-tier Breachstones while you farm. Use the Map Device with charged Breachstones to shift those drops into the types you want most. For example, running maps with a charged Chayula Breachstone will bias drops toward Chayula splinters, which often sell for more. Convert low-value stones up the chain when the prices make sense. Sell excess splinters, save the best ones for boss fights, and keep the best rings for crafting or sale. That steady conversion of trash drops into high-value items is how Breach farming turns time into Poe 1 Chaos Orb.

Small rules make a big difference in practice. Use tools that speed pickups and improve map clear such as movement flasks, movement skills, and area damage supports. Pick up splinters and catalysts where you can, but focus on rings and splinters first when inventory is tight.
