On the most recent edition of Hot Ones, Post Malone was asked about his love for video games, specifically when it comes to music. In response, Malone asked host Sean Evans whether he was taking part in Elden Ring for himself.

Evans declared that he'd never been able to, which resulted in Malone suggesting the game. In spite of this, however, Post Malone explained that basically he has to turn the music off while playing Elden Ring because it stresses him out .

"I make the music go to the point of being completely silent [in Elden Ring] because it is just insane. It's literally like choirs, not angels, butof demons. And they're like, 'We're going to f**your *** up.' It's impossible to survive," Post Malone said about the soundtrack to the game. "After a fight I'm shaking like this so I'm forced to go outside smoking and think"I need to get my head back in order.'"
