But I do miss some of the constant grind and long-term involvement from hgdgsvhgvuj's blog
While those can be relaxing, it's an endless amount of time doing the same routine over and OSRS Gold over - time that might or may not be better spent through a couple of shorter but no less classic video games.
In contrast to being one continuous combat, RuneScape is a painstaking war of attrition that is lengthy and exhausting and doesn't ever truly end. It can also be very rewarding if you're willing to put the time into it, which I was. For a minimum of a year or so.
I've never played any MMORPGs sincethen, to my never-ending shame and loss. Real-life cares multiply and I don't have the time to let them suck me in. As with all games that I've played, RuneScape is by far the longest-running, with endless levels to attain and things to get. Heck, people have died in the course of hours of intense play of RuneScape's older but more well-known sibling, World of Warcraft which could also make it one of the most terrifying games.
These days, you can usually find me in Quake and Half-Life or hanging out on Team Fortress 2 - games which are in full force leave their marks and are quickly gone. It's great to be able to play something I can enjoy and then get rid of quickly, instead of worrying about how many pieces of wood are in my inventory or where I'll be fishing during tomorrow's session.
But I do miss some of the constant grind and long-term involvement (and the pain) associated with RuneScape. Now in its third incarnation with the name 'RuneScape 3' (from 2013) with additional content and a visual change, there's a bit of hope that I'll go back and check out how it's getting on, much as I would an old acquaintance.
Publisher Jagex has announced earlier in the year that RuneScape would be available for early access for mobile in Buy RS Gold the summer. From today, everyone can explore its long-running MMORPG across iOS or Android.
