Looking sharp feels good. How you feel effects your body language. When you wear a good outfit not only do you put your best foot forward aesthetically, but your body language falls into suit as well.


Get a different, stylish haircut


Change is good. It is easier to change your internal beliefs if there is also a change to your external appearance - your body is expecting change and allows you to take on a new self, you provide an external stimulus to give your internals permission to change.


Not to mention that changing your style a bit (or a lot! ) can be very healthy.


Note: Your fashion should be congruent with your identity. Here's my experience with modifying identity and fashion: I found what I was passionate about and made that my identity. In my case, it was not was I studied in school or did for a living, it was instead a hobby that really makes me tick. Then i changed my fashion to come into more alignment with that identity. When i did that i started getting approach invitations like crazy.
