Take the time and inquire about this extremely important question: Where do I believe my safety lies? This whole world—everything that people perceive through the five senses—is built on unconscious fear. How do this be? By the ability of our mind. Your brain simply can just only see what it believes, which is why we have to release false beliefs. In the end, the spiritual journey becomes exactly about facing this unconscious fear. This is actually the transformation of the projected world into peace. When we perceive something fearful, we are able to always allow ourselves to take the time to pause rather than react.
