CEIBS Case Development Center was created in 2001 with a mission to become the world knowledge center for China-specific managerial issues. Since September 2008, the center has been sponsored by Mckinsey & Company. CEIBS cases cover most management issues including strategy, corporate governance, marketing, OBHR, political economy and business environment, production, entrepreneurship, etc. We pay special attention to the study of how Chinese corporations emerge as global competitors and how overseas corporations grow their business in the Chinese market. CEIBS Case Development Center has completed over 270 cases as of 2009, among which 202 cases have been released in The Case Centre collection. These cases will contribute to a better understanding of the competitive environment in China and thereby a better performance of companies operating in China.
