Alliances and Horde now have access to Warsong Gulch and Alterac Valley. The Battlegrounds is cross-domain, which means that players fight alongside their allies and fight against opponents in all areas of the region. Warsong Gulch is a 10-vs-10 flag capture game. Each faction tries to bring the opponent's flag all the way back to its own base while preventing the opponent from taking the same action.
Players' battle levels in Warsong Canyon range from 10 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59 and 60. Alterac Valley is a large 40-vs-40 tug of war zone with many missions, goals, and areas of interest. All players at level 51 and higher are placed in a range of levels and are rewarded with reputation and mission rewards. People are struggling for some rewards in the Alterac Valley, such as Don Giulio's band, lifeguard's thunder and ice silk arrows / bullets. The Alliance entrance to Warsong Gulch is located in the Silverwing Jungle in Ashenvale Forest, and the Horde Entrance is near Morsan Base Camp in the northern Barrens. The Alliance and Horde entrances in Alterac Valley are located north of Hillsbrad Foothills. You can also enter Warsong Gulch and Alterac Valley by talking to the appropriate Battlefield Administrator in Stormwind or Orgrimmar.
