If not you should consider developing a more healthy life from chen's blog

If not you should consider developing a more healthy life. I know that a lot of RS3 players play 8-10 hours a day but games should not be balanced towards this anticipation if we want new players and longevity for RuneScape. Even league in its recent seasons have shortened the normal game time from what it used to be 35 min to now 25 minutes RuneScape matches, this is RS gold due to the massive market of casual gamers who don't want too invest their life on RuneScape. And this is where I believe is the issue of RS3 and even OSRS tbh.

Something I really do 100% agree, and the actual elephant in the room, is that fact that ancient game in RS3 is just a mess. Majority of the player base are returning players - but this is not a sustainable option in the long run. I really do believe that more focus needs to be put into designing the game encounter that is early. Making it easy to comprehend but also offering constant excitement to the gamers, not what they have right now - where you literally get chucked to the world with 28 skills, 300 quests and tens of thousands of achievements observable that you finish.

Sure, for a player that knows RS3, the liberty to train whatever ability you want is nice but to some new participant, it is only a WTF and they'll have no directions to RuneScape because of it. No new player will need to commit their whole half year just to understand and finish RuneScape off the bat - so the encounter must be compact with care. And to be honest, if I had been to pressured to begin new into RuneScape, I do not think I would want to play with it either.

The first"great" point is the combat system? Sorry but RS3 is completely lacking in comparison with many (any?) Other modern MMO in that section provided that it uses grid motion and the 0.6 sec tick delay. Personally, I played with Guildwars2 later EoC was released along with the gap between those 2 combat system is/was so ridiculously big that you cannot even compare them.

Also the price of PvM as"poor" point? Even is BiS prices 10m/h, which it doesn't in the vast majority of cases, it needs to be put in relation to the cash you earn. If you make 50M+/h investing 10M/h, that's ridiculously good and cheaper than relative to some OSRS at some bosses for example where you break even or sometimes even eliminate money at particular bosses employing the complete BiS equipment. I don't think there's a single RS3 boss you can eliminate money (long term), even if you're massively"overgeared" like using T90 armor+ t92 Weapons in the 4 major GWD2 bosses for example. Same holds for PvM items/abilities' upfront cost. In RS3 even the many afk money making approaches would be a good 4-5M/h. Do those for buy RuneScape gold 80-100h and you get yourself a T90 weapon set without needing to listen to.
