I don't understand the neighborhood in server could be from chen's blog

I watched some direct videos on PSO2 Meseta PSO2 plus they said things like a premium accounts. Paying monthly for a game with game breaking bugs that were left unattended for many years at a time. Maybe if they give us updates that are consistent and do not leave us hanging. Otherwise micro trades are favored for me.This is a totally different scenario than PSU though. It's an 8 year old game which had overwhleming success overseas, including patches cross-series occasions courses along with other content. I have no reason to feel that the version would be inferior to the point a subscription could be a throwaway of cash.

PSU had great success in Japan as well. We obtained our content 6 weeks on common supporting them, for the first bit and then they stopped caring about the west. I hope you're right and PSO2 doesn't get ignored. I don't wish to have a second monthly subscription. Getting $10'd per month to death.I imply, dismissing the lolicon ad and when I made my own private team with buddies in the JP server, my friends and I who are sensitive to that stuff, had no problem. Matters like the character development actually lets you get creative that action MMOs really don't allow characters that are much varied.

I guess that's 1 thing I'd be concerned about also from the official English version, should they'd handle matters such as harassment or vulgarity. X_x I likely would still main the Japanese host since I never actually see Japanese gamers being publicly sexist or hateful.

That's right, this is a SEGA effort. In terms of hosting servers, Microsoft has about as much involvement as Amazon does hosting Fortnite's servers... that is to imply Microsoft gets the host system (think of it like leasing servers for hosting a website) but everything else is coming down to SEGA (according to a Japanese meeting, utilizing MS Azure was even a SEGA decision). With that said though, the exact same interview I brought up also stated that SEGA would be reaching out to Microsoft in regards to how to manage a game for a Western audience.

It's the attempt for sure of SEGA. I believe they were carefully planning for this before the time which is now although I know they took this long. The PSO2 at this time is the iteration. Class balance and how they were played were atrocious until recently. That is most likely the main reason SEA servers failed because they started at cheap Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta episode 1.
