Runescape'Pieces of Hate' completes pirate questline after 13 Decades

With tales of 16-year-old assignments, raids that took a decade and a half to execute, and variations of the game to suit both nostalgic and contemporary players--Runescape's constant evolution never fails to impress me. To this end, one questline has now been viewed through to finish, some 13 years later first gracing Gielinor.

The pirate-themed questline isalso, as you may expect, one of Runescape's longest running stories having found in 2005. The ultimate branch, named'Pieces of Hate' has gamers plundering for loot, fighting zombie raiders, tussling with sea creatures, RuneScape gold and upgrading the Book o'Piracy--a rum-powered tool that allows players teleport around the world.

"It's really surprising to have attained the conclusion of the pirates' narrative after 13 decades, so we're thrilled that our players can experience the final occasions in Pieces of Hate," says lead writer Dave Osborne in a statement. "The group has worked hard to deliver an exciting end to the narrative, especially to those waiting since 2005, and we can not wait to build on it as part of our story arcs for the subsequent five decades.

"The recent launching of deep-sea fishing has enticed the greatest fishers from around Gielinor to go through the new action hub; it is a great way to buy RS gold level up the skill and it's so rewarding to see our players agree."
