To live in North Vancouver is to love North Vancouver. So it comes as no surprise that Denna Homes, the developer behind Beacon at Seylynn Village, is seeing interest from those who have already established the community as their home.

Beacon at Seylynn van cleef and arpels perlee clover bracelet replica Village will be a 24 storey tower and the first of three to rise on the site at Fern Street and Mountain Highway.

Kari Henshaw, principal designer of Insight Design Group, hatched the perfect plan to appeal to buyers accustomed to larger single family homes in the vicinity.

She made the 1,160 square foot show home with two bedrooms and a den look even larger, added personality to every room and referred throughout the suite to the magnet of North Vancouver: the outdoors.

A wide corridor with a den at the entrance leads to a compact European kitchen with an island. That den gave her the opportunity to strike the visitor's senses with a dramatic textured look, infused with light grey, brown and black shades.

It's divided into a work zone and a relax zone, with those two themes united by millwork.

"We purposefully gave the den a bit of a different personality as it's the first room that you come to when you enter the space and something that you see right from the front door," Henshaw says.

"It has a replica van cleef and arpels perlee clover bracelet certain element of drama, which draws you in right from a first glance."

In one bathroom, she goes for more bling and drama set against materials that refer directly to the outdoors that which gives North Vancouver so much of its character, she adds.

"The marble countertop acts as jewelry in the room and is quite dramatic, inspired by the relationship between the striation of natural stone and layering of the North Shore van cleef perlee bangle replica mountains."

Though the suite is large, Henshaw dug into her designer's tool kit to add to the illusion of an even grander space. A floating TV storage console and skinny legged furnishings in a living room drenched in light from the large windows enlarges the room, allowing for a continuous flow.

"We intentionally vary the experience as you flow through the home to create elements of surprise, and so that everything is not monotonous, while maintaining a consistency in terms of colour, texture and overall flow throughout," Henshaw says.
