Tinley Park man charged in Lifetime Fitness thefts

A Tinley Park man faces multiple charges after he allegedly stole several credit cards and other items from Lifetime Fitness at 163rd and LaGrange Road, according to Orland Park police.

Ahmad M. Less than two weeks later, on Wednesday, Qreini was charged in Will County with three counts of burglary, three counts of unlawful use of a credit card, one count of continuing financial crimes, two counts of identity theft and one count of possession of a stolen firearm all felonies, police said. Bond was set at $100,000.

Orland Park police received reports of several locker thefts at Lifetime Fitness on Feb. 7 and 10 in which several credit cards taken and later used in Tinley Park and Mokena. Qreini was identified using a stolen credit card in Tinley Park, police said.

In the early morning hours of Feb. 12,van cleef and arpels diamond necklace replica, he was seen entering and leaving the locker room at Lifetime several times, and shortly after he left, police received reports that several lockers and gym bags were accessed and items were taken, according to Orland Park police.

The subsequent investigation revealed that Qreini would used the stolen credit cards to buy large amounts of cigarettes and resell them to tobacco stores, police said.
