The talks progressed with the development of the game from haoxiuyun's blog

Brendan Malcolm, Games by Malcs founder and founder of OSRS gold Melvor Idle stated: "It's been a long process to reach this point however I am extremely happy to be being able to announce the official announcement of Melvor Idle! V1.0 includes a lot of the information that users have been demanding and we anticipate seeing players take advantage of the new astrology skills and, in particular, the final boss."

He continues to say that "the support that Jagex can provide in terms of creative services and localisation in particular is crucial to helping us achieve our goals for the game and making it accessible to the largest possible gamer."

Though Melvor Idle has achieved its 1.0 full release and quit early access, this isn't the end of development. Three expansions are planned in order to make sure that players have something to anticipate. But beyond that it is an exceptionally made idle game, and its focus on letting players take their own paths through the game is what makes it make a mark in the sea of idle games which force players to increase a amount indefinitely."

The talks progressed with the development of the game. Melvor Idle was soon signed to Jagex Partners, the RuneScape firm's publishing arm. Jagex offered Malcolm guidance on development and helped with a complete overhaul of the brand and also assisted with the management of communities and localisation. This included turning an original game designed by one person to be accessible in 13 different local languages (so far).

The game launched earlier this month with the Early Access version proved this formula resonated with RPG players, having been downloaded over 600,000 times through Steam and the two largest apps for mobile devices. This went above and beyond Malcom's first expectations as he first started out. Naturally, he believed that his game would be successful but the game didn't have an "endgame for his game in mind.

"Luckily the excitement that drove these early days is still with me during the course of work, and being able to work together with Jagex direct on this project is an incredible opportunity to fulfill a dream," he says. "I never imagined that I'd ever get the backing of the same studio that inspired me in first place.

The transition from hobby to fan project was certainly scary and yet, looking at my current situation, and the assistance I've received in establishing Games by Malcs as an young and promising studio, it's certainly worked out for cheap Runescape gold the best."
