Diablo 2: Resurrected Update Brings Back a Classic FeatureDiablo II: Resurrected saw a fresh update last week that brought back a feature from in the original Diablo II game. That feature is the Ladder system, which gives players the opportunity to play against other players using a competitive way to play through the storyline of the game with the characters they've built.

The Ladder system comes in various variants and is now available to players to revisit or try for the first time depending on if they played the Diablo II in the first place Diablo II or not.

If you've played the game that was the precursor to this remake, you'll already have a good understanding of the primary aspects of this Ladder system. It's available in either the Classic, Hardcore Classic, Expansion, or Hardcore Expansion variants with each variant having different rules that govern how many lives players can have and the types of content that are available.

"Each mod will come with its own leaderboard that allows players to gain experience strategically within a limited timeframe while having access to content that is specific to Ladders," Blizzard's announcement about the launch of the Ladder mode within Diablo II: Resurrected said. "When the Ladder season is finished Cheap D2R Ladder Items, the leaderboard rankings will be reset as characters are switched to non-ladder mode and giving players the chance to play."
