Worldstone Keep a.k.a. Baal Run (Act 5)Last but certainly not least, the famed Baal Run. Much like Mephisto or Diablo Runs, Baal Runs will constantly give out awesome items for those who put their backs against taking down bosses time and again. Or, they don't need to go the whole mile.

There are three floors in Worldstone Keep are filled with many rare monsters that proceeding to Baal's room might not be even necessary diablo II resurrected items. It's all up to the players or rewards if they want to continue. But either way, it's always a great endgame activity that can be played for a long time.Paladin.
