They are some of Britain's most iconic photographs and now they could be yours to own as they go up for sale in a unique auction at London's Sotheby's.

Made in Britain is the fourth edition of a unique collection dedicated to capturing the diversity and innovative spirit of British art in the 20th century across Fine Art, Prints, Sculpture, Photography, Studio Ceramics and Design.

The sale includes around 280 lots, with estimates ranging between a couple of hundred pounds to a heftier 60,000 said to be the perfect foray for a first time collector.

The images shot by British photographers feature some of the world's most iconic stars including Kate Moss, The Beatles and Audrey Hepburn. A classic photograph of the screen starlet posing amongst the blossom and captured by Norman Parkinson is expected to reach up to 3,000.

It was shot at a charming villa in Colli Albani, in the region of Lazio, Italy and is thought to be anouttake from a 1955 shoot for US Glamour magazine.

At the timeAudrey was taking a break from filming War And Peace. The screen siren and her husband Mel Ferrer had rented the same villathey had stayed in for their honeymoon in September 1954.

Other portraits of Parkinson's include those of Jerry Hall pictured in Russia for a Vogue shoot in 1975 dressed in full swim gear and each image is predicted to attract bids of up to 6,000.

Although the former model and actress is American she is most famous for her relationship with Brit Mick Jagger. The couple have four children together.

Kate Moss also features not once but twice in the auction. Mike Figgis' Kate Moss Descending sees the model at 31 in a knock out photograph where she poses in black lingerie that could fetch up to 12,000.

Although Figgis' photo leaves little to the imagination, Chris Irvine's offering is even more revealing. His topless portrait of the model, now 42, She's Light 2013 shows her bare skin illuminated by coloured lights and is expected to fetch up to 15,000. Kate's eyes are closed for the sultry pose, her familiar lips painted with a vivid red lipstick.

English photographer told The Observer he had met her on a magazine shoot the week before and the pair had become friends.

The historic image has an estimated price tag of 6,000 to 8,000.

Chris Smith's iconic black and white image Ali versus the Beatles, 1963 could fetch up to 7,000 according to the auction house. The image was taken at the famous5th Street Gym in Miami, during the group's first tour of the US.

At the time Ali still known as Cassius Clay was training to face world championSonny Liston in the ring. Ali is seen with his arm outstretched, boxing glove on appearing to strike the famous four with a blow to their heads.

The collection also includes Terence Donovan's black and white portraits of Sean Connery and Julie Christie from 1962, estimated to attract bids between 1,500 and 3,500.

Another of Parkinson's famous photographs to go up for sale is Wenda and the Cow, Vogue, 1954, estimated at 2,000 to 3,000. The 6ft 5in photographer was famous for his imaginative flair for colour and quintessentially British charm.
