You could probably get away with rocktails and some torts full of rocktails however, you may want to prepare for 4 brews or two restores in case, and also take 1 prayer potion, one super attack and one super strength.

Find a reference to his techniques and dodge accordingly, I would also reccommend carrying a kyatt pouch along with approximately 20 scrolls, as it makes things much easier, get rid of your sins after having consumed all of your food and summon your kyatt then. Pray piety for the majority of the battle, and both piety and shield yourself from melee at closing.

My stats are lower than yours and I killed him easily (with the rapier and ddef) I ended up needing approximately 10 brews plus the rest rocktails, but I was close enough that you should be able to manage thanks to your enhanced stats. If you find that healing insufficient you can always move into brewing, but the method I suggested can cost as much as 250k/game, which is a lot less than ~400-500k with brews, so its worth trying with rocktails according to me. They are also easier to manage since the stats remain high and you do not have to worry about counting 3-1/1 ratio when eating.
