A great setup for Slayer that is relatively from weiyismart's blog
There were too many bots running at AZs. I only manage to earn 50k/hr. The majority of slayers offer up to 80k xp for every hour. I'm not aware of any RS gold slayer job with a rate of 80k xp/hour. Make sure to click at the right time on AZS, and you won't face any problems. It's not that people don't bots kill each other.
I am currently 100k exp from 99 woodcutting and I had planned to buy an Saradomin sword. So I thought I'd decide to create a topic on here to see the opinions of everyone, on whether or not I should get the ss or bgs means they are both in the same price bracket in the present. I have a whip and dragon defender currently, but I can't train strength with them and I'm not a fan of 2h weapon types. And I hit pretty much exactly the same using the ss than I do with the whip.
Means I am just about getting to the point where I am bored of doing which is why I'm planning to play some pvp related mini-games. Like clan wars. Maybe I'll go on a business or quests, together with some instruction every often. I've never "grinded" and did what ever I wanted to do. Thus, I am getting insane from cutting the wood for months on end. There is nothing better to do after grinding than killing each other off.
I'm aware that the ss is a good option for training, but the bgs, on the other hand, is more to be used for bosses and for pking. So I'm guessing that this is going to be the ss. However, as I said I haven't posted for a while, and I needed the motivation to write again :D And probably with my level of being less than 80, this could turn into ss but it won't hurt to begin a conversation. When I have the final 100k in woodcutting exp, I'm going to make some money playing blue dragons with the whip for a while. Thanks, and if you have a different suggestion of weapon, let me know.
It's my opinion that you should always be training with slayers, it shouldn't take too time to achieve 70 points in several days, depending on how much you play every day.
A great setup for Slayer that is relatively inexpensive is to use the Slayer Helm Neitznot (sp?) Helm until you have the slayer helm Amulet of Glory, Fighter Torso (can easily be acquired in a matter of hours) Torag's platelegs or Verac's Plateskirt , if you'll use prayer for your work as it gives prayers, Whip or Dragon Scimitar Dragon Defender, and Dragon Boots and Obsidian Cape (unless you've got a skillcape or firecape).
Be aware that this is only a suggestion for equipment, you can always switch things around. For instance, you could change your defender to an Obsidian shield if you find yourself in need of the additional defense boost. Also, you can always buy Runescape gold utilize dragon platelegs, if you do not need to fix the barrow's armor as it breaks down in combat.
