The majority of the items listed above are not available to you immediately after you have joined. To access them you will need complete small quests and earn points in members abilities. I'm not suggesting that you set a goal and take on all of them but I do say that they are beneficial quests to be able to enjoy for the long run.

Do not worry about dying. If you're not the tank, and the tank is performing a good job (usually the 138's do) and you're not be in any danger. If you make a major mistake (wrong prayers, etc.). If you're unable to return home after you die, your friends will bless your grave and you will be able (as as you can have a gravestone that is one hour long).
