I replied to the player by saying it was likely a scam. The player asked me about what I was discussing. I was writing about this scam and then the person either cut off their connection to the internet or logs out. I deleted the private message because it wasn't relevant to OSRS gold my situation and went on with my day. When I was done logging off, I realized that the person who was private messaging me was Jagex. He had rudely criticized staff and refused me the chance to be Moderator. Could it be that Jagex was the person privately messaging me? Since I began playing with reported players I've tried my best to help as much as I can. But, it appeared to be a lie.
EDIT A player who claimed I was accepted as a moderator in the game was identified as Y. The full name of the moderator I was talking to in Lumbridge was X.
I will add the messager's name to my Friends List as soon as I return from vacation. I added her/him as a friend in order to permit me to respond. I sincerely apologise if I have broken any of the rules. This website is great and I'm hoping I'm not creating any issues by buy RuneScape Mobile gold asking stupid questions.
