Another thing you could do is to listen and accept others views. Another example is to help other get to know themselves and not be ashamed of who they are. One thing you could do is to help them take steps to change their behaviour. There are many interventions that you could do on a daily basis or weekly basis to make changes in your life.

You might need to have different friends so that you have someone who will challenge you and talk to you in a different way.
