Psychotherapy is proceeding through a change. First of all it is becoming more accepted by people that if they have mental health problems then they need to see a therapist. If your behaviour is negative then one thing you could do is to stop doing it, if your diary entry is about getting your spouse to change their mind you could argue with them and tell them why they should change their mind and do it differently. Another thing you could do is to listen and accept others views. Another example is to help other get to know themselves and not be ashamed of who they are. One thing you could do is to help them take steps to change their behaviour. There are many interventions that you could do on a daily basis or weekly basis to make changes in your life.
