This 100% and I disagree. Can Lamar Jackson get better since he did since he got 20, he place up stats or put up stats? The system Madden uses is incredibly linear and static. There is nothing lively about it and Madden 21 coins it is backwards. I don't play with franchise mode so that I can shoot a 65 overall RB and get 3k racing yards and watch him grow to a 99ovr. Then I want to check my preferences, if I'm producing with a 65 ovr back or I'm cheesing the game.
Franchise mode's point is constructing your teams. If everyone evolves exactly the same like they do in this method is that entertaining or interesting? Thankfully we have mods on PC that eliminate this XP garbage and revamp the progression system. I am aware that Haskins had Superstar dev, and also the dev traits signify their potentials, but nothing is set in stone. I'm left sitting there wondering if Haskins will ever develop or if I will need to find a new QB in a few drafts if he stays a 79 overall after 4 or five years.
