Method of Reducing Wear of Jaw Crusher from 's blog
The newly installed jaw plate must be fixed tightly, installed well, and the surface of the jaw crusher contacts smoothly. A layer of material with good plasticity can be padded between the jaw plate and the surface of the jaw crusher. Every batch of materials entering the crusher should be sampled and checked. Once there is a great change in the nature of the materials, the parameters of the crusher should be changed in time to match the materials entering the crusher.
We must choose materials with high hardness, wear resistance and strong resistance. Cement enterprises with mine crushing production line technology can exchange the same type of wear jaw plate of mine crushing and cement crushing. The worn jaw plate can be repaired by surfacing.
Another is to pay attention to the working process: after the crusher is in normal operation, it can start feeding; The crushed materials should be evenly added into the crushing chamber, and side feeding or stacking feeding should be avoided to prevent unilateral overloading. Under normal conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing does not exceed 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 70 ℃.
If the temperature exceeds 70 ℃, the jaw crusher should stop immediately and the cause should be found out to eliminate. Before shutdown, the feeding should be stopped first, and the motor can be shut down only after the crushed material is completely discharged from the crushing chamber. When crushing, if the material in the crushing chamber is blocked and stops, the motor should be shut down immediately, and the material must be cleared before starting again. After one end of the gear plate is worn out, it can be used with adjustable head.
