(1) Factors affecting the particle size characteristics of the jaw crusher product, in addition to the material's own hardness, are also related to the size of the feedstock, the composition, the size of the discharge port, and the loose state of the material in the crushing chamber;

(2) When the crushing material is broken, whether the material layer is broken or the single particle is broken, the feed size is increased, and the product particle size is reduced. Therefore, in the production, the jaw crusher of the appropriate specifications should be selected according to the feed size, and the size of the discharge discharge port should be adjusted;

(3) The fracture of the material layer can reduce the particle size of the crushed product more than the single particle crushing. Therefore, in the production, the appropriate material layer in the crushing chamber of the crusher should be maintained as much as possible to reduce the particle size of the crushed product.
