Lindsay Lohan proved she breaks the mould once again on Monday, when she was pictured enjoying a dip in the sea in a lingerie set.

Currently on holiday in Mykonos, Greece, the flame-haired stunner, 29, waded through the water wearing a very low-cut lace thong leotard with matching hotpants.

While the two-piece wasn't your traditional swimwear, Lindsay didn't let that get in the way of her having a good time as she topped up her tan.

She captioned the image with the words: 'What happens in Greece stays in Greece blessed day with two of my idols- can't wait to take photos with @ellenvonunwerth I love you two.'

Lindsay Lohan really has packed a mix of pieces for her holiday in Mykonos.

From bags by Valentino and Miu Miu to bikinis by South Beach, kaftans from River Island and lingerie-inspired lace swimwear, there's something for everyone!

Her stop off on the Greek island follows weeks of hopping around the continent's best holiday resorts, visiting Naples, Venice and Nice in the South of France.

Although she's currently enjoying an extended summer holiday, Lindsay has previously spoken of her desire to make London, England, her permanent home after moving there briefly last summer during her stint in West End production Speed-the-Plow.
